Brits please look up these: track-and-trace data to be kept for 20 years:

    • I Shot Santa says:

I got a good laugh out of the Guardian’s plea for money. Claiming they stood for democracy, civility, and truth. And that they were independent journalism. A dollar a month on patreon is all they ask. But the articles reveal just another example of how 1984 didn’t go far enough.

      • minnie says:

Vernon Coleman drew my attention to this Guardian “puff piece” on Bill Gates. If you can bear to read through the nauseating sycophantic garbage, when you get to the end, there’s a line saying:

“The Now generation is a series produced in collaboration with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.”

        https://www.theguardian.com/global-development/2018/sep/18/the-african-youth-boom-whats-worrying-bill-gates

        • I Shot Santa says:

Funny how they never mention the rising average ages in developed countries, lowered fertility rates world wide, or even access to clean water. Just controversial drugs. Or that the mortality rates in the poor countries more than offset their birthrates. Or that you could put everyone in the world on a half acre of land each, in Texas.

          • minnie says:

Totally. And it’s also funny that the Gates Foundation report on which this article is based has been removed, as the site is “currently undergoing maintenance”.

            https://www.gatesfoundation.org/ns/403.html

Actually the article does make a reference to rising average ages in developed countries in this statement:

“The huge African youth boom is a strong theme in the report, where in a world of ageing and shrinking populations, Africa’s demographic bulge could be an asset…”

            • I Shot Santa says:

But of course this bulge doesn’t affect the need to control growth.
They also don’t compute the decline (or really collapse) in marriage. This due to cultural influences like militant feminism and MGTOW. Also the economic influence on marriage. Nature has a way of balancing things out, but these moronic geniuses can’t figure that out.

              • minnie says:

I’ve thought about this issue a lot, and in my opinion it’s definitely due to economic influences. In developed countries you work to pay for your old age. For most people, there’s little money left over so they can’t afford to have too many children.

In developing countries, surviving children look after you in your old age.

One equation that developed countries have overlooked is that due to the way the pension system works, young people are still needed to pay the pensions of the old who have worked hard. That’s why social engineers like the Gates see African youth as “an asset” and why old folks are (arguably) being killed off in care homes.

            • I Shot Santa says:

Yes. And those pension funds are in deep trouble, and have been for many years. Local, state, federal, and private. Not to mention It as, 401ks, insurance, annuities. They don’t have that much time. I get a VA pension now, but I don’t see that lasting much longer. Imagine the death toll when they no longer pay out SSN, foodstampss, welfare. And the rioting will make what we’ve seen to date by the outrage mobs seem like a picnic. Once the bubble really busts, you’ll see horrors beyond comprehension.

              • kck12 says:

Well, I Shot Santa, when the Social Security retirement funds stop paying out, the VA pensions will not be paid either. Thus, the rioting you note, with outraged mobs, will include many retired veterans.

              • I Shot Santa says:

Sorry, but no reply button. Most retired vets aren’t the problem people think they are. Very few were in combat arms. And very few of those that were, were your typical government slugs. Also, many have fallen into drugs or worse. And not to mention old age. Very few will be a problem. I plan on being one of them.

    • matt.mewis says:

Look what they installed on everyone’s smart phone silently while everyone has been distracted.

      https://support.google.com/android/answer/9888358?

Although, let’s be honest, your phone has been tracking you and listening to you for years. But they don’t need to hide it now.

    • CreativeLife says:

Don’t forget this is a global agenda. The tests are a lie so this whole statement of keeping personal data of “people with coronavirus” for 20 years is more BS. NHS: well let’s see now, in Victoria AU part of this UK wonderful strategy/agency NHS who cares so much about people using a data management company Ipsos MORI known in UK for political polling and market research. Ipsos MORI in LATIN means “They Die”. Nothing to worry about just a government friendly company doing the Covidiocy Testing. And the children as well are being randomly selected for a ‘swab study’ and the data will be monitored by none other than the infamous Imperial College, you remember the mathematical models that locked us all down with Fergie’s expertise. Could the fake tests that are swabbed deep into the nasal cavity be implanting disease & tracking DNA. Just a thought! HMMM Second Phase or reset of 1st phase or just random waves washing ashore?
      For interests sake:
COVID Antibody Tests: Here Comes More Trickery and Fakery
      https://thefreedomarticles.com/covid-antibody-tests-here-comes-more-trickery-fakery/
      THE STORY:
COVID antibody tests are an important element in the game to control the public. However a closer look reveals they are unreliable and their results can be interpreted any way you like.
      THE IMPLICATIONS:
Antibodies are not a true measure of immunity. Now is time to educate yourself about antibodies. The controllers will undoubtedly try to exploit people’s ignorance in this area to trick them.

      • kck12 says:

Well, CreativeLife, wouldn’t doubt that the deep nasal swab test kit prongs, regardless of what preservative or poison on the tips, are also damaging the olfactory nerves of people, especially administered by less than medical school trained ENT (Ear, Nose, & Throat) docs. Thus, the infamous loss of taste and smell for COVID-19 patients, that liars are attributing to the virus itself.

    • Hank says:

I think for many Brits track and trance is still something not worth to worry about. It is presented by ‘government if occupation’ as a voluntary option.

Saying this, I am sure most would be happy to download the app to save the world 😂 Normies are not interested in facts or data. Public is dumb down, scared and confused.

Mass media are fake news on steroids! Also, most of the Brits are bloody ignorant 😩.

    • minnie says:

NHSX is a creepy organisation that appeared early last year – the digital and data side of the NHS. We have different rules governing our health data in Scotland, but I will certainly be keeping an eye on it. I rarely take my phone out with me these days and I won’t be getting any track and trace app.

      • kck12 says:

Well, Minnie, you already have the track and trace app if you have a SMART phone. However, not taking your phone with you, when leaving the house, at this point, is very, very, smart!!

    • weilunion says:

You mention that public schools will have forced vaccines to enrollment but what about private schools?

And that is part of the rub. Gates is the leader in the world in financing private education through charters and online learning.

Now, with DeVos, the Miseducation Secretary of the US telling the public they must use their tax monies to subsidize private schools due to Covid, the march is on.

      https://www.pbs.org/newshour/education/some-private-schools-getting-more-virus-relief-funding-than-public-schools-under-devos-formula

One thing Obama did for the ruling class that is hardly known let alone written about: he privatized almost all education through very devious means like charters, vouchers, tax credits, etc. And he did a fine job.

Now, public schools are starved for money and add to this, the parents of many students seeking entry of their children into public school, have vaccination issues to deal with.

Take a look at what Gates is doing in Brazil now with the help of the World Bank. He is forcing tablets on students and making their teachers pay him for the tablets through predatory loans.

“World Bank pushes privatized distance learning in Brazil
      By Eduardo Parati
      29 June 2020

In the first week of June, Rossieli Soares, the secretary of education of São Paulo, Brazil’s largest industrial state, announced the purchase of millions of dollars of digital equipment for teachers, to be subsidized by the World Bank. This initiative follows the model developed by this agency of international financial capital—in partnership with billionaire philanthropists like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, as well as giant education companies—to put in place low-cost private education programs in Asia and Africa.”

“The World Bank loan to subsidize the acquisition of thousands of tablets and computers by teachers was promoted as a way to “facilitate their work.” Under conditions of increased financial hardship and mass unemployment, the loan, to be paid for by the workers themselves, is designed to introduce new obligations on the digital platforms for an already overwhelmed and ever-poorer workforce.
Such platforms will be made tools not for better teaching, but to widen performance evaluations, which will be implemented through mass measurable criteria. These criteria are designed by the same private sector organizations that have been campaigning with high-level government education officials and representatives of international financial interests for more distance learning platforms and large-scale exams.”

      https://www.wsws.org/en/articles/2020/06/29/braz-j29.html

Gates is not known to many for his efforts, especially in the 1990’s and 200’s to privatize all of American education by funding to the amounts of hundreds of billions into promoting charter schools.

Now, with the World Bank, he will plunder as many Third World Nations as he can, stealing their education, replacing education with traceable tablets of mis-learning, taking of medical schools, medical supply companies and destroying what we used to term: the public commons. Basically what happened in New Orleans after Katrina and that which I write about extensively in my book on charter schools, their history, economics and politics.

Everything to be corporatized with Gates and his people as private politicians and lawmakers.

      • kck12 says:

Sorry, weilunion, but I worked as a teacher in U.S. schools at the end of the Clinton, through the G.W. Bush years, and a part of Obama’s regime, and all, but especially G.W./Cheney’s administration pushed the privatization and Charter School mandates. Don’t you remember Secretary of Education, William Bennett? Arne was just a follow-up sycophant!

        • kck12 says:

P.S. The future of our techno-Nazi, Fascist, world, after the “Great Reset” (per Karl Schwab, WEF, World Economic Forum), leading to the “transformed” utopian, new world, will only require a few hundred million people, living in “justice and equality.” But the survivors, after the chaotic great “transition” during the reset, will be technically savvy, and most are being sorted to survive or die right now. Thus, in the future, schools will all be online, as will medical consulting, and the new world system will be enhanced by BIOS injections, Bio-electronic Interface Operating Systems (the so-called COVID-19 vaccines) that will connect the Internet of Everything, organic or inorganic – and decide who lives and dies, and what they’re able to do, efficiently, by AI remote control, or human overrides.

