Your Guide to Surviving A Crisis

03/14/2020182 Comments

. . . Yes, it has been a week of nonstop, wall-to-wall, over-the-top news that is enough to make even the sturdiest of information warriors feel queasy. It’s not easy to look over the precipice of panic and not feel some vertigo from the view.

It’s at times like these that people start worrying about their survival, and not without reason. Even if, as the cooked government numbers seem to indicate, you have nothing to fear from SARS-CoV-2 unless you’re an octogenarian with a lung condition, there are still the very real martial law lockdowns and supply shortages and economic collapses to be concerned about.

Whatever your thoughts on what is and isn’t really happening here, there’s no doubt that we’re heading into a profound and long-lasting economic crisis, or that, at the very least, we’re facing a dramatic change in the way we live our lives. And even the slowest of the slow understand by now that we’re about to see a massive power grab by governments—the likes of which would have been unimaginable mere months ago.

The question is: Are you ready for this? If not, here’s your handy-dandy guide to surviving the end of the world as you’ve known it. I present to you five things to keep in mind during this time of crisis. . . .

Are you prepared for what’s coming? Find out what you need to know to survive a prolonged emergency in this week’s edition of The Corbett Report Subscriber newsletter.

I think that “stress” is probably the worst enemy in all of this (the coronavirus, economy, personal survival, etc.)

And stress is more contagious than any virus.

    • brian.s says:

The way life works is when the vitality and resolve of consciously aligned purpose supports through stress to not only come though but to deepen and expand our consciousness.
But when fear defines a closed or self-isolating system, stress is the deterioration to entropy or breakdown.
Without stress, we would have no strength, resilience or capacity to grow through challenge.
So perhaps what you mean by ‘stress’ is a gnawing and depleting and undermining anxiety, depression and despair.
Fear is contagion – unless faced and transformed by aligned decision given expression as action.
This means swapping out fear framed narratives for a genuine self-appreciation.
Self-honesty pops our self-protective bubble set against feared or hated ‘others’ or ‘threat’ and we are in the ‘mess’ of the need to bring ourselves truly present rather than seek to maintain our bubble by further limiting and denial of the heart’s honesty in fear and control narrative.

Deceit is the ‘enemy’ I urge vigilance against – because it can mask fear as the belief you are morally justified or existentially compelled to align in a fear agenda as if it is War on Threat.
But the best vigilance against deceit is a joyful heart (joy in being in your day). From here you will always notice the stark contrast with any manipulative or coercive suggestions, thoughts or seeming information.

For those who choose Life, is a crash course in a deeper honesty of being.
Otherwise it’s just a crash resulting from the fear to live.
The attempt to hide, evade and deny our fear gives it power – in the background or ‘unconscious’ relative to our surface bubble reality. But fear can call us present, to the recognition of the need to focus in the heart and attend all things in this light – and take nothing as it seems.

“What are you prepared to do in the face of mandatory relocation?”

Good question. I have no idea. Will I even have a choice? I’d be interested to read others’ ideas on forming emergency plans.

    • Ha_zen says:

The whole of your life in time is an emergency. The brain is degenerating, the world is on fire, your house is burning. There is no plan, no schematic or direction, nothing to be done in time to spare you. If you look, you will see there is no choice.

    • HomeRemedySupply says:

      Pearl,
You are in a good part of the country if things go strongly towards a very, very rough scenario.
I would hate to be in New York City.

You are extremely sharp. I am sure that you and your family will come out of all this just fine.

      • pearl says:

So nice of you to say, HRS. Thank you.

Steering clear of the grocery store yesterday, the family and I visited some local nurseries and bought plants for our garden. I really didn’t know what to expect “out there”, but the vibe I got was just like any other day from everyday people.

    • tyler.c says:

      Pearl,

Even if the choice is yours or not, a mental preparation for drastic change in your life can be very useful.

Example: In a comfortable and relaxing space, calmly imagine possibilities that you could envision clearly. Explore them deeply. Bring yourself back to the current moment and reflect.

Now that you have prepared your mind for rational future scenarios, if said event should occur, your ability to prepare and react could help to bring psychological balance to you and loved ones during the disturbance.

Sometimes you just need to follow your intuition as it speaks to you. I find this type of exercise helps me trust my own judgement in times of need. A calm mind enhances your clarity and perception in difficult situations.

    • wylie1 says:

Divide and conquer is always the plan.
If you do the opposite of that plan, you will be far ahead.

If it comes to that, which I don’t see in this go round, but I have no crystal ball, and people don’t want to move, they will have to find like minded folks in their area to “become the local govt of your area” and simply ignore the “official local govt” if they are not like minded. Act as though your group is the authority of your group area.

If things go rotten, sending a notice to whatever outfit that is claiming authority that looks like they may want to do something in your area, that all matters concerning your area Shall Be negotiated with XYZ community safety group(s); with the added line: This should make your job easier and more efficient.

Of course, that teaser would only be the case if they were cooperative with what you desired. It would be the job of the non-confrontational PR type manipulator in your group to listen to the stazi commander and then guide them in a different direction and how beneficial that would be. Since y’all are organized and able to take care of yourselves.

Most outfits with a lot of people to round up would prefer to deal with representatives than each individual. So guiding them to a better alternative is key.

Of course Plan B is needed because you area may have some strategic importance, and knowing how such govt folks operate, they will not want to change their plans, no matter how stupid, come hell or high water, UNLESS you can offer them a BETTER alternative, which will take much convincing, not to mention knowing what they want and why they want it, in order to come up with a better alternative. And better for them, not necessarily for you, even though that is the goal.

Anyway, the bigger the coalition of groups working towards your goals (hopefully peace and helping each other ride out the storm in great fashion) the better. The upside, you will meet both interesting and annoying people, and make some new friends.

The problem is getting such things going. People typically don’t show up… For example, unless the coal train tracks or gas pipeline drawings have been drawn and the Environmental Impact Hearings already taking place.

