Larken Rose, the author of The Most Dangerous Superstition, joins us today on the program to explore the linkages between statism and religion. Is a belief in governmental authority analogous to religious belief? Or is it simply a religious belief in and of itself? If so, how best can we break the news to the dogmatic adherents of the religion of government that their god doesn’t exist? Join us today on The Corbett Report for a fascinating discussion on this important topic.

I have been listening to ideas about anarchism for 2 or 3 years, mostly in your expression James and those of Stefan Molyneuz. Finally I am starting to get it.
I realize that this podcast is nearly 3 years old. But their value doesn’t die. I watched a video that Larken made a couple of years ago about his project called “The Mirror.” Sounded like a great idea, but as far as I can tell it appears to have stagnated.
Hi RandyMan. Very excited to here someone else considering anarchism. The Mirror is actually Larken’s newest project which he is actively working on. Not stagnating. Here is a trailer for “The Mirror” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJUZlwAFVQo There are links to donate to the project in that video description. If your interested, he recently spoke at Anarchapulco conference found here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z49sGYeBUxs where he also debated a min-archist found here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RUjwmC7byCM and here is another presentation he made recently entitled the “Island Analogy” Part 1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hv9nBhov1tI Part 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtMnnXPyQz8 I too am grateful for the consistent works of James Corbett and the older works of Molyneux. Both have been an intrical part in my philosophical development.
Hi James, thanks for you hard and good work to right now, June 22, 2020. Can I get a transcript of this talk? If so, please email it to me: [SNIP – No email addresses in the comments section, please.]
Thanks, Jack in Auckland, NZ
Interviews are generally not transcribed unless someone wants to volunteer to transcribe them. However, I do note that someone has posted this conversation up to their GooTube channel:

And GooTube auto-transcribes videos (including this one):
