There is so much happening in the world today but I am very busy working on a number of things for this week and some longer-term projects, so I’m afraid I don’t have time to cover them all. Just some of the bombshells from the last 24 hours:
-Theresa May using the London Bridge incident to call for a crackdown on the internet
-Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and Bahrain cutting ties with Qatar
-Putin’s interview with NBC where he implies the US deep state is setting up to false flag Russia
…And I’m sure many other stories of import.
So to the awake, engaged, vibrant Corbett Report community I say: “Have at it.” Please do share your thoughts on these or any other stories of interest making the rounds today. If these guys decided to leave Qatar outside to dry, there will be a whole lot of implications. Like the Qatari pipeline, over which a big part of Syria/Iran/Russia/Ukraine affair was conducted.
If the pipeline is being put on the backburner, US will probably move toward the “Asian pivot” which will draw Russia right back into the spotlight. There psychos have grown past comic book villainy and gotten to the “religious leaders” level.
One positive thing being Qatar probably deserve whatever they have coming.

Interesting map and statistics, but I took one look at the middle east and saw that Jordan and Syria were both colour-coded with the legend description “Country with no evident US military presence”.
U.S. military forces are staged in Jordan, training both the Jordanian military and U.S. proxy forces for Syria and Afghanistan. They operate from a joint U.S.-Jordanian military base at Al Zarqa, that Americans have used for years, located some 13 miles NE of Amman. There is a Patriot missile battery, a squadron of F-16 fighter aircraft, and almost 1,200 related operations and support personnel. There are also 200-300 special forces and marines stationed here.
In 2014 President Obama announced that U.S. troops in Jordan would be there indefinitely. “These forces will remain in Jordan, in full coordination with the government of Jordan, until the security situation becomes such that they are no longer needed,” Obama said:

That information is now 3 years old, but there were recent reports of additional U.S. troops having been sent into Jordan. And the UK has now also deployed tank and infantry units, forming a multinational military force that includes Jordanian armour and troops, and this force is currently arrayed along the northern Jordanian border, well inside Syria:

U.S. Special forces are also embedded with proxy jihadists in the al-Tanf, Syria border area, near where the frontiers of Syria, Jordan and Iraq join, some 120 miles due east of Damascus. Last week U.S.A.F. fighter-bombers attacked Syrian Army forces approaching the jihadists, and this was a Syrian force in Syria!

As I understand it, the UAE, with the support of other GCC members (excluding Oman) is angling to have the US base moved there. The present Qatari Emir ascended to power after a similar treatment by GCC against his father. Qatar & KSA have been rivals in the region, & were on opposite sides in the power struggle in Egypt between Morsi & al-Sisi. Qatar lost that one. They have also sparred by proxy in Syria, supporting opposing “rebel” groups there. In fact, Libya was a Qatari victory which has failed to benefit them subsequently due to the roiling political situation, with 3 governmental bodies in Tobruk, Tripoli & Benghazi power centers claiming authority. Interestingly, the Qatari pipeline was in direct competition with the Iranian pipeline to be run through Syria in part. Now that Qatar is making friendly noises towards Iran, angering KSA, et al., could there be some compromise in the works to benefit both pipeline parties? That would be beneficial for the ME in general, & Syria in particular.

I received my next month’s internet invoice today, containing notice of an August rate increase. My regular rate is now going up 6.7%, which is exorbitant when compared with the government-calculated CPI.

In Australia today (just started) every single talking head is saying we need to give powers to arrest people and jail them for ever without any evidence if they might commit some crime in the future. We also need more internet censorship and armed forces on the streets.
By the way to the best of my knowledge (and I live here) we have never had a single terror attack. Except perhaps the Eureka stockade and rum rebellion which was workers rising up against corporates, insisting they get paid, before any one I know was even born.

Our prime minister is ex Australian government Sachs leader ( guess he got demoted) and if we get the red team it’s an ex union boss that’s been caught selling out workers for corporate kick backs (probably as good a guy as you can get as a candidate to be fair anything less and he wouldn’t get the job)