And now with the scare the people from going outside campaign… maybe a local newsletter / website. Put a notice of such, in a places where you can pin up a notice and in the local paper. Getting local media on board would be beneficial. We were always fighting all the media as well as the govt and corps, all at once.

Make sure you have several/many capable people willing to share all the duties, be it website or whatever, since it can take over your life. And if no one else willing, go to plan B.

Now that’s a plan!! Seriously, Wylie, I’m impressed! Talk about a deep dive. Have your ordered Derrick Broze’s book “How To Opt Out of the Technocratic State”? I’m very slowly making my way through it (it’s quite rich). I think you’d appreciate it.

        • wylie1 says:

Thanks Pearl, there was a fair bit more but unfortunately I didn’t pay attention to the length and didn’t copy it, so its gone. Clearly I’m long winded….. had to cut out a bunch here.

Much of the above from direct experience.

No, haven’t ordered Broze’s book. I might well appreciate what he has to say but don’t think I need it. In other words can’t read them all but glad you are finding it useful.

Opted out of TV 40 years ago, never wanted a smart phone, never have had a Facebook, Twitter, etc. account. Try to keep anonymous online. Have always been leery of govt intrusion. Discovered that the news was inaccurate regarding stories I knew, about age 10 or so. Made me think similarly about all news. Don’t get me started on the education system.

It is why I advocate the voluntaryist-ish form similar groups and coalitions to virus themselves into govt in a big way. That is govt’s worst nightmare. Govt will never stop until such freedom oriented groups get their people in there to dismantle the behemoth in a sane way.

Even if pooh hits the fan, govt will just look like the military. When the voting stops, you will know you were too late. Funny how some think voting is a waste of time. They act exactly like propagandists applying statistics improperly.

Guerilla warfare is using what you have, to defeat your enemy. Your enemy’s weaknesses. Use voting while it is still available. I cannot help it if James and company choose to avoid that logic.

After you’ve had the govt try to take you and your many neighbors’ property, more than once, you have a good idea of how they operate and what it will take to change that. It will be a rude awakening for those that want to believe govt is filled with people just trying to do good, when you discover govt people have no problem lying right to your face if they think it will get them what they want… or just to divert your focus from what it should be on.

          • pearl says:

Sorry to learn a significant chunk was snipped. You still made a strong case!

          • mkey says:

Can you expand on the voting reference?

            • wylie1 says:

Not sure if you can do a search for all my posts but whatever it is you are wanting expanded, its very likely already been posted.

Have no idea what you are after. However, supposedly exiting the political scam by not voting is propaganda.

They never entered the political system. Forming a group, locating good contract bound candidates hell bent on dismantling govt in a sane way, running them in numbers in the major political parties, keeping at it until you’ve accomplished your goal; that is what is required to gain freedom from govt… unless you can afford your own island and defense of it, or live so remote that they don’t want to find you.

In many elections the majority do not vote now. Are things getting better with less voters?

Yes I understand the very narrow idealistic position on not supporting the govt system by not voting. But that is enabling/encouraging people to take the wrong path when they come to the [Y] in the road.

For example, 10,000 freedom minded folks form a group. Yearly dues are 100 bucks. That is 1mln to get the word out on YOUR govt stripping piranha candidates, every year. Start in a more rural county that is full of disgruntled folks. Can’t be too hard to find.

Some of the younger set have the misguided mindset that they need to hunker down and get a 3-D printer to print themselves a gun so they will be ready when SHTF and its time to act. Too late. The military is not going to give up its power and the masters they bow to. They will bring in foreign military run by the treasonous weasel generals loyal to the deep state/banksters. They have nasty weapons that the terminator only wished he had. Lots of blood and next to no chance of winning. However, if there is nothing left to protect after you dismantled it all. That IS a war that can be won.

Which will cause your end goal to happen sooner? Not voting or actually entering, virusing into the political arena in a big way?

  3. stoffa says:

I’ve had enough of mandatory. For me, mandatory is when I’m physically restrained and unable to escape that restraint.

Psychologically, restraint is much harder to quantify, and overcome.

How do I free myself from the restraint of wanting to continue to care for my octogenarian mum, whilst she prays to her invisible friend and trusts that her pension will continue to provide? How do I plan for survival when not one of my family believe in anything but the power of their fiat savings and the perception of government dedication to our well being?

After so many years of being the family “tin foil hat” guy, how does “I told you so” make me feel better after it all goes pear shaped and I’m the only one with the training, preparation and knowledge to do more than mourn the loss of my Facebook feed and wait for government assistance that will never come.

    • mkey says:

Therein lies the conundrum. They know full well that people will be held back by their bonds and ties to uninitialized family and friends. Even a well prepared, determined and armed individual is nothing without support of the community of equally prepared and determined individuals.

We should remember that the new military doctrine trains soldiers to open fire reactivly, shooting at the open space in front of them, as opposed to shooting at a particular target. If their minds have been conditioned sufficiently to not differ a combat zone (i.e. someone’s backyard abroad) from an urban area (i.e. someone’s backyard back at the homeland) there won’t be much a prepared and willing individual will be able to do to deter them.

  4. greta says:

In my personal life, I’ve learned a lot about narcissism and psychopathology (both voluntarily through research and involuntarily through experience). Learning about gaslighting, manipulation, and other forms of bullying has helped me recognize the same on a larger societal scale. In this society, we’re in an unhealthy relationship with the State and many became complicit in the abuse when they chose to ignore the blatant lie of Sept 2001. Mirroring a relationship, one lie or coverup quickly deteriorates into a habit of enabling and denial. That’s where I see the US now. And like a relationship with a narcissist, the only true way out is to go no contact. I’m curious if anyone else recognizes this analogy? I’d also enjoy your exploration of this topic of gaslighting, Mr. Corbett. I think learning to recognize when we’re being manipulated by others (even family), can help us become strong enough to stand alone when we must.