        • weilunion says:

I too am a teacher and was for some thirty years.

You are right when you point to the Reagan administration as to wanting to privatize. Bennet was the big proponent and went on to start K-12 Inc.However, like Social Security the elites couldn’t do it.

When Obama became their vessel, they drove the 650 billion dollar business into the hands of privatizers big time. And made it into an industry while starving public ed.

And Gates donated the largess for the efforts.

You can read about the charter school scam under Obama at https://www.counterpunch.org/2009/08/24/obama-and-duncan-s-education-policy-like-bush-s-only-worse/

And remember, charter schools did not start until the mid 90’s. All under Clinton and then right into the hands of little Bush who was so fixated on war all he cold pass was no child left behind.

No, it took Obama to privatize education, both elementary and college, and of course he built his course on a wretched past.

  2. I Shot Santa says:

No Corbett Report or Media Monarchy next week? I’m jonesing already!

Personally, I’d be surprised if our entire societal structure doesn’t fall apart by the end of the year. Imagine a global Somali. Yet, even though many democrats have espoused communism as a good thing,(Bernie Sanders, the actress Cynthia Nixon) there are still an unbelievable number of people who support their stances while denying this to be the case. I know this movement differs in some regard from communism, but it is closest to it than any other.
I am increasingly amazed at how much this situation resembles atlas shrugged and fountainhead. I don’t know how many members have read them, but her insights into the mindsets of the groupthink crowd were amazingly prescient. Envy being the dominant emotion. I’m not a fan of her philosophy, some elements of it were so fundamentally wrong as well as her own intellectual dishonesty; but those 2 books and anthem are worth reading. Plus, they’re incredibly good reads. Her abstracts are a different story.

    • manbearpig says:

loved reading Atlas Shrugged and imagining the young, thoughtful, educated bourgeoise Russian woman who’d known really hard times and defected from her native country to the USA in the 1920’s and discovered “America” during the interwar years…
and loved the title of the book… and her descriptive demonstration of the 20th century motor company…

though I’m not an atheist, even from a limited human perspective it seems to be the most pragmatic mindset…
      and
speaking of envy… I wish I could write something rather like that…

      • manbearpig says:

        Erratum, (for what it’s worth)

I’m an atheist in the respect that I don’t observe a religion or believe in a humanoid God or gods but I’m convinced there’s an immaterial aspect to our human being and that there are more sophisticated or at least different and more evolved forms of consciousness in the universe.

Be happy or at least involved! Life’s short!

      • I Shot Santa says:

And to think that English was her third language! Russian and French being her first two. Her abstracts were a nightmare to read though. Like many academics, she was overly fond of making what she wrote incomprehensible. A great command of language, but in her papers she covered up a lot of b.s. with her words.
I disagreed with her philosophy, and her belief that creativity comes from logic. And never read anything she wrote that blew Nietzsche out of the water; other than her saying she did. But she was incredible!

      • weilunion says:

Yes, musing over the love affair with faux economist Ayn Rand.

“If you’ve ever had the feeling that there was something fundamentally sociopathic about Ayn Rand’s philosophy, you may have been on to something. Apparently one of Ayn Rand’s early “heroes” was a serial killer named William Edward Hickman. When he was arrested Hickman became quite famous — the talk of the town, so to speak, but for the entire country.

We shouldn’t assume that Ayn Rand admired everything about Hickman.

After all, it’s not unreasonable to find the oddly admirable quality in even the worst human being. On the other hand, those “odd admirable qualities” can be found more easily in people who are more admirable overall. The choice of William Hickman cannot be separated from the reasons for his notoriety — and it does appear that what she admired in him was not something innocuous, such as being good to dogs, but rather precisely the qualities which made him a sociopath:

What did Rand admire so much about Hickman? His sociopathic qualities: “Other people do not exist for him, and he does not see why they should,” she wrote, gushing that Hickman had “no regard whatsoever for all that society holds sacred, and with a consciousness all his own. He has the true, innate psychology of a Superman. He can never realize and feel ‘other people.'”
This echoes almost word for word Rand’s later description of her character Howard Roark, the hero of her novel The Fountainhead: “He was born without the ability to consider others.” (The Fountainhead is Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ favorite book — he even requires his clerks to read it.)”

        https://www.learnreligions.com/ayn-rand-sociopath-who-admired-serial-killer-3975225

And wouldn’t Bill Gates be admired by Rand? After all he has the same sensibilities as Hickman and Rand?

        Isn’t he Rand’s John Gault?

        • generalbottlewasher says:

All you scholars above ; thank you for the knowledge offered up on the “Faux economist”{Weilunion}.

            Hi GBW,
I hope you are well. I actually wonder along the same lines often, but never ask the question. Not your exact question, of course. I’m sure I’d ask it some long winded round about manner. And, not as well worded. 🙂

P.S. I’ve not asked the question aloud I should have said.

Also, I wanted to tell you, GBW, that I always click on your links to music when you post them. And, I always love it! I also get inspired by that to share a music link of my own, but I don’t because I’m afraid I’ll offend someone with whatever I choose.

I must credit MBP with the question. It really got me thinking about that point in the grand scheme of things when you put on your angry glasses and take another look. Whole new level of reasoning . Hope you like:

    https://www.marketwatch.com/story/watch-rand-paul-boils-dr-faucis-coronavirus-response-down-to-we-cant-do-this-we-cant-do-that-2020-06-30

    EXCERPTS
A Senate hearing over the nation’s coronavirus response got pretty heated on Tuesday, with Sen. Rand Paul questioning whether the country’s top infectious disease experts have been doing more harm than good during the pandemic.

“It is a fatal conceit to believe any one person or small group of people has the knowledge necessary to direct an economy or dictate public health behavior,”
the Republican and libertarian from Kentucky said during the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee hearing.
“We shouldn’t presume that a group of experts somehow knows what’s best for everyone.”

His argument was that health experts and government “planners” are weighing in on subjects and expressing opinions that affect everyday public life before getting all of their facts straight.
“It’s important to realize that if society meekly submits to an expert and that expert is wrong, a great deal of harm may occur when we allow one man’s policy or one group of small men and women to be foisted on an entire nation,” he said…

“All I hear, Dr. Fauci, is, ‘We can’t do this, we can’t do that. We can’t play baseball.’
Well, even that’s not based on the science.”

Texas lieutenant governor says he’s done listening to Dr. Fauci:
      ‘I don’t need his advice’

      https://www.yahoo.com/news/texas-lieutenant-governor-says-hes-194536074.html

      EXCERPTS
AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick said he will no longer listen to Dr. Anthony Fauci, one of the nation’s top infectious disease experts, as coronavirus cases and hospitalizations surge in Texas.

“Fauci said today that he’s concerned about states like Texas that skipped over certain things,”
Patrick told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham on Tuesday.
“He doesn’t know what he’s talking about. We haven’t skipped over anything. The only thing I’m skipping over is listening to him.”…

…“He has been wrong every time on every issue,” Patrick said.
      “I don’t need his advice anymore.”…

…“We stepped back on the bars, which I think was the right decision,” Patrick said.
“In my view, the worst thing we could do is lock down Texas again.”

But Patrick argued that Texas’ low death rate shows the state doesn’t need to lock down again.

“We’ve had 2,424 people die and New York has had over 31,000. Even California has had almost three times as much as Texas, and … those two states have been locked down the whole time while we have been open,” Patrick said.
“So locking down doesn’t work. If it did, those two states would be doing better than Texas.”….

      • J-Smoove says:

It is funny, because I just read the comments section of that article and they are blasting that governor and most are proponents for the lockdown, masks, etc. They brought up how there has been an uptick in cases in Texas. But the number of cases doesn’t really mean much, IMO. The media hypes that up as if it means that the number of deaths are going up exponentially. Majority of people will not die from this and a lot of people won’t even show symptoms. But I digress.

        • mkey says:

You are very much right, “cases” equals bullshit. They are making up numbers and putting them all under a single column titled “cases”.

          – people who were “tested”, even if it took a dozen tests for a false positive to show up
          – people who had “symptoms” (like a bit elevated body temperature)

        • debra.b says:

Yes! “Cases” is the key word. That’s what I keep trying to say to my family. And, it’s not just that they can BS the numbers that way, it’s like no one is making the distinction between cases and deaths. They hear a number of CASES and they think death. I’ve also said that, of course if they go off on this mad dash testing spree that they did not do before they’re going to have increased cases. I swear common sense has left the planet.

Fk Fauci with his 100,000 per day. Boy, he has a face for punching, I saw the good bits of that hearing. Rand Paul really let him have it. But, will it do any good? I’m not sure if any politicians are decent or if they’re all snakes. I mean, if they’re allowed to get to the Senator level they must know the deal. Right? Sadly, I don’t trust any of them.

      • cu.h.j says:

There were also several well-known scientists that contradicted Fauci, like Dr. Witkowski who has repeatedly said there was never a need for the lockdowns, particularly closing schools and shutting down the economy.

