The “State of the World” Address, Translated From the Globalese
Can you believe it’s late September once again? That magical time of year when an old globalists’ fancy turns to world domination and the world waits with bated breath for the United Nations Secretary-General to deliver his annual “State of the World” address to the UN General Assembly gathered in New York.
. . . Oh, you didn’t know there was a “State of the World” address. Don’t worry, neither does anyone else who actually has productive things to do with their life. But rest assured there is such a speech delivered at the “General Debate” which takes place at the opening of each session of the UN General Assembly in the last week of September. Formally known as “The Secretary-General’s Address to the General Assembly,” it is followed by no one and impacts nothing, exactly like most other speeches at the UN—except the ones where the POTUS is threatening to bomb somebody or the Prime Minister of Israel is holding up cartoon bombs like some demented Wile E. Coyote.
You see, the problem is that these “State of the World” speeches are not delivered in English but in Globalese, that strange tongue spoken only by those equally strange creatures who refer to themselves as “world leaders” and parade around in motorcades. So I thought I would take key passages from this year’s speech, delivered by current Secretary-General Somethingsomething Whatshisface, and translate it into ordinary English.
What follows is the text of the address as delivered, followed by the English translation in italics. Ready? Let’s go.

Re: “Reborn†video
Very cool James. What a secret you’ve been keeping.
Re: John Cleese interview
Another video some of you may be interested in is a BBC program from 1979 in which Cleese and Michael Palin have a debate about their new film Life Of Brian, which was pretty controversial upon its release, with a bishop and another prominent Christian. Watching the Pythons try to have a logical, rational debate with them is pretty amusing.
As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, I can’t do the convenient link-share thing, but you can just search Life of Brian debate and it’s right there. It’s about an hour long.
James, you have the incorrect banner image for this article linking to the previous one.
Now, off to reading…
Thanks for the tip. Banner image corrected.
Here is the dirt Trump wanted from Zelensky about the Bidens and why Zelensky doesn’t want to give it to him.
by Eric Zuesse for The Saker Blog
In order to understand why Ukraine’s President Voldomyr Zelensky doesn’t want the dirt about Joe Biden to become public, one needs to know that Hunter Biden’s boss and benefactor at Burisma Holdings was, at least partly, Zelensky’s boss and benefactor until Zelensky became Ukraine’s President, and that revealing this would open up a can of worms which could place that former boss and benefactor of both men into prison at lots of places.
First, the falsehoods in the press have to be documented here, since this article will go up against virtually all U.S.-and-allied reporting on these events.
https://thesaker.is/here-is-the-dirt-trump-wanted-from-zelensky-about-the-bidens-and-why-zelensky-doesnt-want-to-give-it-to-him-hidden-by-rampant-falsehoods-in-the-press/
Excellent translation James!
Article 29 of UN charter of human rights is pure gold.
(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
Oh, blessed be thou UN.

Great post James!
I found myself laughing out loud toward the end!
I just regret no piece on the use of Greta Thunberg as “child human shield” for globalists.
😉
I’ve just found an underviewed video by MIT prof Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai. He very succinctly lays out the carbon credit mega-scam.
And, new site discovery: The Wrong Kind of Green. The Manufacturing of Greta Thunberg is the first entry in what seems a thorough series on the entire apparatus of said mega-scam, by Cory Morningstar.
Peripatetikos, thanks for sharing the MIT professor’s video. I’ll watch it as soon as I’m done writing this comment. Interesting that it came out in November 2018 and yet shows only 798 views. Two of the comments below the video indicate that it has been “messed with”: a thumbs up disappeared and shadow banning was taking place.
Yesterday I came across evidence of the HUGE number of views that YouTube deletes on sensitive issues: In April 2018, Hillary Simpson, the mom of a vaccine-injured child, made a YouTube video that within a few days had been viewed more than 886,000 times. Yet today, the view count is only 31K. Check it out: 11 mins, April 10, 2018, Hillary Simpson #crazymothers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34ZTWvkgiQE
How do I know that 886K people watched it? Because Del Bigtree mentioned that figure at the 30:25-minute mark of his April 19, 2018, HighWire show: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDa7ON_-RKs
I’ve been catching up on all the early HighWire videos, and that’s how I made this disheartening discovery of the depths to which YouTube will stoop to censor scary-to-globalists truth.