    • vendel says:

Same with me in kanada. Individual to individual with a choice in the moment. As I recognize a narcissic persona response in people, I feel 2 things, compassion and courage. Compassion because the other is in reptilian brain mode (agent smith),locked in survival/fear limitations. Courage because I have free choice to respond as victim/enemy or human/cooperation. Awareness of both macro/world agendas and micro/community agendas, I try my best to navigate middle earth, breathing deeply like the natural environment permits. Wind in the trees, water and rain, snow and sunshine, stars in dark skies, ect.. While still not ignoring chemtrails, wifi radiations, gmo foods, nasty chemicals, pollution, sickness.
All and nothing, middle earth is a training ground to become strong and stand alone when I must. Cooperate with others when I can.

This is not a time to be ignore(ant.) There are always subtle signs, synchronicities or deja vu that can guide your decisions. It is a time to pray for faith and to be able to see the signs. The moment that you are conscious of the Supreme Presence, that moment is perfect. And then hold that thought.

The whole narrative is fake. Reality lies in the subtle realm of thought and emotions. This is a time to make decisions that will create a story. I urge people to write a story in which they are heroes, not one in which they are victims or villains. We can grow and find joy in this crisis if we have the right attitude. The monsters will try to enjoy creating slaves, but we can choose to remain mentally free and happy.

I am fortunately able to view this crisis from a position of strength: we grow most of our food, milk a cow, make cheese, seed save, bee keep and even make miraculous medicine from native plants. While it is probably too late for others to learn what I know from doing this for over a decade, I would urge unprepared people to team up with people who do know how to thrive independently from the infrastructure. https://billyandanuttama.wordpress.com/

  10. Octium says:

Also, not trying to add to the fear, but we could also be in for a “double tap”

IE, While lots of people a preparing to move things on-line or work from home to avoid catching a not-so-serious-virus, it would be an opportunistic time for a major cyber attack that the government would claim it needs to rescue us from with more restrictions on the Internet.

  11. Libertydan says:

No need to panic. Even if you do get the latest Virus, you likely have a 98% survival rate. (higher if you have a good immune system, and lower if you don’t) The thing that makes COVID19 such an issue is that it is exceptionally contagious (likely because it was engineered to be contagious). The main issue is that too many people will get sick at the same time and thus overwhelm health systems.
The head of the Australian health dept said on “60 Minutes Australia” that this Virus has the potential to infect 40 to 60 percent of the population. Can you image if half the population came down with the Flu at the same time? Yep, fear and panic would be an even bigger problem than the Virus.
I like to get outside and walk for an hour or so each day. This clears my head and gives me piece of mind while helping my immune system. It’s actually kind of nice not to see as many jets in the air, (especially the ones leaving trails from horizon to horizon).

    • Libertydan says:

      Update March 16, 2020.
For the second Sunday in a row I have seen undeniable signs of Geoengineering across the southern sky of S.E. Michigan. There were lots of people enjoying the Park, yet none seemed to be aware of the man made clouds being created in the southern sky (below the level of the Sun).
Yep, it was a nice day in the Park, if you can ignore those kinds of things.
      My Question for Corbet would be;
Do you see evidence of Geoengineering in Japan, and if so, how often?

  12. Libertydan says:

Note, 5G high frequency radiation can adversely effect our immune system and thus put us at greater risk of getting sick. Perhaps this is why China has such a high rate of death for this Virus and why the Doctor who originally reported the Out-Break died even though he was only 33 and under hospital care.
I have noted that they (the propaganda box), say that people over 65 are at the greatest risk for COVID19.
The 1918 Spanish Flu which killed 50 million is said to have killed mostly 20-40 year olds. That was likely because there was a War going on and they packed this age group together like cattle and shipped them around the world, thus weakening their immune systems.
I thus conclude, that the health of ones immune system, is a bigger factor than age, relative to getting sick, but then, that is not what you will read elsewhere.

    • Fawlty Towers says:

“The 1918 Spanish Flu which killed 50 million is said to have killed mostly 20-40 year olds. That was likely because there was a War going on and they packed this age group together like cattle and shipped them around the world, thus weakening their immune systems.”

Also likely because the worldwide life expectancy in 1918 was not much higher than 40 years of age.

      • candlelight says:

And, then again, someone explained to me earlier today that the reason younger people were more greatly effected by the 1918 epidemic was that older people had been exposed at some point earlier in their lives to something similar to the Spanish flu virus and thus had built up more immunity.

        Go figure.

The 1918 flu dropped average life expectancy by something like 12 years!

        • Libertydan says:

Here is a link to a Chart on Life Expectancy in the USA.

          https://u.demog.berkeley.edu/~andrew/1918/figure2.html

I would note that it was “54” in 1917 and “56” in 1919. It went up after they killed off the weak, eh! It makes me wonder if that version of the H1N1/ Swine Flu/ Spanish Flu was an engineered Bio weapon that got out of control. If you look into the stuff the US Military was testing in Iraq, you should not doubt that they are capable of such things. The dropping of, not one, but two A-bombs in 1945 on Japan is another example of what crazy bastards do with weapons created in secret before the public even knows they exist.
I think COVID19 was created in a secret Lab (or at least modified to be more contagious) as a Bio-weapon. Perhaps what we are experiencing is just a test of things to come. Life was different before the events of 9/11/01. The U.S. Military Industrial Complex didn’t attack it’s own people.

    Health Impact News

    Dr Brownstein:
We are Not Worried About COVID-19
We Are Ready and You Can Be Ready Too!

    https://healthimpactnews.com/2020/dr-brownstein-we-are-not-worried-about-covid-19/

    EXCERPTS
For over 25 years my office, The Center for Holistic Medicine located in West Bloomfield, MI, has been effectively treating viral infections. The last few days I have seen the panic that is occurring: schools are closing, college students sent home, and all large events are being cancelled.

Rather than a time to panic, this is a time to reflect on our health care system and how to ensure that your immune system is ready to fight COVID-19 (the present coronavirus infection).

Conventional medicine’s approach to COVID-19 is suboptimal. They can offer hand washing and quarantining. That is about it. Really, it is pathetic!!