Interested in knowing people’s thoughts on why England is experiencing so much in terms of attacks atm. Is it Brexit, upcoming (s)election or…?
Also James C has done a number of Eps relating to Hegelian dialect ie problem, reaction, solution.
We’re bound to see more of these throughout Europe. I’d say the base reason for these is to transfer more power from the people to the government without anyone asking why doesn’t increased “security” result in less “attacks,” instead of more.
I’m certain some of these are not false flags, it’s just too difficult to pick them out of the bunch.
Ultimately TPTSB will use any such incident, whether it’s false flag or not, to take freedoms and liberties away from us. Did you noticed that each time when such attacks take place, the government knows immediately the identity of perpetrators and the whole whereabouts of the perpetrators life? Another consistent factor in these attacks is, that the investigators always find on or more id of the perpetrators(s). Even when the perpetrator flies in an airplane and 2the plane hits a skyscraper, they find his passport almost completely intact. Very odd!!!!
Thus the crime clearance rate in such cases are always 100% and this is for me very suspicious, because the percentage of the crime clearance rates are normally much lower. Yes I had noticed that; I’m invested in the fact that UK in particular are being targeted atm. Knowing qui bono in broad terms, i wonder why UK in are being specifically targeted 3 times in 3 or so months. Do TPTSB want to ram home a message to UK authorities? Are they attempting to gain leverage and influence for an immediate response, or is it just continuing to create mayhem throughout EU/ Europe? I understand that they TPTSB take the long term view and are often happy to allow lots of time to get to the end they desire, however it seems to me that the more incidents that there are in a short timespan, suggests that they want to see a quick result for their efforts

Don’t forget that targeting includes media focus and asserted narrative – whatever else is ‘going on’.
It is a way of conditioning both the mind of people in UK – but also a global narrative TO a narrative dictate in which questioning or challenging such ‘reality’ is strongly dis-incentivised – or spun off into a new vector of controlled opposition – ie: populism vs globalism.

Whatever is ‘going on’ the reality is framed in the terms we set it. We have our own little version of this pattern going on – or we couldn’t participate in it.
Do we not all have a ‘narrative identity’ that frames our perceptions and reactions? And beneath any such masking a whole range of other facets that for whatever reason are suppressed or feared and denied light.
brian.s, thank you for your provocative comments today both here and below. By giving me a few threads to pull on, I developed some motivation to learn more about certain concepts. I’ve started on a new journey today.
So far this has presented me with what looks like a daunting, but necessary, task to fill in a gaping void in my personal knowledge, which is due to a previous lack of interest and therefore a lack of purposeful study. I’ve had to contend with a lot of terms I really didn’t fully appreciate before, or at best only had a faint glimmering of meaning about. For example: ontology, epistemology, maieutic method, immanent critique, dialectics, and on and on.
Serendipitously, I then tripped over some more teasing concepts that I hadn’t really considered before:
– The truth is the whole.
– If a person doesn’t believe that a particular thing exists then he cannot be knowledgeable about it.
– Mere ideas are not enough to become knowledgeable. We must break through a host of powerful unconscious psychological mechanisms which actually determine our thoughts on a subject, and which act more strongly upon us the more we are ignorant of them. The knowledge of these mechanisms, however, does not itself guarantee any kind of sudden freedom from the powerful psychological will that lies beneath the so-called rational will.
I’m attracted to these ideas because I see some relevance in them as to how certain events, and the narratives for their explanations, are imposed upon a largely uniformed public.
After getting acquainted with some more definitions, I think I’ll start with Hegel (which appears to be a huge multi-course meal) because he promises to be a philosopher’s philosopher:

