    minor pedantic correction:

    re: Steve Jobs question: You mention that iOS is based on the linux kernel. I don’t believe that’s the case, and believe it’s based on a mach microkernel, using BSD Unix on top of that.

    interesting, timely –
    from the 3 dvds:

    spoken by galadriel at
    opening of ‘fellowship of the ring’

    the world is changed.
    i feel it in the water.
    i feel it in the earth.
    i smell it in the air.
    much that once was
    is lost – for none who
    now live remember it.

    spoken by saruman (reptile/man)
    from ‘the two towers’ 14:41

    the world is changing.
    who now has the strength
    to stand against the
    armies….

    15:27

    the old world will burn –
    the fires of industry.
    the forests will fall.
    a new order will rise.
    we will drive the machine of war
    with the sword and the spear and
    the iron fist of the orc. we only have
    to remove those who oppose us.
    it will begin in rohan. too long have
    these peasants stood against you –
    but no more. rohan, my lord, is ready
    to fall.

    1:58:17
    it is an army [orcs]bred for a single purpose;
    to destroy the world of men.

    in ‘return of the king’ 53:41

    the age of men is over.
    the time of the orc has come.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    orcs were genetically modified from elves.
    mk-ultra type programming of pain and
    torture was employed.
    James,
    Looking back at Episode #49 – Paperclipped Nazis and Stay Behind Gladios, I noticed there was no mention of Reinhard Gehlen and his spy organization even though he is featured prominently in some of the documentation you supplied. This organization seems particularly interesting given their involvement early on with the CIA and their alleged ties to NATO, and the P-2 in Italy, which could point to other things like Gladio. 6 years on from that podcast, any thoughts on Gehlen and his organization? Were they not on your radar back then and do they deserve consideration now?
    ‘the land and the king are one’ – from the movie Excalibur. Probably has older sources too.