At my office, we are not worried about COVID-19. As I mentioned above, we have been successfully treating coronavirus, influenza, rhinovirus and many other viral flu-like illnesses since 1993. That is a long history.

The media and the Powers-That-Be would have you believe that this is the first-time coronavirus has ever infected humankind. That is simply not true. In fact, about 20% of common colds are caused by…coronavirus. (1) It is important to know that coronaviruses have been around for hundreds of years. I know this strain is different, but all viruses change (mutate) on a yearly basis. In fact, the influenza virus changes during every flu season. As I previously stated, I have been treating these viral changes for over 25 years.

My partners (Dr. Nusbaum, Dr Ng, Taylor Eason, NP & Jenny Drummond, PA) have all found success using natural therapies to enhance the body’s immune system as well as to kill viruses including flu-like viruses.
Today, I ordered intravenous hydrogen peroxide, vitamin C, ozone, and glutathione for my sick patients. I am confident these therapies will help them recover uneventfully. Keep in mind my partners and I have nearly 80 years of experience with these therapies! Not only do they work, they can be miraculous. Just ask our patients!

Intravenous nutrient therapies are wonderful treatments, but there are other oral natural therapies that are effective against viral infections including coronavirus. Vitamins A, C, and D along with iodine have proven benefit. At the first sign of any illness, I suggest my patients take 100,000 U of vitamin A (NOT beta-carotene), 50,000 U of vitamin D3 and 5-10,000 mg of vitamin C per day for four days. Pregnant women should not take high doses of vitamins A and D. Vitamin C can be increased to bowel tolerance.

    What else can you do?

    It is important to….

Typically, he does 5 passes with new patients.

I have had the 10 pass (not at Brownstein’s) about 4 years ago. The next day, I called my Doctor’s office to tell them that my body felt like it did when I was a kid. Very flexible and light and no aches. I did not know that I had aches until they were gone.

I did the 10 pass just to experiment. I can’t afford to do it very often, and haven’t done it since. It is a very good anti-aging protocol which seems to help the stem cells and with the telomere length.

For most folks, there is a much smaller, less expensive machine which makes ozone. They inject the ozone into a bag with blood (or plasma), shake it to blend (the blood turns crimson), then let it drip by IV into your arm.
When withdrawing the blood for the bag, I opt for the ultraviolet light (UBI) therapy. Along the way to the bag, the blood passes through the UV light. These two therapies in combination cost me $300.

Around the first and second week of February, I started planning about a possible scenario that the coronavirus might turn into a global category of a crisis.

I slowly reloaded the pantry and freezer, and bought plenty of toilet paper and other things. I have so much crap around the duplex, from tools to garden stuff (and cool weather greens growing) to shelves with supplements to extra “2’s of an item in case one wears out”, that it is a good thing I am not married now. It is organized but any sane woman would have me clear it all out, and re-domesticate me. I know about the “wife rulebook”. But now, I don’t have a wife, so that rulebook doesn’t apply.

For those with a family household, planning becomes so much more complex. I feel for families during this scenario.

Last week, I called the Doc’s office to set an appointment.
      I am excited.
I go in Monday to get the “Ozone Blood Therapy in combination with the Ultraviolet Blood Therapy (UBI) (BioPhotonic Therapy)”
I am doing it to boost my immune system.

Secondly, vaccines don’t get much testing. Just renember the swine flu vaccine or the avian flu. Those guys needed to cut through the red tape because emergency i.e. hysteria.

Double blind tests aren’t officially done because that would be immoral. Vaccines are just so damn good that it would be immoral to tell someone you gave them a vaccine but you really didn’t.

“Power grab” is the key word to describe what is happening.
They are cunning and clever and think long-term.
Another keyword is “asymptomatic carrier”, a technical term used to describe a person, who somehow, according to some test, is perceived to have the virus, yet otherwise be healthy or at least not have a respiratory illness. This term undermines individual health freedom. If you believe in vaccines, good for you. Have one for breakfast every morning, but do not force it on me and my kin.

The supplemental contains $8.3 billion government-wide, with resources directed for grants or cooperative agreements to states, localities, territories, and tribes to accelerate planning and operational readiness for COVID-19 preparedness and response, as well as develop tools and strategies, provide technical assistance and program support, as well as ensure ongoing communication and coordination among public health agencies and partners throughout the response.

The CDC is contacting State Health Officers to move forward with awarding over $560 million to states, localities, territories, and tribes. CDC will use existing networks to reach out to state and local jurisdictions to access this initial funding.”

Be sure to click “more” on the video information to see the list of items and sources. Here’s an excerpt of that lengthy description:

“Summary: In light of recent events, students and graduates of AUTONOMY gathered for a live and interactive town hall style of meeting last night on the #coronavirus and what individuals and families can do do embolden their immune systems and create hostile terrain to counteract the virus pandemic and strengthen their household against it.

“Dr. Frank Aieta, N.D. is a Naturopathic Physician based out of West Hartford, CT; he is also my wife’s cousin and my personal doctor, so it was natural to call him and schedule this meeting to help ease the tendency to panic with some realistic and substantial measures of protection, beyond hand-washing and covering our mouths.

“He has spoken to the AUTONOMY students on several occasions. Sharing this particular interview beyond the AUTONOMY student community seemed logical, given the gravamen of the ongoing situation and how timely this information is.”

[and we know who that someone is 🙂 ]

But, seriously, thank you so much for this link! The interview with Dr. Aieta really was for me so very important and informative!

I contracted Lyme Disease two years ago – I suppose one too many deer ticks embedded in me – so, listening to Dr. Aieta’s protocols with regard to dealing with chronic Lyme was beyond useful.

Let me tell you, the Lyme spirochete bacterium has a mind of its own! And, even though I was treated with Doxycycline after the fact – and it did clear up multiple bullseye rashes within a day or two (unfortunately I was having other symptoms for a few weeks) – I feel as though the regimen didn’t get rid of it all. And as Dr. Aieta said, the bacterium has a way of eluding subsequent treatment, and has a way of hiding in areas such as the joints.