He did say it might be good to protect the elderly and infirm and allow the healthy population to develop herd immunity (by going on about their lives) and that there is no need for a vaccine. Other scientists have also said this and there is evidence like you listed showing that lockdowns do nothing but cause economic devastation and deteriorating health (mental and physical). It’s obvious these lockdowns aren’t based on science and anyone with a working brain that uses evidence and logic should see that.

I think the fact that the medical community has gone along with this is shocking. Obviously these morons are just following along they won’t admit that they were wrong so they keep the lie going even though it will destroy the world economy. I wonder what all these masked morons walking around will think when their unemployment runs out and the economy collapses and they have no job to go back to.

I do know that some people are going along because they have made more money staying home and they hated their jobs. They probably feel obliged to fake it.

          Hi c.u.h.j,
I spoke to a friend of mine a week ago. She worked for a dental clinic at a hospital. She said when the whole COVID thing started, the staff was called into the hospital and asked to work with hospital patients. Those that refused were told they would not receive unemployment. She said she was the only one out of 20 to stay.

She said she was put on the night shift on a “COVID positive floor”, which basically became “an entirely end of life care situation.“ She didn’t give me more details about patients other than to say it was very bad what she witnessed. Like nothing she’s ever experienced. She is not a nurse. She’s a dental hygienist. And, she was left to monitor patients on her own, perform procedures such as inserting catheters and more with no training. No one, not even the other nurses, knew she wasn’t a nurse. And she says she tried to tell them, but it was too crazed in there for anyone to have time to listen. She said one nurse finally asked her what area of the hospital she worked in and was shocked to hear she came from the dental clinic. Did anything like that happen to you? I mean it’s probably happening in lots of places, but how awful and ridiculous that nurses and doctors are being furloughed, yet dental hygienists are brought in. My friend is taking nursing courses now, but she’s still doing the job. She of course is not someone I discuss anything I know with, it wouldn’t be worthwhile. I rarely talk to her and haven’t seen her for a few years. Anyway, I thought about this when I saw your comment, so thought I’d mention.

I‘ve read some of your comments in the other thread about preparing. I hope your plans are coming along alright. I really admire your bravery in the face of all this.

            Amazing story, Deb. Wow!

            • debra.b says:

Yeah, things are happening out there that they’re not allowing us to bear witness to because it’s just so wrong. They’ve limited our movement in so many directions to keep us away.

There is one other thing she told me that I forgot to mention. She said a friend of hers got tested at the hospital and was negative. A week or so later she became very sick. She was tested again and this time was positive. The doctor whispered to my friend that she had gotten it at the hospital when she voluntarily got tested the first time.

They quarantined this woman in her home alone for 14 days. Her family couldn’t stay in their home with her. My friend visited her to do checks on her. At one point she was far worse. So, my friend asked that same doctor what to do. He said don’t bring her to the hospital because she’ll definitely die. My friend kept checking on her and she did finally recover. She said on the last of the 14 days when she went to check her, the woman hugged her and wouldn’t let go. She was starved for human interaction. It’s just horrific. I don’t want to imagine horrors such as this going on across this country and all over the world. But, we know they are.

          • cu.h.j says:

Wow. That’s incredible. I have never heard of an employer do something illegal like that. It’s against the law to pretend to be a nurse. In fact if the board of nursing found out she might face disciplinary charges. Posing as a licensed professional outside of a person’s scope of practice is both illegal and unethical.

Having said that perhaps she was afraid to lose her job and she thought the risk was worth it that might include the death of the patient. In short I have never heard anything like that before.

My hospital has Covid units and to be honest we have had almost zero people die without substantial health issues and advanced age. I had a colleague take a travel assignment in NY and he said it was bad…lack of staff. Pre Covid NY hospitals are terrible though.

Back to your friend. She probably shouldn’t say anything to anyone (the nurses she worked with) because if they reported her to the nursing board she might get in trouble unless they state changed the law overnight.

That’s scary though. I can’t imagine going into an area of work where I had little expertise and being “thrown to the wolves “. Glad that she is able to take classes in many states schools stopped in person classes.

Vaccinations in Italy – the situation

Italy has a long history of political resistance against forced vaccination both locally and nationally. Despite the constant vilification in the MSM of those who fight for the informed consent to vaccination, more and more activists are making the waves in the alternative media.

In recent history, there were 2 significant events that raised the awareness of the dangers of vaccines and the shadowy role of Big Pharma:

    1. Italy joins the steering group of Obama’s “Global Health Security Agenda” (https://ghsagenda.org/ghsagovernance/) whose aim is to foster the use of vaccines around the world over the period 2014-2019. This was reported as a blatant act of national submission to BigPharma under the auspices of the Obama Administration.

    2. Soon after he event in 1., the former Health Minister (Beatrice Lorenzin) starts to push a new vaccination policy for the country that resulted in this law, passed in 2017:
    https://thevaccinereaction.org/2017/08/italy-passes-mandatory-vaccination-law/
The law pushes the number of mandatory vaccines for children from 4 to 12 and strong forms of punishment for those parents who do not comply.

More recently, the strongest grassroot Italian anti-mandatory vaccination movement (Movimento 3V) has made the waves by having one of their appeals published in RFK’s Children Health Defense’s website:

    https://childrenshealthdefense.org/news/italy-sold-to-big-pharma/

    • 9tH says:

i wondered why vaccination is so general in Italy. It is also free to get yearly a flu-vaccine for people of 65+, everyone working in public service and health and care sector, everyone with HIV, diabetes, and so on. At least that is what i noticed when i looked into that back in March. I believe i looked at 2017 data.

      • colosseum says:

Given that Italy has the oldest population in Europe, it is only natural that over 65 flu vaccination has been an easy sell, given also the fact that Italy still retains one of the least privatised health services in Europe (and therefore you can get a vaccine free of charge).

If you have seen Plandemic, Dr Mikovits mentions that there is a correlation between the high flu vaccination rate in Italy and the high Covid-19 “contagion” in the country:

        https://www.bitchute.com/video/S2DMuEiPwcu4/

        (min. 15:35)

And this is related to coronavirus strands already present in the H1N1 vaccine. I yet have to find other data that back up her statement (hence I’d consider it a theory), however it is not unreasonable to think that the high flu vaccination rate in Italy may be the cause of multiple problems.

        • 9tH says:

I have seen that paper released in january, with the conclusions of a study performed by the US military, in which they concluded that about 30% of the infected showed virus-interference, complications due to earlier vaccinations. That was around the time when i searched for italian data.

Mikovits is one, i found a virologist from Ireland, Dolores Cahill who has a serious resume, has been working on those proteines since 2 decades. Gives reasons why she will refuse this new vaccine, she mentions the dogs, the insects and monkeys.. her years of invlvement with the max planck inst did not stop YT from banning her videos. She is considered to be right-wing. Check out this interview, might be gone soon. I know she has a website, in connection with her politics. But tha is something diffferent imo.
          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7TRNbeptbU4

Is Sara Cunial considered right-wing in Italy, as i was told lately? Or can she maintain her position as a lone politica?

          • colosseum says:

            9tH,

If Dr. Mikovits was right, we should be able to see a correlation between the coronavirus cases distribution in Italy and the vaccination coverage. I haven’t looked into it yet, but I find it really strange that most of the covid cases are concentrated in Northern Italy while I would expect the flu vaccination distribution to be more uniformly spreaded.

But thanks for the videos, I am gonna check them out today.

As for Sara Cunial, she has now repudiated the 5-Star Movement (who she belonged to) and joined the “Gruppo Misto”, that includes all Members of Parliament who do not belong to any official party. In my opinion, she is neither leftist or right-wing, but mostly anti-establishment. She basically pushes all the original ideas of the 5-Star Movement (no-Euro, free-vax, no-5G to mention a few) and she exposes (a lone wolf, in the Italian politics) most of the globalist agenda.

As you probably know, YT removed one of her parliamentary speeches where she exposed Bill Gates’ plans and ID2020. This was quite unprecedented as YT censored a public speech of a democratically elected MP, equating her to a “conspiracy theorist”.

I’d like to point out a facet of the coronavirus scamdemic that a lot of people may not be aware of. The structure for helping and aiding people with special needs and their families in the United States is being completely dismantled. My husband used to work for a private company that worked through grants to help special needs students in central Massachusetts and they shut down in the early days of the coronavirus panic never to reopen. He used to live near another school that I’m going to link an article about below. I think a little bit more investigation should be put into this, considering that the Nazis targeted people with special needs as the first to be exterminated in the rise of German fascism in the 1930s.

      Ghislane Maxwell Arrested by FBI!
Is She The Center of The Entire Epstein Case?

      (12 minutes)
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpVn984l2l0

      Description:
Two senior law enforcement officials say that Ghislane Maxwell was arrested on charges that she conspired with Jeffery Epstein to sexually abuse minors and is expected to appear in federal court later Thursday.

The six-count indictment in Manhattan federal court alleges that Maxwell helped Epstein groom girls as young as 14 years old, going back as far as 1994.
“In some instances, Maxwell was present for and participated in the sexual abuse of minor victims,” the indictment says.