Glad you found the second series of Wrong Kind of Green’s articles on Greta. Actually, Corbett member FIW put us on to the first series when it appeared a few months ago, and he also clued us into the latest releases last week: https://www.corbettreport.com/interview-1480-new-world-next-week-with-james-evan-pilato/#comment-66448
Of course, it can only help to repeat the notice. I’m halfway through reading the recent articles. They’re long and dense — packed with truth.
Thanks to the MIT professor, I now understand for the first time how carbon credits work — and why they’re a rip-off to consumers and taxpayers (usually one and the same). The carbon credit scheme will also line the pockets of corrupt government officials and fill the coffers of the IPCC’s elite and the commodities markets players to the tune of trillions of dollars. And do carbon credits lower pollution? Not on your life. They allow manufacturers in China and India, for example, to DOUBLE their carbon emissions between now and 2030.
The one thing the professor didn’t mention, which would’ve helped me understand even better, is that there’s a difference between carbon monoxide, which is the poisonous gas released from burning fossil fuels (and thus is “bad” carbon–which is the basis for the carbon credits), and carbon dioxide, which we exhale and plants convert into oxygen (the “good” kind of carbon–and yet has been wrongly termed “bad”). Am I understanding/explaining this correctly?
Yes, a damn good video and the one below called 10 reasons Thunberg is a fraud is really good stuff too and actually wraps up all of Morningstar’s articles quite well in only 45 minutes. I’m downloading both of them in case they get disappeared.
Now, regarding your carbon monoxide (CO) and dioxide (CO2): They’re both products of combustion. If a fuel, any fuel, is burned/combusted 100% the resulting would be just hydrogen and water, but unfortunately 100% combustion isn’t possible since this would require an oxygen molecule to bind with each fuel molecule, something which is unachievable.
This incomplete combustion causes the combustion products to contain carbon particles. These carbon particles, or some of them, bind with the surplus oxygen from the combustion process, normally forming CO2, that is 1 carbon atom and 2 oxygen atoms, yes, what we exhale among others. But if the combustion is starved for oxygen or the fuel mixture is too rich, carbon MONOxide is produced, (1 carbon, 1 oxygen). The globalist green mafia doesn’t distinguish between either, their goal is to control carbon, and the basis for their tax scheme is CO2 the biproduct of nearly any industrial process in order to control/choke us.
The latest expose on the charlatans promoting AGW is written by none other than Tony Cartalucci: https://www.globalresearch.ca/greta-thunberg-big-biz-climate-charade/5690434
MBP: The chanting video was indeed a turn-off; I couldn’t stomach more than five minutes of droning voices and mindless cheers.
Saudi Arabia – Another Defeat In Yemen – King’s Bodyguard Killed
Something curious is happening in Saudi Arabia and Yemen.
For the second time in a month the Yemeni forces aligned with the Houthi surrounded and captured brigade size forces of Saudi soldiers and mercenaries. The Houthi media report that 2,400 fighters and several hundred vehicles were captured.
The personal bodyguard of the Saudi King Salman has been killed. The official claim is that it was during a personal dispute. Conveniently the shooter is also dead.