For everyone’s information, the “official” CDC protocol that virtually all physicians follow is a regimen of Doxycycline for a duration of three weeks. However, Lyme Disease “literate” physicians find more success with a 4 to 6 week treatment of Doxycycline. I had to beg my doctor for more time on Doxy. He finally relented and prescribed an additional week. Because even a 4 week regimen runs contrary to the CDC’s expert opinion, it was like pulling teeth for my doctor to go along with me.

Anyway, pearl, many, many thanks for posting the link. I plan to follow up on Dr. Aieta’s herbal protocols and find for myself a Naturopathic Physician!

      You’re an angel, pearl.

      • pearl says:

Oh, Candlelight! You are the fourth person in my small circle of acquaintances diagnosed with Lyme disease. Insect-borne illnesses are a very real threat (don’t get me started!!). It sounds like you nipped it in the bud! And yet, your symptoms persist to this day. I’m very sorry to hear it and hope you find an excellent, knowledgeable doctor.

When my son was a toddler, I was horrified to discover a huge bruise on his shin. Wasting no time, our pediatrician saw him and referred us to a pediatric hematologist. Lab tests revealed Tularemia, and a couple other bacteria strains (How on earth?! Our theory was he got it from the sand pile outside which may’ve been infected by the nocturnal rabbits all around here which are known carriers [think glorified kitty litter]). He was immediately put on a cocktail of antibiotics for a six-week period.

Sometime later (a year or so, it’s all a blur now), we bought two lab puppies and one died suddenly. Testing his heart tissue revealed Chagas disease!! Terminal – no cure. The second puppy also tested positive and we had to put her down (the disease came from the breeders), but the carriers are the triatoma bugs, very common throughout North and South America (DuckDuckGo that name to see what they look like and learn more). Now THAT’S a growing, albeit silent, South American epidemic to take very seriously.

Well, I couldn’t help myself; I did get started (again)! Virtual hugs to you, friend. Keep up that fight!

        • candlelight says:

          pearl,

It’s nice sometimes when people can’t help themselves. 🙂

That must have been a mother’s intuition at work when the bruise on your toddler’s shin alarmed you to that extent. He was a very lucky toddler to have you watching over him!
I hadn’t hear of either of those two maladies – the parasite from the triatomine bug and Tularemia.
That must have been quite a super sad experience with the Labrador pups. I would imagine that if after that experience you went out and got two more pups, they’d be even that more precious, if such a thing were possible…hint…I’m partial to Labs. Never had one myself, but growing up, a neighbor always had two at any one time. Great dogs!
As far as my Lyme, I just wish I had caught it a few weeks earlier than I did. I had some strange symptoms prior to going on Doxy; at first I thought I was suffering from food poisoning, loss of appetite, lethargy, fever, diarrhea, night sweats, intense chills (two nights in a row, I was shivering so bad under the covers that the only thing that would stop it was standing under a hot shower for 20 minutes. I was shaking so badly walking over to the shower that I remember having to reach out to the wall to steady myself.) So, those symptoms subsided and I felt somewhat better, except the next week, my right ankle and foot got red and swollen, followed the very next morning with my left ankle and foot getting red and swollen, too, which left me hobbling around. It was at that point that I developed the bullseye type rash all over my torso and arms…. I could have kicked myself for being so stupid, because I remembered that after having a number of deer ticks removed in the past year – at least two or three times – there was one last tick in me that made so frustrated because it was embedded where I couldn’t remove it properly, and not having time to go to a clinic, I just scratched the damned thing off me in a huff, and paid no further mind about it…. A really dumb, stupid bad move on my part! And I paid the price.

I’m being long winded here just to express a cautionary tale so that others don’t make the same mistake I did, and to understand what possible symptoms there can be when it comes to getting a tick in you. Basically, remove the tick with the greatest of care, and if you think it’s been lodged in you for more than 24 hours, get on Doxycycline at least until a blood test comes back negative.

See, pearl, you got me started, too.

          cheers and hugs!

PS: It’s okay, virtual hugs are done at a very safe social distance! 🙂

A friend of mine obtained Lyme Disease more than once since he liked hiking in the woods. He went to a complimentary medicine clinic in Reno, NV for testing to make sure it was cleared out each time. His warning was that you can transmit it sexually and then pass it back and forth with girlfriend, wife, etc.

He used about as many hours as he could squeeze in a day of electro foot bath. They have electrode plates which ionize the water or something, which pulls toxins and other things like his Lyme spirochetes out of his system via his feet.

He was convinced it worked in 2 ways. 1. Took a foot bath sample to the Reno lab and they magnified it for him showing a spirochete in that sample water. 2. Felt much better, no symptoms after the spirochetes were cleared out. Although it took quite a long time, it was non invasive so no chemically added sickness.

Also, have seen videos from others who have used the Bob Beck Protocol to eliminate Lyme. Takes several weeks to clear, 6 or so?, but seems to work.

If I got inflicted by Lyme, I would also add the Rife frequency technology to the above mix. This is an example of competent tech: http://drclark.co/product/rife-digital-professional-v2/
Which I’ve known people who used to cure several ailments.
Other outfits label same thing as theirs at same price. Looks to be similar or same tech as one I saw from Germany in a different more rectangle case some years back which is no longer for sale. I can only guess someone bought the tech and now it is in this form factor, made in an an Asian locale?

There are other frequency tech such as Rife light.

If I had the dough: https://biocharger.com/
They avoid clamp down by authorities by avoiding disease cure claims but this can do all the Rife frequencies. There are other Rife light makers. Some folks offer the ability to go use their machine in a room they provide for such. On the less expensive side of frequency equipment is Spooky2.

Anyway, consider electro-medicine. I’d use all three(Electro foot bath, Bob Beck Blood Electrifier, Rife), just not at the same time 😉
Electo medicine is not new at all. It was once how folks were healed and will be again when people finally dump big pharma scam.