Too many powerful people involved. They’re gonna portray her as the mysterious lone madam to Epstein’s mysterious lone billionaire pedophile. I don’t know if they’d play the old “lone suicide” card like so soon again, but this is the FBI. The alphabet agencies don’t change it up as far as I can see. They could drag it out and then pull the same old. Then they’ll just act like, well she’s gone now, so it’s over. Same as with Epstein. I hope I’m wrong, but I’d be really shocked if I was.

  13. deltammon says:

A Vitally Important Question RE: Masks

Who is accepting liability for the claim??

I have not yet heard this question asked anywhere.. and we better start asking it lest we lose the ability to hold anyone accountable.

Who specifically is claiming that any mask provides any protection from the crownvirus?
CDC? WHO? Health Department of ___? (answer: no, they are technically NOT making the claim)

Who specifically is claiming that wearing a mask is even safe? Is ANYONE? 99.9% doesn’t meet OSHA guidelines. I held multiple respirator quals AND contamination prevention quals when I worked in nuclear energy. Even the dramatized pictures I see of PPE laden ‘health workers’ are ridiculous. Posing extreme health risks to the wearer with virtually ZERO contamination protection.

Does it constitute medical advice? At the very least it is a change from the natural state. No one is taking liability. Just using very misleading statements. It’s almost as if business owners are accepting liability without even knowing it. Everyone in PA thinks that wearing a mask is the law, they even have signs that say so. But it’s not. WHO then is accepting liability?

    Why aren’t people asking this?

    • deltammon says:

My ultimate point, if you look into it (definitely for PA) you’ll find that from the very top, all the way to the bottom, officials are being so misleading on this that none of them make any claims. Just fooling and/or scaring business owners into enforcing something not only illegal, but actually DANGEROUS and a LIABILITY. There is no law in PA. Only with employees of the ‘COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA’ can be masks be legally enforced.

I’m not 100% sure about every state (that’s a lot of dull reading) but I’d bet if you look into each state, there’s no laws anywhere in the USA that compel mask wearing for non-state employees. Even if there was, there’s now way it would be lawful.

C’mon folks, we really need to start responding reasonably. I tell businesses that they are flat out lying when they put up signs saying ‘masks are the law’. I cannot believe that people are SO SHEEPISH that they print up a sign and no one thinks to ask “hey boss, what’s the law chapter/number so I can put that on the sign for people?” I mean, I find that perfectly reasonable.

I’m in the mountains and just cannot believe how easily people are led. If bill would have waited just like 2 more years he probably could have just had the news psyop just tell people that bullet holes are healthy and good for your brain to breath. Ugh, sorry. But I really hope people question this liability issue.

      • flammable says:

Excellent question you brought up. Remember these two legal phrases that “ignorance of the law is no excuse” and “I was only following orders is no excuse”. This takes responsibility from top government officials and pushed it down the ladder. The liability is on anyone enforcing the illegal law in some way. They are suppose to enforce laws that are real no matter what. Does not matter if they were fed lies or tricked by their superior or elected official. You must know the law you enforce and you are liable for forcing illegal measures on the people.
So yes you can sue the store. Or any government employees involved in setting up the infrastructure of legal measures against non-mask wearers and enforcing it. Problem is you require the court system which full of people ignorant about this topic who won’t let your case go through.
One other option is to use the warning on the mask packaging. Pretty much every mask warns that it offers no protection against viruses and illness. Technically we are being endangered by being forced to wear inadequate PPE during a pandemic and it is negligence for anyone to enforce such equipment. So you could argue that but again the courts can stop this case dead as well. The best thing to do right now is to continue to educate people like you are doing.

        • deltammon says:

It’s certainly a tough question. You’re totally right in bringing up the ignorance maxim; if you consider yourself a competent adult then you should be aware of this at all times (liability, claims, responsibility, etc). I agree also, if left to any municipal or territorial court it would be completely steamrolled.

However, I would like to point something out. Those courts are not our courts, those are not courts for and of the people. It varies but generally the term ‘corporate administrative process’ describes the municipal ‘courts’ well. There is no reason to use those courts for something like this.

What is very well explained by Cal Washington is the process of using notice and default. Using notarized affidavits, notices, etc I’m not going go explain in full here, but using your own authority as a living man or woman to establish a solid paper trail of liability and holding the actual man or woman (not the title, or corporation), the principal, accountable for their actions.

Municipal courts shouldn’t be involved. They were captured and fraudulent long ago. People have figured this out and the tricks they have been using and they are crumbling (part of this whole ‘corona’ ‘reset’ thing).

There is still some semblance of honor in the federal courts, as they have been the ones holding the most corrupt lower courts accountable. A good deal of corruption but it seems a lot is due to ignorance on the part of municipal judges and employees. They were misled from the top (doesn’t that sound familiar), but those higher courts know what’s going on.

It’s the same tactic from every angle, get the ignorant people at the bottom to commit all the crimes and fraud. This is why accountability and honesty are the most important values there are (imo). If order takers felt in any way accountable to their actions they might fire up that second braincell. It’s now clear as day that the culture has been engineered to remove all perception of accountability (it’s there, just reflected through all the fragmented communities and families and depressed or soon to be sociopathic individuals).

Of course, I agree with this. And, that child is adorable and seeing this happening to the children has broken my heart the most. It’s seriously unbearable at times. I don’t agree that we have a just system though. I’m not saying no one ever wins lawsuits, but much has to align for any type of justice to happen. It’s a rarity at best. And, it’s just as corrupt as any other system of government.

Maybe if enough people joined this, however, that might be something to show the predatory powers just enough push back. Whether or not the lawsuit goes anywhere. I’d sure like to see those documents they’ve requested.

        I don’t know. I’m not feeling optimistic. I wish I were.

        • deltammon says:

mkey I will check the video out, thank you. My reply to flammable is applicable to you and debra’s comments.

I want to point out that I do not mean liability as the average media shows where a corporation gets sued, for something like negligence or whatever. I mean it in the traditional and most literal sense in where one man or woman holds another man or woman to account for actions or statements which have caused damage to them.

You have to be careful in avoiding unknowingly consenting to the jurisdiction of a municipal court. If you end up in court it should be a ‘court of record’ and a jury of your peers. I’m much oversimplifying things and I apologize, but people study and research this for years before fully understanding. If you want take a look at 1215.org , sedm.org , or theamericanstatesassembly.net However, this is our only hope for peaceful remedy. Using our authority and standing as living men and women (not as US citizens, which are subjects with no rights) and using the procedures and practices that the establishment has used all their might to censor info on this, hoping we would forget.

Thank you for the information and additional resources. I’ll look through and do my best to understand it. But, I’ll be honest. When it comes to legal or financial, I struggle to fully grasp the information. I always have. I understand enough to scrape by, but that’s about it.

I have had several personal and varied experiences with the courts over the years. So, that’s what I have to go on and where I’m coming from with my comments. Through my experiences, I‘ve lost any trust in it. Not because I’ve failed to come through my court cases. On the contrary, I’ve been successful. However, what it took each time, whatever the circumstance, was as I’ve said, much aligning in my favor by pure luck and through extremely difficult, continued efforts. More complicated and detailed, but that’s the short of it.

In my opinion, legal and financial language is written as to be purposely difficult to understand. Except, for those who study these subjects and/or have a personal interest along with a head for it, as they say.

As for me, I’d say I have a non-scratched surface understanding at best, based purely on personal experiences in both areas. Which likely makes me both an ignorant and incompetent adult in that respect. And, I mean that in all honesty.

“accountability and honesty are the most important values there are (imo)”

I agree with you. Although, I’d add kindness, as far too many human beings are sorely lacking, imo.

Again, thank you! I do sincerely appreciate the information and resources. I will look through it. 🙂

            • deltammon says:

Don’t sell yourself short.. that’s what “they” count on for regular people to do. Most things are artificially overcomplicated to build a maze of walls keeping non “experts” from the truth. But once those walls crumble (in your mind) and you can see from afar, you see clearly.

Those ‘courts’ that seem so complicated are criminal and they are an insiders game designed to fleece regular people of their funds. It’s an insiders club, and the insiders are BAR lawyers. If you’re not in the club, you automatically lose if you play the game of those deceitful courts. It’s what is called “legal-ease” and it is not the way it’s supposed to be.

If a party in a contract is not made aware of the terms because you ‘hid’ them or just flat out omit them, is the agreement valid? No. But those courts do that all the time. Is that 6000 page terms and conditions valid? No, but they use many many assumptions to get to that point so it’s going to take a while to unravel this gigantic corporate fraud. but in the mean time, don’t forget:

Men and women created the constitution, the constitution created the government (which then created another constitution and another government), so in your capacity as a woman, those courts have no power. The creation has no rule over the creator. In your capacity as a woman, none of that legal-ease or fraudulent corporate courts have any power over you. The trick is learning and shifting your state of mind.