Zero Hedge “Tyler Durden” 9/30/2019
…Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman sat for an interview with 60 Minutes… (VIDEO embedded – attack footage of oil production facility)
https://www.zerohedge.com/energy/mbs-war-iran-would-send-oil-highs-we-havent-seen-our-lifetimes
EXCERPTS
…MbS addressed every controversy afflicting his regime: tensions with Iran and the recent attacks on Abqaiq, the murder of Khashoggi, MbS’s hopes for peace in Yemen and the arrest of female activists despite MbS’s landmark gender reforms like granting women the right to drive.
The two issues from the interview that garnered the most attention were MbS’s insistence that he wasn’t aware of the plot to kill Khashoggi (but that he ‘accepts responsibility’, as a leader should), and the disruption in global oil supplies – triggering a spike in global prices – that could result from a war with Iran…
… Echoing comments from Mike Pompeo, MbS said he would describe the attack on Abqaiq as an ‘act of war’, before the discussion turned to the global oil market.
Given Saudi Arabia’s importance to global energy supplies, a war with Iran could bring about the “total collapse” of the global economy, not just the Middle East region.
“The region represents about 30% of the world’s energy supplies, about 20% of global trade passages, about 4% of the world GDP. Imagine all of these three things stop. This means a total collapse of the global economy, and not just Saudi Arabia or the Middle East countries. Iran appears willing to risk war to improve its position.”
Oil prices would likely soar to “unimaginable” highs that we “haven’t seen in our lifetimes” as global supplies are disrupted.
“If the world does not take a strong and firm action to deter Iran, we will see further escalations that will threaten world interests. Oil supplies will be disrupted and oil prices will jump to unimaginably high numbers that we haven’t seen in our lifetimes.”….
Undeniable science -> you will lose your research grant if you don’t download our conclusion and add your name at the end.
When discussing such matters, one would be inclined to assume “undeinable” is due to technical reasons. But once you look past that, it’s obvious it means it may not be denied.
I prefer Corbelese to Globalese.
I prefer Corbelese over Globalese.
Take your pick.
Can I pick both?
Yep.

God bless you James!
For anyone who’s interested in the Greta Thunberg phenomenon, Red Ice TV did a good recap video entitled “Top Ten reasons why Greta Thunberg is a Fraud” (it includes the Suzuki video that was subsequently posted on Zerohedge and elsewhere.)
I’d posted this link on another page but there’s no feedback at all on it which I find surprising so in case nobody saw it, here it is again:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Jpk8Ix1CCg
Or williamengdahlcom/englishNEO25Sept2019.php for an overview of the climate change scam in its totality.
The poor girl does not even know the real globalist, fascist, totalitarian masters she is working for.
Absolutely, Engdahl often nails it!
MBP, I’m happy you mentioned the Red Ice “Top Ten” video, because I forgot to. By the time I remembered, it felt unseemly to write four comments in the space of a few minutes in the same thread.
But now that you’re requesting feedback, I’m impelled to offer it! Yes, earlier this evening (in the States), I saw Red Ice’s recap, and found it fascinating–especially the Suzuki speech, which I’d never seen before. Gosh, Greta’s attacks are just a rehash of the 1992 performance put on by a girl who must be David Suzuki’s daughter?
Reminds me of other environmental schemes Corbett has talked about: the UN launches them once, then they go into a hiatus, then the UN renews them a few years later–but pretends they’re brand new.
So much trickery. So much deception. So much corruption. And yet most journalists around the world don’t do their own research so are totally taken in by the lies.
Good Morning CQ! Well, here I am at work now, no student for the moment, late or class forgotten I shall discover…
But I shall also take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback.
I just thought the video was pretty darn succinct even though Cory Morningstar’s work is much more comprehensive.
I saw some old American acquaintances yesterday who were gushing about Greta so I showed them the chanting vid:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTGWsgYDwck
It seems to get through to even the staunchest admirers…
Protecting Brand Greta from extinction rebellion?:
Then I came across this strange article encompassing Greta, Extinction Rebellion and IP issues: a mysterious trademark applicant… :
worldtrademarkreview.com/brand-management/mysterious-greta-thunberg-and-extinction-rebellion-trademarks-could-pose
Ah! Student’s finally arrived!
Yes! She is, in fact, David Suzuki’s daughter and an ardent Strong Earth Charter International Council Member.
Oh, look at me, I didn’t get my daily fix of attention. Did anyone comment on my Article 29 eureka moment I wanted to share with everyone? No. Did I get my knickers in a twist over it? No. Crybaby.
Anyway, I took Greta for a bald faced liar from the start. I wasn’t aware of her condition previously and now that light has been shone on how she’s being quite obviously exploited by her parents (she must be, as otherwise this whole charade couldn’t possibly exist; it’s either that or she’s kidnapped by unknown actors QED) I do feel a modicum of compassion toward her, albeit I do stand by previous assessment that she’s a bald faced liar and an actor.
At the same time I’m quite impressed by the willingness of these people to exploit children and bruise their volatile psyche so deeply and ever so carelessly. Hopefully, they’ll just move on at some point in near future (toward drugs, sex and rock&roll; again, hopefully) and not dwell too much on this doomsday scenario in which the provider of all life on this planet turns around to become its extinguisher in the final act. A suspenseful twist worthy of M. Night Shyamalan, I’m sure.
I do have to point out the irony of having the second suggested video, when watching the one linked above, of a TED talk on “How to spot a liar” by Pamela Meyer https://imgur.com/a/m2FX3iS
I did watch videos in that vein already so their algorithms would lean toward such content, but I found the timing to be immaculate. Well, near immaculate, considering it was only the second suggested video.
aaaahhhhhh, love it when you wield that razor Occam, missed it, I feel much better now,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkPq3UaCLpg
so what was your article 29 Eureka moment all about?
Janice understand.
It wasn’t as much as an archimedian Eureka moment as it was a homerian duh moment. Somewhere deep in my psyche, somewhere where soil long since hasn’t been ruffled, where stones have been left unturned for ages, I mistook unian charter as the bible of human rights. Even worse, not only the bible, but the very source of our rights. You-come-out-of-your-mother-to-enter-this-world-and-a-UN-representative-is-there-to-uphold-your-rights type of thing. I have obviously never read the damned thing. Of course, had I read it, those words would have flown right above my forehead. Because UN is as good as much as it’s the purveyor of our rights.
well Fred,
I Believe I do understand.
I had my UN eureka moment when I saw how those brave blue helmets upheld the sacred human rights of Stanley and Nelson Romulus and their mother Sonia:
https://www.haitiaction.net/News/HIP/7_7_9/7_7_9.html
(family photo 3rd from the top)
Until then I hadn’t even really been aware there Was a UN charter supposedly sanctifying human rights…
anyhow…
Just an observation. I don’t know that little girl or her parents so I will withhold judgement. But having seen her speak publicly raises a question.
Natural Human Behavior:
When someone is speaking from the heart, viscerally and emotionally, why do they keep having to look at their script? Have you ever had a pissed off girlfriend or boyfriend who was going off on you and had to keep checking their notes? That girl’s role in the scam is so obvious that you wonder how people can be so intellectually retarded to not see it. “Their†tactics are so obvious and transparent, and it keeps working.
My cats want their dinner now.
That’s just one of the dead giveaways. But she induces people into a heightened state of irrational thought and group think easily kicks in in such moments. Had anyone pointed out the fact she’s reading a script, no matter how obvious, he would have been shun as a chauvinistic child raping Asperger impaired impaling carbon loving environment hater.
Yep. Turn off the brain by going for the emotional reaction. Tried and true, works every time.
For fuck’s sake, even my cats see through that shit. Well, one’s not too bright, but the other two definitely see through that shit.
Those are good odds, 2:1 they are. I’m here on 1:1, with the brighter one being a lunatic.
Nothing more dangerous than a bright lunatic, whatever the species. If Kissinger was a cat, just think what would happen to the furniture.
I have two side dishes to this main course. It’s difficult to sort these according to priority so I won’t even try.