During my vacation I spent a lot of time online reading comments & watching videos related to the ‘coronavirus’ scare.

I went back to work expecting to see panicky masked people and a shortage of employees (because of fear of getting sick).
There was almost nothing of the sort.
Virtually everything was the same as usual except for the occasional joke about the toilet paper (scalpers snatching up all the toilet paper to resell it).

Virtually no one was buying what the media was dishing out regarding the the danger of the virus. They, just like me, viewed a panicky response as the actual potential danger.

    I was pretty blown away.

Asking how well things are progressing. Yes- No and going to the next destination down the flowchart to the next action to be taken. Compliance yes , compliance no. Things could be coming to an end and your miracle will come forth. I hope so. Since there is no yellow vest rioting reaction things won’t get any worse. The flow chart ends when the objective is reached.
So rage to this will be expected… My thoughts here I will not bring into existence. The trial run with the fake-ish bioweapon has served its purpose. I would take my rage out on a little golf in Versaille. Care to join me? Maybe we will play through and over Jupiter and his ilk.

My Dad tried teaching me golf, we’d go to those driving ranges, I loved it, he’d exclaim how gifted I was, but I was too young, 8 or 9, and then my Mom left NYC and I never had time to swing at golf balls again. Golf in Versailles sounds pretty bleedin’ posh! On the parterre or aiming at the strangely shaped topiary bushes and statues… kinda apocalyptic in an incongruous sorta way… now time for sleeping.

Businesses to close for a month. Unions are already trading threats of massive layoffs for leverage. Just a few days ago they were crying about working force defficiencies totalling in tens of thousands, now it’s all about kicking people tens of thousands to the curb. Come, meet black, the new white. A novel voucher idea has been floated, to be used by self-insulated individuals.

Price controls instituted. Three words that could bring an empire down.

Threats are being issued toward those who have been “caught” going about while they were in house arrest. Erm, in self-insulation. Fines in excess of a thousand euro (well over average monthly pay) are levied. Police has a list of these domestic terrorists and are watching them like hawks, apparently.

Incredible. Thanks for the link, Fawlty Towers. If I didn’t know better, “Lock Step” and other passages reads like a spoof, an Onion piece. It’s quite an eyeopener to realize it’s for real, and not some practical joke.

It is definitely in-your-face demented, as I read elsewhere, subsequently, online.

It was also discussed back in 2012 at Global Research, in an article that feared the idea that a false flag attack on the 2012 London Olympic Summer Games, as depicted in the Rockefeller publication might come true!

                https://www.globalresearch.ca/scenarios-of-sudden-disasters-for-mankind-are-the-london-olympics-a-target-for-a-false-flag-attack/31434

But, you know, in the introduction letter – Letter from Judith Rodin President of the Rockefeller Foundation, her last line reads “We welcome your feedback.”

We ought to take her up on it!

And, yup, I agree with gbw, this publication could be Patrick Wood’s perverse poster child highlighting his forewarnings, and is no doubt among his footnotes.

I still can’t get over the Foundation’s use of the word “lockstep” with its obvious connotation of militarism. I also can’t help thinking it was chosen as a purposefully hubristic and morbid challenge to otherwise normal and ordinary sensibilities. So that if it seems out of bounds, it was absolutely meant to be…. And obviously the graphics of the cameras thrown in for good measure….Ridiculous.

Even if I, myself personally, got a good glimpse of all this back in the 90s when I first saw this “http://” language catching on – as opposed to what would have been obvious for any human to do – I think they (“they”) have been quite clear about the direction they were moving the world into (to?) and when you look closely to what “digital” means and how it works, it’s just the perfect instrument for exactly what is going, and will continue to go, on. There can be many reasons.
There can be man made reasons …or
Many things are cyclical. Enviro conditions cycle around to being good for a particular critter to flourish.

In our area tent caterpillars show up in the trees about every 7 years or so. The cycle is not exactly every 7 years, just a loose average but haven’t seen them in much longer, which could be due to chemtrails or some other factor. They turn into moths.

Somewhat nearby construction can cause animals to look for a more comfy place. I can imagine if someone got a new dog that had access to where the rats were living or a new to the extended area coyote caused the rats to leave where they were.
–Or the rat population due to favorable conditions, whatever they may be, but in general, plenty of food, began to be too numerous for their own elbow room, so they venture out looking for a place to start their new quarters. The first intruder may have left a scent trail(pee and poo or ?) which the others followed to your abode.
Ants leave a scent so when I get some sugar ants scouting out my kitchen, I try to get them all so none leave a scent back to the larger colony. In this way I’ve only had to kill about 10 ants twice in 10 years.

When I was much younger we had rats dig under the slab floor and up next to the sewer pipe where it was weaker grout, into the above ground basement. Made nests in a couple spots. Had plenty of feed which was for the 4-H animals. They multiplied before we were aware. Then you have to clean out the whole place and patch holes, etc.

My brother had a rat sleeping with his chickens in the winter cold some years back. He solved it by no more chickens. A distant friend has a neighbor who spews chicken feed all over the ground and so has plenty of mice and rats. All their neighbors are not happy.