        @HomeRemedySupply

You realize, I hope, that these governors are simply issuing Executive Orders, not laws.
No one in the united States can make laws except the legislature. Whether federal or state, only the House and Senate can pass laws. Since these are not laws, you are not legally bound to abide by them.
Executive orders, whether from the president or a governor, only effect the people that work for the executive branch of that governmental body, they are not laws. The Supreme Court cannot make laws either,That is called “Legislating From the Bench”, and is in violation of the constitution. They also do not make “Rulings”. Kings make rulings, courts opine and settle disputes. For example, Roe v Wade effected only Roe, and Wade. Nobody else.
This scam has been going on for a long time, but that is all it really is, a SCAM. The talking heads on TV say it, and the sheeple believe it. Very few do what they should, and refuse to comply with unconstitutional edicts. From ANY potentate.
Since there is no law, there is nothing to enforce, legally. If anyone has the courage to take it to court, they should prevail. At least in an honest court.
Too bad we don’t have any honest courts in this country any more.
If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, the HIPPA laws prevent anyone from even asking what the condition is.
If it is your work place, inform them that they are in violation of OSHA Standards. OSHA mandates that oxygen concentration in any work place be higher than 19.5%. Normal O2 concentration in our atmosphere is about 21%. Every test I’ve seen done, the O2 concentration inside the mask is 18% or less. Usually less.
Therefore, requiring employees to wear a mask, places the employer in violation of OSHA Standards, and risks the work place being shut down for unsafe working environment.
Too bad nobody is telling the employers this because they may end up in a lot of court cases. Not only for endangering their workers, but for violating federal OSHA workplace standards.

          Hi Stronghorse,
I’m sorry. I know you’re replying to HRS. But, I just had to say in all honesty, I didn’t know that. And, I’m glad you’ve explained it. Seriously. I need to know these things even if I can’t do anything about it because I do know there are no honest courts, But, I still want to and need to know. I just posted a reply above regarding my ignorance of laws. I’ve been through many different types of legal and court entanglements, but as I’ve said above when it comes to legal or financial, I struggle to fully grasp the information. I always have. I understand enough to scrape by, but that’s about it. You can read my comment above to ‘deltammon” if you want,

Anyway, if I didn’t know this, you gotta know the majority out there also don’t. Every executive order the Governor of CT has issued has been considered law whether it is or not. People are walking into traps left and right. And, they don’t know it. There are a ton of executive orders which he issued. I’ve tried to go through many of them as best I can. The best assistance I’ve had in interpreting them were websites of law firms who were posting “what they mean”. And, that was largely for small business owners. Not for employees or the general public.

Well, thanks again! You explained this in a way I can understand. I need straightforward, so I appreciate it.

I am heartened by your comment, Stronghorse. But as CR member Alexandre recently stated on another thread, facts don’t matter anymore. Fear (of the virus or of being shamed) is cracking the whip and driving people to the edge.

Lately, I’ve been reminded of this sickening social experiment:

          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8BkzvP19v4

I’d like to believe that had I been the newbie in that room, I’d’ve asked what the hell was going on, called it bullshit and walked out. But I’ve never been tested until now. So far, I’ve not worn a mask. Last week, when it was mandated that customers must wear masks into the grocery store, I switched to curbside pick-up. Days ago was my first time ever using that service. Not having a smart phone to text my “parking space number” I got out when the employee loaded the car next to me and let her know I was there. As I waited, I had my windows open and door open for the fresh air to pass through, then when she arrived with my groceries, I got out and helped her put the bags into my vehicle. In light of this executive order, do they expect me to be wearing a mask in that environment, in 90+ degrees? If so, then I’ve got (4) choices: 1. comply (not gonna happen); 2. don’t comply but stay put in my vehicle, hollering out my greeting & thanks from the driver’s seat, thereby enabling and solidifying anti-social, anti-human interaction; 3. stay home and wait for things to get progressively worse as the days tick by; or 4. ignore the order and do as I did the week before and wait for the deafening shrieks sure to follow (and God knows what else).

So the few businesses I frequent will lose me. So what? I’m just a drop in an ocean of compliant people.

What native Texan wants to even put up with the hassle?! No true Texan wants to be around that weirdness.

Texas has changed over the decades.
Personally, I believe part of the State’s “attitude change” is the very massive influx of people from other more liberal-left states. Another factor might be the educational system, especially universities, where some of these “new” weird societal concepts are bred.

            Anecdote – Masks
I was out and about today. The heat today, July 3rd, is sweltering. My sweat dripped. I went into a couple places.
            NO MASK ON.

I had already printed out the Governor’s order, page 3.
            https://open.texas.gov/uploads/files/organization/opentexas/EO-GA-29-use-of-face-coverings-during-COVID-19-IMAGE-07-02-2020.pdf
I was gonna use the “exempt” health clause if I got confronted and in a jam. Wearing a mask ain’t good for my mental and physical health, but I don’t have to explain my medical condition, because that is lawfully private.

The very large grocery store was packed with folks, at least several hundred people. It was crowded. Most everyone, except for maybe 3 people, had masks on. At one point, I was next to a maskless guy. I told him, “Glad you aren’t wearing a mask. It’s a joke.”

At checkout, my cashier was a Vietnamese lady who is a 5 year friend/employee from my closer-to-home small grocery store. She was very excited to see me. We had an exhilarating chat. I never can make out all her words because of the accent, but I can catch the drift. Her mask made it almost impossible to get the audio, but I caught the flavor. She repeatedly stated that she hates wearing the mask.

While rolling out my cart, I am again next to the maskless guy I ran into earlier. We rant. Like usual, I mention The Corbett Report repeatedly. He shows me the ADA (American with Disabilities Act) on his phone that he will use if the “mask police” come.
Being hot, we soon both made for the cool car A/C to get home.
This 4th of July won’t be like others.

Always interesting to read your happenings out and about, HRS! I also appreciate the link to the order which informed me that I’ll still be able to do curbside without wearing a mask, just keep the “social distance”. What’s that Voltaire quote about believing absurdities?

I read Alexandre’s comment. I wholeheartedly agree with him, pearl.

That is sickening. They make it seem like it’s just quirky or something. I likely would’ve done it. Especially, in a medical office which seems to be what they’re portraying here. Maybe if it were somewhere else where I didn’t feel I have to be I wouldn’t. But, I honestly couldn’t say for sure.

I only had one occasion so far with the mask. I had to go for bloodwork at my doctors office. I didn’t have a choice on this one. Before going I had to call to be “screened” about any current symptoms I might be having. This was interesting because out of this lengthy list of symptoms I had plenty, but they’re not “new” symptoms. Which was the key, I suppose. I was cleared to go to the office. My daughter drove me, she waited in the car, she brought a mask for me. I put the mask on. I went through the main entrance doors to the building and there was a woman right there to take my temperature. She wrote it down on a little piece of paper and gave it to me (my mini makeshift immunity passport). 🙄 I went into the doctors office and stood on the anti-social distanced tape on the floor. They brought me in, took my bloodwork, made me wait in a hallway with a row of separated chairs for them to check my weight. I waited 15 minutes or so, they took my weight and I left. I honestly had trouble breathing by the time I got back to the car and I took the mask off. I felt like crawling into bed and never coming out after that. And, I did actually for a little while. But, after I slept I felt a little better.

I’m facing a new situation now where I’ve just delayed them. I basically used their own tactics against them. And, it worked for now. Won’t be able to delay them for too much longer. It’s scary for me given my health circumstances. But, I’ll do what I can.

But I don’t plan on getting a citation.

I really hear ya on the OSHA standards. I think this is a real plus for us.
I printed out some OSHA pages which I will give as handouts to cashiers or use if I need to if the “mask police” come.

We have these “civil defense boards” where quasi politicians (selected by politicians) sit and make “decisions” which are initially formed as “recommendations” that quickly (because the people are unruly heinous bastards) get upgraded to “demands”. These are not even laws, just opinion pieces put forth by unelected “officials”. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care.

          https://livestream.com/ronavery/fakepandemic/videos/208239290

HRS, you will definitely want to hear this. (Everyone else, too.) Mark and Ron show charts that they got from a recent meeting of Collin County, TX, government officials.

The charts display an entirely new (and expanded and onerous and insane) definition of “cases of” and “deaths from” you-know-what.

Toward the end of the hour-long show, Mark makes up a wonderful word: “myth-odology” in place of “methodology.” Yes!

My biggest takeaway from this program: I now see, more clearly than ever, why Kary Mullis, the inventor of the PCR test, “had” to be silenced — had to die (mysteriously) just a month or two before the October 18, 2019, Event 201.

I was worried all along about the ramped up testing phase that’s happening now. I knew it would be the next major step and would kick things into post lockdown high gear. These phased reopenings were such a cruel deception.

I said in a comment somewhere around here that what’s happened in New York/Connecticut and California would be indicators of what’s to come in other states. Florida and Texas being further indicators. What happened here has been horrific and it’s just the beginning. That’s what scares me the most. There were 9/11 exhibits, special guest presentations, scientific articles, government documents, more than 14 films screening, along with experts, architect, and engineers on hand for Q&A.
A center piece exhibit was a scale model of The World Trade Center Towers and Building 7 graciously brought to the event by an architect from the Austin / San Antonio area. At a scale of 1 inch equals 30 feet, this model, which includes surrounding streets and the bridge, is 4 feet square at the base by 5 feet high.

Hint: The show opens with Randy explaining what happened when Sacha Baron Cohen hijacked a conservative event in Olympia, Washington. Seems Cohen tried to turn it into a racist rally.