Antonio Wolfe writes in a very lucid way. Far more so than anything I can remember reading in some time, and all the more impressive for the nature of the ideas he is trying to express.
Other related areas of renewed interest, arising from today’s sojourn, are anthropology, brain function and human psychology. I’ve done some serious work in these areas before. These are more science than philosophy, but also require more than a superficial or casual understanding, but I swim more easily in these waters.
In passing, I note that there are recent findings that suggest carbon dating is not actually useful beyond a time scale of ~30,000 years before the present. If the idea holds up, we are looking at a totally new set of hypotheses for any subjects that relied, in large part, on a presumption of the existence of a very long-range method for the determination of timescales for past events.
When your theory course is embodying a true willingness to know – Life (synchronicity) will provide the ‘experiential’ components that bring what was hidden into awareness – and what structures of thought into practical application.
I don’t see that anything unconscious has to be ‘broken through’ etc – excepting to notice what before we had for whatever reason discarded or learned not to see.
Aligning in joy sounds perhaps unreal – but in any given set of choices to align with that which resonates with your current sense of who you feel and recognize yourself to be will NOT drift along self-negative evasions and copouts that mask away under ‘should or shouldnt’ and free up attention for noticing more. I see doing what we want more in terms of aligned and conscious purpose than the ‘whatever’ of our doing. My sense is that joy (enthusiasm, resonance, interest) will align you in a range of seemingly different perspectives or facets that uncover a more integrated recognition that you may or may not be able to encapsualte in words – or get across to anyone who isn’t on the same page – but if you wanted to know – then you wanted to be – and that is a different purpose that changing others.
You cannot appreciate the degree to which the framing of our thought is set by ‘unconscious’ beliefs in order to keep the surface seeming and evade direct exposure to ‘unconscious’ facets of our being. Both joy and fear are suppressed to fit into the sense of survival that is the nature OF psychological defences. However the world is rich with examples in which if we pause from thinking we already know – we recognize in ourselves – and there is a thread to pull on.
Though I may seem philosophical – it is only love of knowledge that simply cannot be rendered in concept – but which can serve as a portal or bridge to a direct and felt quality of being that – for what of better words – is closer to us that we are to ourselves (in any thinking sense of self), but clear and congruent thought is as valid a path as any to trip over the truth that then prompts and guides and uses whatever abilities as a musician would their instrument or voice. When life moves us it also communicates through us in ways we don’t have to think about to be so. A blocked channel is where thinking becomes a jamming signal rather than a vehicle through which the feeling of life guides. So the artist and the scientist can each be moved in a deeper intimacy of their own ‘process’ in being to bring forth results that are more than just data – because meaning is involved at the foundation – and that meaning is you – so you wont find it by looking anywhere else – but wherever you go – as they say – there you are!
Yes time and the world is not as we think/thought and various confusions operate for the same reason as do psychological defences. Identification within a model is like identifying in self image and concept. Big and deep investments are not so easily released – even when operating negatively.
I don’t feel truth can ever be pushed on anyone – and so if people need millions of years between them and anything creative – then that is the basis for their seeking and finding. On the other hand quantum discovery points to an Instant – of infinite probability as this Event – that locates in time as a specific instance of unique perspectives that are a Totality experience – however that experience is structured by various lens of definitions that we ‘accept’ as the structure of reality itself – such as time and space, energy and matter, consciousness and relational expression.
The great thing about NOT living in an explained and sewn up Universe (even if the popping of the bubble is a recognition of being deceived) is the Wonder and Discovery is Open for Business – that is Capitalized just as an accentuation of felt existence.
the best explanations open us to wonder – not shut it down under a sense of control or self-agrandized cleverness – in my opinion.

But direct knowledge does.
If your unconscious pattern is a hurting of yourself and you catch yourself or notice the mind-in-act of the habit – it is no longer a habit but a choice – that you can own and thus change. Clutching something that pains can fall away the moment that that becomes inescapably obvious – but many patterns are more complex – like making ourself small as a defence against getting knocked down or not coming out from a habit associated with a sense of security. Defining a choice as a habit is a way of denying your choice to play helpless or small. Honesty to that we choose against what we say we want is a morivation for curiosity as to what ‘unconscious’ beliefs are operating for this choice to be made because we wouldn’t do it if it didn’t pay off somewhere on some level.

One only needs to remeber the Paris “attack”. If you are ready to question anything about it, question this: how could Hollande (known mass murderer and enemy of humanity) not even two hours after the attacks know (as he stated during the press conference) that “daesh” did it? He said he knew and that the investigation will further prove what he already knew was “true” and “fact”.
I hold the media in contempt over not posing this question to him.

I don’t hear you talk about things like ozone therapy, when just a cursory look around at guys like Robert Rowen or Frank Shallenberger should spark you interest if not for your own health maybe your family, friends, or your viewers?:) I think if you look at these two websites, these two youtube channels and a couple of videos you should be able, in the way that you so boldly do on other subjects, show that the statements that these two make in their videos and in their writings (along with the testimony of their patients and the hundreds if not thousands of physicians that they have either trained or inspired)are absolutely as correct as any science can be and the following statement can be regarded as true – The way to health and to avoid health problems is to drink clean water and eat clean whole fresh food and if you get sick you can use phyto and micro nutrients,vitamins and minerals and certain other oxidative therapies to heal yourself like ozone, with it’s various methods of delivery, should be enough to keep you healthy without any other intervention other than injury care. You see with what I have learned over the last few months about ozone I think I can see a straight line thru things like – there is no such thing as disease only dysfunction,everything you have heard about the modern medical paradigm is close to being completely false. If you can reconcile something like – it looks like the classification of these so called diseases has been done solely for the purposes of medical billing and they have as much to do with your health as mickey mouse. If you delve into what so many intelligently sounding people that don’t evidently know each other are saying about just ozone therapy, and writing the papers and making videos with patients to prove it, you should see that there is a big possibility that the treatment for everything from the common cold to the worst “dis-eases” that you can think of, can be treated by yourself, in your own home for close to nothing, and if you choose you can find a doctor right now that will provide it for you at a reasonable cost. What would this mean to the entire world and I am sure you can see the side effects, pun intended. I am just wondering if you draw the same conclusions from the material. On the line of thought you propose I would direct all to consider the lifes work of Mary Baker Eddy and her philosophy/religion of Christian Science. The physical worlds remedies are pointless in the spiritual morphogenetic realm of all mind. 2. It is claimed that American intelligence had recently warned the UK authorities about the bomber. Some in the Muslim community had also warned about his views. This, to me seems like the most likely piece of evidence that something untowards happened, with paramedics allowed. Health and safety gone mad? Or something more sinister?
I have seen no footage of the actual explosion on the internet, with around 20,000 at the actual event you would expect someone who is nearby to have filmed the explosion. Again, very circumstantial. There is some footage of a loud bang, and people running though, so I guess it could have been genuine.
Again circumstantial, but most of the injured have been shown in pictures very similar to ones from the Boston bombings, or other false flag attacks with lacerations to clothing and blood stains but very little actual injuries.
Looks like crisis actors to me, but obviously circumstantial again.