So if you or you have some neighbor who acquired chickens or started feeding some animal…

Since it’s been long since last I talked to them, it was a sign of panic. Everything closed in São Paulo – restaurants, bars, businesses, theaters etc. One, the oldest (66) is in self imposed quarantine and the other two had all their gigs cancelled. They asked me “what about all these people dying?” (many reports of people dying). I directed them to Jon Rappoport’s article…

    4 Therapies under consideration
We reviewed the available data on treatment of betacoronaviruses and broadly hierarchised the evidence according to the following matrix:
    Virus tested
    Evidence of benefit
    SARS-CoV-2
    SARS-CoV MERS-CoV
    Other betacoronavirus
    Human controlled intervention trial
Human observational study Nonhuman primate experimental
    Small animal experimental In vitro
    Theoretical
    Greatest evidence
Least evidence For relevant compounds, we then also considered the available safety data.
Therapies that are plausible and supported by reasonable body of in vitro, animal and/or clinical data are shown in the following tables. A large number of other compounds have been evaluated for in vitro inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 and/or other betacoronavirus replication, and some have demonstrated an inhibitory effect at serum concentrations that might be achieved in patients. However, without animal studies or well-documented experience of clinical use in comparable contexts, these are not currently recommended for clinical use in COVID-19 patients. Similarly, some drugs have theoretical potential for benefit in COVD-19 patients but no supporting data, and are not recommended for use. Drugs in these categories are not listed in the tables, with the exception of any that have been widely proposed as current treatment options for COVID-19.
The therapies are divided into two categories in the following tables based on current evidence: 1. Benefit may exceed risk, potentially suitable for compassionate use (Table 1)
    2. Inadequate data to recommended compassionate use currently, await further data (Table 2)

In a mouse model of SARS-CoV, prophylactic and early therapeutic administration significantly reduces lung viral load and improves clinical signs of disease and respiratory function; later treatment, initiated at peak viral replication, reduces lung viral loads but does not alter clinical outcome. In a nonhuman primate model of MERS- CoV infection, prophylactic or early treatment improves clinical respiratory function and radiological signs, and reduces lung viral load and histopathological changes.
Direct comparison with combination lopinavir/ritonavir and interferon-beta in vitro and in mouse models of MERS-CoV infection demonstrated greater virological, clinical and histopathological benefit with remdesivir.
Inhibits SARS-CoV- 2 replication in Vero cells with a low micromolar EC50 value.
Manufacturer reports two phase 1 human trials completed, results not published. Phase 2 trial in Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) survivors (NCT 02818582) fully recruited but not yet reported. I’m not providing source for the following because they are quite irrelevant and not in English, but still this is showing a trend.

The, I guess top in this area, infections clinic director prof Markotic has said (a bit loosely translated)

Maybe I was too lenient when I said this is like shooting from a handgun, now I’ll be more direct, it’s like firing a rifle in a shopping mall, it’s terrorism. In this case, bio-terrorism. when talking about people who do not abide the “selfinsulation measures”.

Of course, no one is denouncing this insane claptrap. More people seem to be leaning toward “we gotta do what we gotta do”.

Additionally, a site has been launched (I’m assuming by the ministry of interior affairs) where people are incentivized to report those they believe are breaking “selfinsulation measures”. The front page is stating the reports are anonymous, but when you get to the form your personal information is required. I guess that’s easy to spoof, but still interesting how police sees the concept of anonymity. I’m sure they have quite a few reports daily, this is a nation full of rats.

This site is also listing some “articles” (screenshots, actually) which are signed by a marketing and PR agency (gasp) brand.hr. The “author” URL on the article redirects to the main page but the URL itself contains the name of one Nikola Pervan, a self declared marketing expert. When I go to his site and click the contact URL it leads to brand.hr, but of course.

The carried “news” articles are basically just directly taken over from one of the “news portals”, even the linked image is hosted on the portal servers. Nobody is even expending effort to get state sponsored news, they are just relying on these “news portals” where anyone can be on the front page every day, provided you have a few thousand euros to spare.

    We’re slowly getting there.

Loved the video, but…but….martial law no chance because they don’t have the resources? Sounds great, but how does that work exactly? And how does that goes with Corbett’s Medical Martial Law?

      • mkey says:

Well, how do you think a state can institute a nation wide lockdown 24/7 for any extended period of time? People would have to a) swalloww the “selfinsulation” cannard hook, line abd sjnker and b) rat on each other loke crazy.

I don’t know about other failed states, but in mine the number of police and military employees is occluded. According to some figures, their count should be 220.000 on maybe 4.000.000 but out of those there is high probability the majority are in administration and maintenance.

While the migrant crisis was taking place, you would have a better chance to spoti a Yeti than a cop going around. They had this “task force” of well equipped traffic cops that would go cross country and generate insane profit from issuing fines. Their cars and plate numbers are known to the general public and people keep track of their whereabouts.

If we assume that there’s maybe 100.000 grunts they could send to the streets, with others being nicely seated in their air conditioned offices, that’s a relation of about 35:1 in favor of non state actors and if we remove relatives and the erderly still a healthy 15-20:1.

Maybe they can handle larger gatherings, bit they will rely on fear stricken in the public’s mind to keep it in check. That’s what all the fear porn and sycophant endoresd shaming is for.

The law framework still stands and that part of the story is very much valid, along with mandatory vaccinations and whatnot. They don’t have to put a gun to your head to make you take the shot, it’s going to be a lot more sinister than that. You don’t want to take the shot? No problem, your driving licence revoked. Your public transportation permit revoked. Your medical expenses “insureance” skyrockets.

No guns required, it’s their system and you can go fornicate with yourself.

It’s a little frightening to observe that even 15:1 is still largely in the favor of the 1…

So, I’m lucky enough to live on top of a hill largly surrounded by paths and parks and looking outside this morning I see the occasional person walking around alone, no cars or traffic…

holding their scarf snugly up around their face!

          ?

I mean, WHAT do they think they are protecting themselves from exactly??

Or is it a show? For the hidden and prying eyes of the authorities? Convincing some CCTV camera that they’re fearful and obedient??

Just sayin’, all the fear porn and shaming is consumed and inflicted by a truly gung ho population who largely laps this stuff up, so 15:1…

Can you imagine walking down the street alone with no traffic holding a scarf up to your face??

          • manbearpig says:

            yea, no guns required… As Mr Corbett says;

most folks will be vying to be the first vaccinated, cheering on the ID2020 squads…

            Oh wait…

holding their scarf up to their face IS a show,

For ME! To prove to me, and anyone else looking at them, that they’re an obedient part of the politically correct majority with a monopoly on the moral highground!

just ranting outloud as I type…

          • mkey says:

Well, I bet the scarf was there to hide the mask. They may feel a bit embarassed to be seen wearing the mask (I would be extremely embarassed) so they put the scarf on.