In this clip (which I found just now), the speaker accuses higher-ups on the political left of being behind the Cohen prank: https://heavy.com/news/2020/06/sacha-baron-cohen-rally-washington-video. If you do a search, you’ll see that every MSM account of the incident is a far cry from the reality as vouched for by Vanadisson.

deltammon: Hi there! Enjoy where you’re at in the mountains remembering that when you enter into the occupied territories you used to frequent there are now strangers in the land. Strangers who for whatever reason, cannot or will not think for themselves or rationalize their thoughts or actions.
    Here’s a thought for you.
“Acquiescence” (Webster’s, mine still has over 1500 pages word, diction etc.)
1: passive acceptance or submission : the act of acquiescing or the state of being acquiescent
e.g. “I was surprised by his acquiescence to their demands”.

You think you have received a lawful order to put up a sign at your business entrance to restrict your customers. You, in turn place that order on your customers, who now cannot enter your establishment without wearing a mask.
Now the business will not be entered by anyone who refuses to acquiesce to nonsense. We ran into it the other day, when my daughter wanted to go into a craft store. We have gone there for years and it is a wonderful place to discover creative supplies for all types of arts and crafts. It’s the only one around for hundreds of miles. Sign says masks are Mandatory, it is not lawful but simply the owner’s choice. Then you have a dilemma. See it starts at the top of the drivel and flows down. We all have to make our choices based on our understanding. Where you get your information determines will determine your outcome.

People watch Hellivision and sometimes back off from that and then jump on the internet with the same mind set hoping for a different experience. They don’t realized how programmed they are or how much subliminal baggage they carry. They just switch seats and now take the headlines from the new screen and regurgitate them. Like switching seats on the Titanic, you’re still going down.
What’s that saying? Oh ya, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results!

JC today asks for people to realize the seriousness of the issues before us especially bodily autonomy, I guess that will be the new buzz words for the week. I have researched for over 30 years, provided some insight here, and been involved in deep study over the last 4 months. As long as people keep on regurgitating meaningless statistics put out by MSM and controlled opposition and so called alternative media, and not doing any research on their own, you will see very soon hell on earth that you could never imagine. Good God, people don’t even know the meaning of the word vaccine and use it constantly.
Many great men and women have gone before now trying to bring out the truth, and by the looks of it their lives have been in vain.

When you think of television, you also have to remember the upgrades they made around 06-07. This allowed them to have several layers broadcasted at once apparently. The several hundred patents on subliminal programming have truly turned the boob tube into the hypno toad of futurama. This could explain a lot of the acquiescence. In effect, all those who watch a lot of tv are mind controlled.

      • nexangelus says:

I do watch some TV series online, I don’t own a TV or have subscriptions to those TV channels, etc. Even if it is stuff I choose, whether it is on my phone, laptop or other screen (I think the screen is the thing isn’t it? Eyes focus on that thing, that place, those pictures, that light) I feel zombified and also the compulsion to binge watch is high. I mean it was once a week as a kid, now you can watch anything you want in any amount, etc….yes, there is a dulling sensation – Charlie Brooker kind of captures the essence of the screen thing (virtual reality included) in loads of his episodes of Black Mirror…they stick this little disc to their temples, their eyes glaze over and they half sit half lie limply engaged in what is on the screen or in the virtual reality…I know, I know talking about TV programme to explain the addictiveness of it. It dulls your senses, makes you feel half asleep, it is like a drug.

        • I Shot Santa says:

Yes. Whenever I go into town, I check into a motel for the duration. I usually don’t even turn on the TV, (or if I do, I don’t make it past the hundreds of choices on the menu). I find if I’m not actively engaged in it,(watching for themes, etc. Anything that keeps my mind positive, and not just passively watching) then I want to do the same.
While it’s but one of the states tools, I think it’s a major one. Everything about it is designed to hypnotize you.

        • debra.b says:

I still watch some shows on the streaming channels as well, nexangelus. But, not as much as I used to. I agree, binge watching is extremely addictive. I saw some of those Black Mirror episodes too. Either way, any of these screens will mess with your brain. This iPad that I’m on right now definitely worsens my insomnia, for one thing, if I’m not careful. And, I’m not always as careful as I should be.

I wouldn’t have all the cable services and stuff if I lived alone, but I don’t. My mom is 72 and she ain’t changing her ways now. She loves TV. She loved the radio before that. In fact, we always had a radio on the kitchen counter when I was growing up and up until the early 2000’s. My mom and Dad both listened to it. My Dad also read the local newspaper, cover to cover every day. The first half in the morning and the second half after work. My Dad was a highly routined person. And, there was no breaking him of that. Just who he was.

Anyway, my Dad also always said, “All these channels and nothing on.” as he became increasingly more aggravated with television and cable bills in particular.

    • deltammon says:

Hey creative, I hear you 100%.. but this ‘order’ has an even more sinister side, which I’m sure you are probably aware of but I’ll use my little mountain town as an example.

There’s only small businesses here.. which is great, except it’s almost lose-lose depending on the timing, I’ll explain. The hardware store (there is a lowes, but that place turned into a concentration camp months before the small local ace fell to the psyop) down the road has about half their employees are not braindead and realize what’s going on, they’re young too. Some of the older employees tell me “meh, masks are mandatory”, but they won’t press it or do anything.. the real issue is the total ******* customers who feel righteously empowered to get in other peoples business, and get in fights!

Now, I’m wholly against violence, but I am NOT against protecting myself if violence is initiated against me. I don’t want that to happen! I’m not a big dude, nothing about the way I look deters the faux punk, woke warriors from talking smack and getting in my face… thing is, I know how to protect myself. And so I know that there is no good way out of that situation.

And another hard angle to look at is when I’m patronizing my local antique store. Owned by the super sweet retired american family man, who doesn’t say a word about masks and doesn’t wear one unless others come in wearing one. Now what happens when people report him (this is how bad the fear is here)?

Oh and the one single gas station… lady comes out SCREAMING at me “YOU CAN’T BE HERE WITHOUT A MASK” I said “fine, I won’t come in I just need my receipt”. I asked the guy what gives her the gall to talk like that to customers and he said “see the sign? it’s the law.” .. I said please tell me what law that is, very calmly. I was so calm and it ended with the guy also screaming “okay fine there’s no law but ITS COMMON SENSE! WEAR A MASK TO PROTECT OTHERS! DO YOU WANT ME AND MY WIFE WHO HAS CANCER TO DIE?!” (He is older)

So yeah, I’m totally with you. I now just don’t have a gas station to use locally, no grocery (I have a huge garden but dang, it’s hard to be FULLY self sufficient within a matter of months), the hardware store is a situation waiting to happen, and my only friend of a business owner seems to be getting nervous…

It’s a horrible, sick, perverted, disgusting, satanic plan; getting people so confused like this, but dang did it work. Ugh.

    California
    These bills passed last June.
We *technically* still have medical exemptions, but not really. After SB277 (bill from 2015) there were only a handful of doctors in the whole state willing to write medical exemptions & they wouldn’t even consider it without genetic testing. After SB276 (2019), there are zero doctors in California willing to write exemptions and many pediatricians will not even accept unvaccinated children as patients.

800+ California doctors were called before the 2019 bills passed and they all refused to write medical exemptions without meeting the patients. Here is a recording (2min10)
    https://youtu.be/yNNVVCqqVLM

SB276 passed (2019)—the only exemptions available for kids to attend school are medical, but doctors will be investigated if they write 5+ medical exemptions per year.

Prime Minister, Science & Tech Minister, Chief Health Officer among many others are all saying that nothing will go back to normal until theres a vaccine. Including more specifically the outgoing CHO Brendan Murphy saying that our borders won’t open until there’s a vaccine.

Under the declared state of emergency in Australia, this is the currently in force national and state (my state Victoria) legislation. Both Acts give the government the ability to mandate a vaccine under a “Public Health Order” or “Control Order”. Under the laws, those who don’t comply can be fined tens of thousands of dollars, arrested and jailed.

Flaw after flaw, assumption after assumption, official COVID testing and the official COVID narrative are just a house of cards.

I could go on for hours with incredible research, truth that is undeniable showing this whole psychological operation is based on layers of lies and years in the making. I’ve left key links here with no response to the actual information. Mostly had to read the works. Yet people keep putting up the repetitive use of weaponized language and referring to the same poison outlets over and over.

Nothing short of reckless endangerment supporting and regurgitating the death stench of the poisoned distribution outlets, called TV and INT/TV. Gotta love those government sources, experts and sites with thousands of subs that only been around a couple years. Doesn’t matter from what screen it broadcasts from. I’ve walked this walk for years and years and with a few of the finest who are no longer with us, ‘vaccines are a deadly superstition’ 99% of the people using the word have no idea what it means, the history behind it, or the incredible real scientific research and that has destroyed these same ‘virus’ lies over and over again. Most of you just never noticed before.
99% of the people take their University of Television credentials very seriously, and their 12 or more years under indoctrination by a weapons of mass instruction to think they are qualified for something. The game is rigged and only certain indoctrinated individuals get to have the thousands of dollars in loans to pay (smart) and a license or letters (WOW) to function in their rigged game.
It’s all a lie. Been there done that, not proud of it either. God help you if you ever had a thought of your own. Tick that, say this after me, write only from the text and within my boundaries, here’s your diploma! Next. Try a listen to John Taylor Gatto, The Ultimate History Lesson. It’s on the Tragedy and Hope site.

