Saw a scary blog from scary mommy website today, cheering on a guy who planned to vaccinate his child without his wife’s knowledge. She had reservations, you see, so is obviously a nut job. He’s the rational guy who patiently reasons with his airhead wife, to no avail.
Scariest thing about scary mommy is the virulence of the ridicule and demonization directed at anti-vaxers. No, scarier is that a dad would take such an action against the mom’s clear will. Actually, scariest is that the website would champion it.
Oh, and more to come apparently. Another story about a vaccine for infants given to mom in 3rd tri. Clinical medicine is now where health comes from, apparently.
It’s getting tougher all the time out there. I really haven’t ever seen such a witch hunt like this before.
