Katherine Gallagher, Senior Staff Attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights, joins us to discuss the Center’s recent attempts to prosecute George W. Bush for having ordered torture during his presidential administration while Bush was in Surrey, B.C. for an economic summit. We go through the case against Bush, how the Center lodged the case, and how it was immediately squashed by the Attorney General of B.C.