https://www.sciencealert.com/planet-9-could-be-an-ancient-black-hole-says-new-study
😯
Haha. Science fiction is very popular.
When we can no see things, astronomers try to fill in the holes
in their models with very hypothetical ideas,
and dare to call it science.
Primordial black holes were fantasized to explain some problems
in the Big bang, and are sometimes used as Dark Matter. In both
situations the solution does not really work well.
But Black holes are very popular, just as Sharks. So astronomers
try to fit them into an unrelated problem in the Solar System.
Black holes might not even exist. In the maths the astronomers
mix up Newton’s gravity (escape speed) with Einstein’s gravity.
And in reality we often see matter coming from places where these
black holes are located. So they are not so black after all.
Back to the problem: we try to see what is beyond the reach of
our telescopes. The light reflected from the sun is also minimal.
Reflected light degrades with 1/R^4 over distance.
So I think it is better to wait until we can actually see something.
There are also problems with other black hole theories out there.
I have here a video and post on the Black Hole image:
https://www.reddit.com/r/plasmacosmology/comments/daywxb/april_10th_2019_claims_of_a_black_hole_image_the/
But it is very hard to give criticism to a scientific field where
most specialists are maintaining their myths.
I call it the expert-fallacy.
Like: “Most experts in astrology are certain that astrology works well”.
Due to repetition or choice, the expertise becomes a faith instead of a certainty.
Gosh, ok…
filling in holes with more holes…
fair enough…
“…When we can no see things, astronomers try to fill in the holes
in their models with very hypothetical ideas,
and dare to call it science….”
that cosmic phenonmenon is apparently not limited to astronomy, jusk ask Nir Shaviv…
I remember your link from a while back, I wanted to make a couple of remarks about your article that you posted recently – I must get around to that, and thanks for shedding your light on the question of planet 9…