I’m looking through my window, I can see quite a wide area. There’s practically nobody on the streets, either walking or driving. The streets are quite desolate during non-summer months but it still is a Sunday, typically you’d see people going out for a walk with families and such.

About half an hour ago I see one of the neighbors, probably coming back from the baker, with that mask on. Do people think this infection is being carried through the air like pollen? I understand the guy has a family, but three of them strung together are below the deceased age average.

FailedNationwide we’re on 235 “cases”. Still, nobody is questioning what does “case” really mean. There was quite an increase in cases in the past two days, I think it more than doubled. Luckilly, today is Sunday so they probably won’t “test” as much so there won’t be that many “new cases”. But they’ll probably ramp it up come Monday.

So far, according to their numbers, they administered less than 3.000 “tests” (a figure laughable in its own right) which would mean an “infection” rate of less than 10% and death rate of 1 (elderly gentleman who passed away, god knows from what exactly) in 3.000. We better kick this in high gear, panic time.

            • manbearpig says:

Muy bien, MBP. Como le va? Cuidado con la gripe de la muerte peluda.

Enjoyed reading this wee thread (is it a thread? I never know). Thanks mkey. Yep. Maybe Larken and Corbett are both correct. I was wondering if there was a conflict there, but I guess one is speaking of the panic over nothing and the other is worried about the true economic catastrophe this is causing.

I tried to suggest to my normie sister that maybe we should just stop “believing” the virus. Since no one knows what, if, when, how, why, who, then it becomes a belief, and in we go into the fundamentalist department, and the decibels start rising. Our belief in it makes it work, like any ad campaign, or even money, so how about stop believing? Maybe a new campaign called “Fuck The Virus – FTV”, how about that? It was just a suggestion for a brainstorm of a possibility of a talk, but boy, DID the decibels go through the roof. My god. “PEOPLE ARE DYINGGGGGGGG!!!!!!”

I look outside and I see trees, birds, wasps and skies – the city is 1km away, so no people around. I must confess my enjoyment from the silence since the airplanes stopped flying by. I’m in a route and, even though they pass at some 9.000 feet, you still have that frequent roar, and now…nothing. Empty silent skies. I must confess this is truly lovely.

Am I gonna start loving the Martial law? Imagine if this throws us into the middle ages, and then, contrary to what we think, people start throwing their phones away and eating together again? That would be a hell of a backfire. Just dreamin’. Let me dream!

In the city yesterday (center, town, whatever) I saw many people wearing masks. Embarrassed, you say? People here are proud, like I’m hip, I’m up to date, I’m in the fashion. Most locals with masks (and gloves) are working people in gas stations, fishing houses etc. The others with masks, on cars, are mostly from outside, like “I’m from São Paulo, the big city, the place you wanted to live in but can’t, you poor country redneck, I’m hip, look”. Oh, I could write a book about Brazilian urban stupidity. It would beat War and Peace by a thousand pages.

MBP, next time shout to the person: “Show us your mask, you silly bitch!”. Sorry, just kidding.

alexandre: In regards to who would be so Dumb as to have an Alexa…
Keep in mind all those smart phones, like my friends have. They are listening too.

One time, over at my friends, we were talking and asking Siri the I-phone assistant some questions, just to see what the response would be. There was a pause, Siri gave an answer, my friend replied to Siri with another question,
Siri: “I wasn’t talking to you, JASON. (the name I’m giving my friend at the moment) with a bit of a snotty-snooty attitude.

    Very spooky/creepy. We were flabberghasted.

Yet those friends never turn off their smart phones. So those Alexa-like phones are listening all day long.

You can tell folks that they are being monitored and recorded but until the sheriff comes knocking saying they suspect something due to their conversations, they will just ignore that for convenience sake.

Sadly, many times I forget that those friends I-phones are listening as well.

    • alexandre says:

Scary shit. Oh yes, don’t get me started with “smart” and “digital”. I’m ferociously anti-digital since this thing begun (in my life in the 80/90s). It was just a feeling then, but now, a mere glance at the world and it’s pretty obvious the harm, destruction and uglyfication this thing brought, when it’s sole purpose is military – surveillance, extermination, stupidity, slavery etc. My iPhone 5 – forced as a present – usually stays in the car, and when I find it and it says “low battery” I go “yes!” Everyday I wake up, go to the bathroom, wash my teeth, put on my shirt and stomp my feet screaming “motherfuckers!!” That’s my “morning” routine since 1998.

      • wylie1 says:

You can always give the gift back or sell that Iphone on one of those websites or CraigsList, ebay, or some used mobile phone shop. Good to do that before the battery falters and doesn’t recharge.

It is nice to have an emergency or minimal use phone. Came in handy when my car’s distributor crapped out a few years ago.

I need to get a basic flip phone noted to work and last well. Purchased anonymously(with cash), since my very old flip phone has very little coverage area these days [very early 3G only transceiver]. And of course anonymously purchased call time.

I once heard it said: “Don’t let the bastards get you down.” Seems a bit more peaceful to our natural souls… than some other pointedly irritated, middle finger words …but I certainly understand the sentiment (and do similar once in a great while for good measure 😉

Kudos for your In Port ugese project. Salute.

        • alexandre says:

iPhone 5 Still sell-able? I’ll check, but I don’t think I can get much. I still have a not too old Nokia E7 something. It has internet already but I just used it for calls, road emergency etc, 3G, good enough.
What most irritates people is the fact that I use it for talking. When they find out I don’t have wasáp, the abuse starts. I’m home all the time anyway, so I have an old fixed analog telephone, with push buttons and a cable that goes into the wall, remember that? It has a number, they call you, it goes “trrrriiing….trrrriiing..”, you pick up and say “Hallow?” and voilà, a miracle of technology. What’s so difficult for people to understand? Plus the sound is much better and it NEVER gets disconnected so you spend 5 minutes talking to the void – the digital void. Wait, I have to stomp. “M*****s!!!”

Hey, thanks for the salute. Just finished the Survival Guide.