Folks, over the last many months people have actually taken their lives and the lives of their families very seriously. There is no time for Fauci this, or Senator that crap. It is all lies, get with it. Bodily Autonomy means nothing if your body is a corpse or has been assaulted with a deadly or life altering weapon. Grow up….Covid19 is a vehicle, it’s fuel is fear and ignorance; and they are going to move that vehicle now from the inside lane to the outside lane of a 6 lane highway, if you continue to ride their vehicle as a passenger and are taken over to lane six you won’t recognize where you came from or where you are going. If we don’t get out of that vehicle that’s fueled with fear and ignorance right now, and fight the good fight we are all in deep trouble.

I don’t have children and I live in the UK, but the daughter of a good friend of mine has had an HPV scare. She is in her early 20s, and it’s been a nightmare for her, as she was unable to get any treatment for it during the lockdown. Luckily she has now had the “all clear”.

With the panic over, I asked my friend if her daughter had had the HPV vaccine when she was at school. She said “Yes, but it was for a different strain of HPV”. I didn’t want to comment too much because it’s so difficult for parents to know what’s best for their children. But it seems that our teenagers are having their health put at risk to have a vaccine that gives them only limited protection.

    • debra.b says:

      Hi minnie,
That must have been so terrifying for your friend and her daughter. I’m glad she came through it okay.

My daughter didn’t have HPV vaccine. Some years ago , however, she was told they’d found precancerous cells on her cervix. She had the LEEP procedure to remove the tissue that contained the cells. This procedure caused her to have infertility issues. My granddaughter was born stillborn in 2018. I’ve a very healthy 4 month old grandson now, but I am terrified of what vaccines may do to him. I so want to talk to my daughter about it, but as you say it’s so difficult. And, it’s very scary to think of it for parents. And, new parents at that. With this Cvd crisis I also don’t get much time to spend with my daughter and my grandson. Not to mention she’s still has fear of that already. It would be fear upon fear. My brother is against vaccines, but he gave in to the requirements to send his daughter to school. He lives in Vermont. I spoke to him about this and he said it’s extremely difficult to get around it. Not just with schools, but with most pediatricians.

      • nexangelus says:

minnie and debra.b I was going to reply about my experiences with rejecting vaccinations earlier, in the UK. Both of my children who are adults now, were not vaccinated (although I did agree to the heel prick and Vit K) I struggled with paediatricians, school teachers (the HPV vaccine caused a to do at my daughter’s highschool, they were trying to coerce her into having it despite several girls having on the spot reactions to it) and I lost two friends because of heated arguments about my choices and opinions. I was likened to an ignoramus who should be locked up. Telling them it was through months’ long research and reading all the literature on vaccinations (this was back in 1998 when I was pregnant the first time), not just the ones in the GP’s office quietened them down. My ex partners both had opposing views to me on these issues. It has been a hard and sometimes lonely path…my elderly father refuses the flu vaccine every year (he has emphysema and is not on oxygen even though his lips turn blue on exertion), so there is that…the health visitor I had when my two were babies supported my decisions and even told me about alternatives…she did not push vaccinations…

    • J-Smoove says:

      Hi Minnie,

I posted this in another comments section but I think it may be helpful and you could possibly pass it along for those who aren’t that familiar with HPV and their vaccines:

They are still at it with the HPV vaccine. According to WHO, “Most HPV infections clear up on their own and most pre-cancerous lesions resolve spontaneously”.

      https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/human-papillomavirus-(hpv)-and-cervical-cancer

And yet, they still push to have so many children to be vaccinated before their teen years. I just saw a commercial pushing this propaganda. Nothing about these vaccines are very safe. They fast tracked that Gardasil vaccine for approval from the FDA, knowing that it had adverse side effects and gave them to thousands of children. In 2008, Judicial Watch put out a report entitled “Examining the FDA’s HPV Vaccine Records” The report states that there had been over 8,000 cases of adverse health effects and at least 18 deaths within 2 years.

And oh of course this: “Gardasil is not 100% effective against all HPVs. It is designed to protect against only four strains of HPV, even though there are over thirty strains including at least fifteen that can cause cancer.”

      Hi Victoria,
I appreciate you bringing a bit of humor in. I’m in a bad state emotionally and physically, and you made me smile. Thank you! 🙂 I’m in Connecticut, so what is happening in other states with masks, etc.. was in place here pretty much from the beginning and still is. Connecticut, however, is busy arrogantly patting itself on the back for being ranked the top state with “ ‘Lowest Rate’ Of Coronavirus Transmission In Nation” (stupid source in case anyone thinks I’m kidding https://patch.com/connecticut/across-ct/ct-coronavirus-updates-infection-rate-lowest-nation )

We’re in “phase 2 reopening”, of course under all the impossibly strict guidelines. So, this is what happens after that….

“ CT small businesses continue to struggle in Phase 2 reopening as Phase 3 is delayed”

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Businesses and jobless alike are not feeling the optimism coming from Washington.

“We have been here over 60 years,” said Jim Civitello, owner of Enson’s Gentlemen’s Fashion. “We love providing this service to the greater New Haven Community.”

Civitello is relying on his regulars to get through the pandemic. But his tailor’s station sits empty, the scissors and sewing machine stationary until Civitello can bring his employees back full time.

“The streets are literally empty. Even with the Phase Two reopening it hasn’t helped that much,” said Civitello. “We’re hoping in September when the students, some of the students, do come back it’s going to bring the parents, the faculty, the staff back to where we’re able to do a little more business.

The Connecticut Department of Labor says the number of weekly jobless claims for both state and federal programs is holding steady at 300,000. Though the national economy added nearly 5 million jobs in June and the national unemployment rate has dropped to 11% from 13%, this is nothing close to pre-pandemic levels.

“It’s great if there’s been a resurgence, but I still know plenty of people out of work,” said Nick Civitello, who is now helping his father run Enson’s.

As the Northeast corridor reacts to virus spikes in the Sun Belt, small businesses here are bracing for impact. Governor Ned Lamont just officially confirmed a delay for the rollout of Phase 3, which would have allowed bars to reopen.

“Safety is the first concern,” said New Haven’s Olives and Oil General Manager Dave St. Onge. “It’s a little bit disappointing for us.”

St. Onge is eager to bring back his full staff of cooks, hosts, and waiters, but for now, all he can tell them is, “We’re trying to get busy enough to hire you back.”

Updated state jobless numbers are expected on July 12. The latest data shows Connecticut with a 19% unemployment rate prior to June.“ [End of article]

I think states like New York and California are good indicators of what’s to come in other states. It may take time to reach your state, but perhaps not as time much as you think. Texas and Florida are further signs in my opinion.

I often have visions or instincts of things to come on a far smaller scale. More to do with what’s happening directly around me or involving someone close to me. I learned more about how the effects of abuse hide out in your mind as it did with me for years. And, struck at me by some events that triggered it. I’d been suffering from PTSD for some years before I realized. It wrought havoc before showing itself, so to speak. I’ve control of it now more or less, but I have to remain careful.

Anyway, I just wanted to mention that I was both saddened and inspired by reading what you wrote of your experiences. You write really well. It was engaging, yet endearing to read. I feel strongly that seemingly opposing emotions exist naturally together always and create what I think of as storms of nature that when once lifted result in something beautiful. It might sound strange, but after difficult exercises of journeying back through my life I found it to nearly always be true. Albeit, sometimes in much smaller ways than others, but every time I reached back, whenever I could see something more clearly I always have been able to find the good and bad existing together. And, how the imbalance may cause us to fall and how we find ways to heal. This has continued to help me cope. Though not without struggle. Never without struggle. 🙂

            such a wonderful reply debra.b ~ thank you :))

yes yes yes!! i absolutely 100% totally & completely agree about opposing emotions naturally existing together, doesnt sound strange to me in the least & hv also repeatedly experienced the process of healing from the struggle ~ albeit quite often, extremely polarized programmed/”enhanced” emotions esp love/hate.

whilst i can relate to the type of psychic stuff you describe, my abilities got messed with when i was young & it has taken a long time to come to peace with. that said, i dont recognize as psychic, mind control scripted “visions” which were hypnotically embedded, incl year 2020 “prophecy” programme ~ which is also an internal world.

no doubt, with abuse there’s always manipulation ~ sometimes obvious, others times difficult to identify. when i read your comments its so clear to me you hv done a huge amount of healing work, inner strength shines thru ~ honesty, empathy, integrity & insight… beautiful flow.

    Dear Matt Vickers,

I do not wish to be force vaccinated. I do not wish for any human being to be mandatory vaccinated. Everyone deserves the freedom to choose their own medicine. Everyone including guardians deserves fully informed consent. Do you support this basic human right?

    Yours sincerely,

    Chris Lipthorpe

    ——–
    [2nd June 2020]
    Good Afternoon Mr Lipthorpe,

Thank you for contacting me about vaccinations and tracking and tracing measures for Covid-19 and apologies for the delay in responding to you.