Iran Is China’s Secret Weapon for Killing off the US Dollar’s Global Reserve Status
It is the beginning of a revolution brought on by the transition from a unipolar to multipolar world order. In practice, we are faced with the combination of several factors, including the application of US tariffs on Chinese exports, Washington’s sanctions on Iran, US energy self-sufficiency, the vulnerability of Saudi industrial facilities, and Iranian capabilities for resisting US attacks, as well as its exportation of large quantities of gas and oil to China. Everything converges on one factor, namely, the looming decline of the US dollar as the global reserve currency.
https://www.strategic-culture.org/news/2019/10/03/iran-is-chinas-secret-weapon-for-killing-off-the-us-dollars-global-reserve-status/
Just prior to coming to Corbett Report, I read the article excerpts at Zero Hedge.
This quote caught my attention, because I know that China is running low on dollars.
“…Beijing’s recent decision to grant a credit line of between 280 and 400 billion US dollars to the Islamic Republic of Iran is part of a broad-spectrum strategy that looks to the distant and not just immediate future…”
and I am puzzled about this quote:
…”Currently, Beijing and Moscow are trading in hydrocarbons by completely bypassing both the SWIFT payment system as well as the US dollar.”…
What form of payment exchange?
The article also lays out how China wants to also buy oil from Saudi Arabia and gas from Qatar.
In this down trending world economy, I am sure that it is becoming a buyers market which gives China an edge.
Oil prices keep falling, and did today again.

Russia’s Largest Oil Company Ditches Dollar In New Oil Deals
https://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/Russias-Largest-Oil-Company-Ditches-Dollar-In-New-Oil-Deals.html
EXCERPTS
Russia’s largest oil company Rosneft has set the euro as the default currency for all new exports of crude oil and refined products, as the state-controlled giant looks to switch as many sales as possible from U.S. dollars to euros in order to avoid further U.S. sanctions against it.
As of September, Rosneft is seeking euros as the default option of payment for its crude oil and products, Reuters reported on Thursday, quoting tender documents the Russian firm has published.
“Rosneft has recently adjusted all the new contracts for export supplies to euros,†a trader at a company that regularly procures oil from Rosneft told Reuters, adding that buyers have already been notified of the change.
Rosneft is the biggest oil exporter from Russia, selling around 2.4 million barrels per day (bpd) of oil, according to Reuters estimates.
In the latest tender for a spot sale of 100,000 tons of Urals blend loading from the port of Primorsk at the end of October, Rosneft specifies that the default currency in the payment should be in euros, according to the tender document cited by Reuters.
The United States has not ruled out imposing sanctions on Rosneft over its involvement in trading oil from Venezuela. Rosneft has been reselling the oil from the Latin American country to buyers in China and India and thus helping buyers hesitant to approach Venezuela and its state oil firm PDVSA because of the U.S. sanctions on Caracas, and, at the same time, helping Venezuela to continue selling its oil despite stricter U.S. sanctions….

That’s a very revealing viewpoint. Thanks. The obvious wax to fight climate change is to help set it off in the first place. Especially if it doesn’t wish to star on its own.
Thanks for considering it all, mkey.
Camille, I agree with mkey! I forgot to share your video with an animal rights nonprofit’s development director with whom I talked on the phone today. She was VERY interested when I mentioned that most AR people are being fooled by the climate change mantra.
After that conversation, I sent her, as promised, a list of some of the best work on the subject: Tony Heller’s channel, Corbett’s “climate change” tag, Marc Morano’s Climate Depot, and a few one-offs. Now I’ll zip her a quick email adding your Arctic ice info. The video of the ice-breaker ship really got to me.
CQ, thank you for watching and for sharing!