A few years ago we divorced , but until last month we still had a relation. Dennis Montgomery is the whistleblower with Larry Klayman the attorney.
The Freedom Watch website (founded by Klayman) describes how Montgomery presented 47 hard drives (worth $50,000+) to the FBI and others as evidence of government spying. The lawsuit talks about the intelligence agencies getting the personal goods on high profile folks, including 156 judges, which could be used to extort them.

To regular posters it will be old news that I have little faith in articles on history or politics at Wikipedia. Today I got a real in-your-face example that solidified my suspicions.
On June 2, my time, I submitted a comment to the thread https://www.corbettreport.com/episode-318-a-decade-of-dominance/#comment-39434 about the USS Liberty incident 50 years ago today. On June 5 I had also posted about this at length on another site, where I had added:
“After digesting that Counterpunch article I was better able to interpret what is given on Wikipedia. There is some very interesting information in the last section of the Wikipedia article, on points of controversy, and in the well documented footnotes. Of particular note to me was the alledged comment by LBJ that he wished the US sailors had all drowned because he wasn’t about to embarrass an ally. The Commander-in-Chief supporting the troops!â€
A short while ago I was again endeavouring to share the link for that Counterpunch article by email, along with references to the additional material at Wikipedia. So I went to the Wikipedia article to be exacting about where my intended recipient could find this additional material. Well, lo and behold, what I read then is not what I’m allowed to read now — it has been totally reconstructed and rewritten and the factual, useful information that I had read earlier has been removed. So, yes, I believe the coverup is continuing in full force, and I now also believe the stories that I had heard about Wikipedia being strongly CIA-controlled (owing to the agency investing the seed money for the site).
Paul Craig Roberts’ warning about the imminent disappearance of truth is happening before my very eyes.

There are two other examples of revisionism that I know of that come to mind.
1) Before and after Sep 11, 2001 dictionary definitions are different for the term ground zero. Before 9/11 it was exclusively used to refer to the impact location of a nuclear detonation. Afterwards it has been changed to where the primary definition is “The target of a projectile, such as a missile or bomb.” or “The site of a terrorist bombing or other violent act of destruction.”
At Wikipedia, ground zero is defined as “the point on the Earth’s surface closest to…nuclear explosions and other large bombs” But also as a term applied to earthquakes, epidemics, and other disasters. Sorry, but I’ve always heard the term epicentre used in these disaster scenarios.
2) Literature before the 1972 Munich hostage incident, involving Israeli athletes at the Olympics, never used the term Holocaust when referring to the death of Jews in German concentration camps. After that time, the term Holocaust went on a hyperbolic curve of usage.
I said in an earlier post that we are being gamed. The above just adds to that thought.

This is my first comment ever though I have been following Corbett for years. I could only read 30 comments down before I had to say something. First thing you’ll must understand that there is a power struggle between different Sunni oligarchs in the Middle East with Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as the most powerful. Each one is is just doing what humans do. They try to get a bigger slice of the pie. When Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani praised Iran the oligarchs ceased their chance and said that Qatar was supporting terrorism through Shiite groups which we all know is bullcrap because all the the countries banning Qatar have been proven to fund and support Sunni terrorist groups. Now comes the big picture which is a further divided Middle East which the power at be love because the western economy is a farce and the only way to keep it going is through war. Now we will see were history takes us and it is not looking good.
By the way it seemed peculiar to me that island country of Maldives cut off contact with Qatar but it only took 2 minutes of internet searches to reveal Maldives is just another tax haven for the Middle Eastern oligarchs.