I am committed to ending the current pandemic in the safest possible manner, and I support the measures under the Coronavirus Act 2020 which reinforce and expediate this process. It is important to note that the powers granted to the Government under the Coronavirus Act 2020 are made under and subject to the restrictions of the Control of Disease Act 1984. Under the 1984 Act, Ministers have the power to make regulations which prevent danger to public health and prevent the spread of infection, but these regulations do not include mandatory treatment or vaccination.

Instead, the Coronavirus Act 2020, a time limited, emergency act, is designed to significantly enhance our ability to respond effectively. The Act will increase the available health and social care workforce, ease the burden on frontline staff, contain and slow the spread of Covid-19 by reducing unnecessary social contacts, help manage the deceased with dignity and respect, and support individuals financially and with access to basic provisions.

Thank you again for contacting me.

    Kind Regards,
    Matt.

Note the ‘time limited emergency act’ had many exceptions.
I would appreciate any suggestion how and where to proceed next?

…how is it I have the right to an abortion? that is control of my body. but I don’t have the right to choose to have a vaccine or not?

    • J-Smoove says:

Very good question. So, they will use mental gymnastics and say it isn’t the same because you aren’t harming anyone (besides a child). When you refuse a vaccine, you are doing a disservice to the well-being of the public and you are being selfish. Refusing a vaccine due to not wanting toxic materials being placed in your body, sounds logical and reasonable. Just not when totalitarians tell you otherwise because it doesn’t fit their agenda.

      • Stronghorse says:

IF, their vaccines worked, and they took it, then they should be protected by it.
Even if you are a carrier, they cannot get the virus, (or whatever they were vaccinated against), from a non-vaccinated person.

Therefore, un-vaccinated persons pose no danger to those who choose to be vaccinated.

        • flammable says:

I told someone that and their response was that the virus inside an unvaccinated person will mutate over time and infect the vaccinated since it’s a new virus. So we all have to take the vaccine to eradicate the virus and give it no chance to mutate. I thought it was for immunity but apparently it’s a virus killer. Quite dangerous because we need viruses to live and a indiscriminate virus killer will kill us.

I don’t want to act like those damn MSM fact-checkers. I am confused by what the official narrative of why we all need to be vaccinated really is. I only heard this from a normie so maybe they don’t fully understand mainstream vaccines. If someone has a source from MSM that would be great since I still cannot find an answer except for repeating the propaganda that we all need to be vaccinated.

          • debra.b says:

I think that’s the point because trying to have the vaccine discussion amongst the masses/mainstream where everything is currently more void of reason and hypocritical than ever makes my head spin. Just endlessly makes my head spin. And, it’s exhausting.

In a reasonable discussion you could argue the ineffectiveness of vaccines….

            CDC
Interim Estimates of 2019–20 Seasonal Influenza Vaccine Effectiveness — United States, February 2020

            “Summary
What is already known about this topic?

Annual vaccination against seasonal influenza is recommended for all U.S. persons aged ≥6 months. Effectiveness of seasonal influenza vaccine varies by season.

What is added by this report?

According to data from the U.S. Influenza Vaccine Effectiveness Network on 4,112 children and adults with acute respiratory illness during October 23, 2019–January 25, 2020, the overall estimated effectiveness of seasonal influenza vaccine for preventing medically attended, laboratory-confirmed influenza virus infection was 45%.

What are the implications for public health practice?

Vaccination remains the best way to protect against influenza and its potentially serious complications. CDC continues to recommend influenza vaccination while influenza viruses are circulating in the community.”

But, even while CDC shows here, in my opinion, that flu vaccines are ineffective. 45% is lame. And, I’d wager adding the risks that come with the vaccine would strengthen the argument against. Even minus the risks they won’t disclose. They still recommend vaccination. And, they always will, Bottom line. Profit over people equals peril. Ditto for Power.

            • debra.b says:

P.S. Not forgetting that CDC is at the root of sowing the seeds of confusion for the msm to dispense. Once the initial information springs out of Pandora’s box it takes on an evil life of its own. And, the masses get swept away in it like a tornado. There’s no reaching them. Once the tornado dies down, possibly. But, there’s still much damage to contend with first.

        • mkey says:

The reason added by flammable is one I haven’t heard yet and is particularly insidious.

The usual reasoning I hear is that everyone who can be vaccinated has to be vaccinated to protect those who can not (due to health considerations). Both of these reasons rest on the “what if/could happen” canard. It could happen and therefore we must take every risk to maybe prevent something that might happen from actually happening and having possibly some effect on someone.

Just try to imagine a top billed thriller or horror movie that tried to envision this line of thinking. For 90 minutes you would have people locked in a house stressing over a mass murderer who most probably isn’t there wile people outside go out and about their business.

This is an incredibly poisonous way of thinking that allows further bastardization of the concept of personal responsibility as motivation, decisions and actions take the back seat to “what if/could be”. In the world of what ifs and could bes everyone is a potential murdered and therefore guilty and therefore has to atone at any cost to their personal wealth or health. Or that of their families and especially those whom rely on the protection and wisdom of their guardianship, in which they trust blindly.

One of the very basic principles of the germ theory is that there are billions/trillions/whatever of viruses/viral strains. How can we expect then that a vaccine, which is typically built to counter one strain (assuming it worked), can do much to put a dent in the world of threatening viruses?

Further, if there are untold number of viruses, how could we ever be certain that a virus is “new”? New as in “brand new, unused, unopened item; where possible, provided in original packaging”. If we can’t be certain that a certain strain is new, how can we justify the concept of the patient zero? How can we justify contact tracing? How can we justify the irrational fear of the new? All of these premises have their foundation on the concept of a “new strain”. Without it, everything falls apart.

Further, the theory tells us the virus mutates quickly. How do we then expect the alleged 18 months it takes to develop a vaccine will be able to even make a dent? How many times will this alleged virus mutate in the given time frame?

I understand I’m posing a lot of questions here, but a common denominator answer can be applied: bullshit.

There are now test-runs by a german company called curevac, both in germoney and belgium. This goes to the site: http://www.curevac.com/
..mRNA, crisper, B&MG-foundation, all that. I do not hear much about making vaccination mandatory yet. Then again, there is no functional government yet neither.
There still is this shadow-government atm. But whether this gov or the new one they are supposedly discussing now, i expect it will be a mandatory vaccine this one. They have been ramping up the use of vaccines enormously, just like any other place.

I notice people do not fully comply to the rules any longer, despite risking a fine of 250euro. Eventhough mandatory on public transport, i see people unmasked in stations and on trains now. This was not the case a month or 2 ago. I see no increased control yet though, you can basically jump the train for free and risk it.

Went on a doctors appointment in the hospital few days back. Wearing the mask. Also there i saw a few people who didn’t have mask on, they may have been exceptions because of respiratory situation, don’t know. When it finally was my turn and i enter his office, the doctor says: ” you can take that mask off if you want to, i have no problem with that”.. Yah..
A friend’s doctor said: “they should all sue them” when asked what he thought about lock-down and corona-politics. Why do these doctors and many of their colleges i am sure, do not speak out? Or maybe they do form a pressure on the current law-makers, who have certainly threathened the public if they didn’t stick to the rules.

The number they give us, of infected and deaths is declining since a while now. The number of infected youngsters is increasing, but that is what happens when one increases the tests on a young population i guess? Hah.

    In a nutshell.

    Enjoy that Sun!

Here in California the Department of Public Health (CDPH) was notified about a suspected measles case connected with the Disneyland outbreak on January 5, 2015. Vaccinate California was formed on February 3rd, events leading to California Senate Bill 277 can be seen at https://vaccinatecalifornia.org/history/. Vaccines were given in school as long as my mother remembers and they sure made it sound mandatory since at least 1980. through SB 277 they made sure children could not be admitted to public or private elementary or secondary school, child care center, day nursery, nursery school, family day care home, or development centers without proof of immunization and eliminated the exemption previously possible of personal beliefs. they included 10 vaccines (1) Diphtheria, (2) Hepatitis B., (3) Haemophilus influenzae type b., (4) Measles., (5) Mumps., (6) Pertussis (whooping cough)., (7) Poliomyelitis., (8) Rubella., (9) Tetanus., and (10) Varicella (chickenpox). and added (11) “Any other disease deemed appropriate by the department, taking into consideration the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.” Medical exemptions were apparently being bought by truly concerned parents so of course that must be stopped. Sept. 9th, 2019 California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed bills Monday to crack down on doctors who write fraudulent medical exemptions for school children’s vaccinations the article doesn’t mention what bills. Dec. 30, 2019 Under SB-276 “California’s Department of Public Health will make the final call on which children are granted exemptions, closing a vaccination loophole” so a doctor who actually sees the child is obviously doing it for financial gain and the Department of Health who knows better will VOID that out. Apparently child vaccinations have decreased by 40% during the pandemic and ohh noo were going to overrun the hospitals with other diseases! Anyway I’ll keep an eye out, were pretty well set to insure 80-90+ percent of our kids at least could be forced to get the Covid vaccine. My sister works for a school district and if they going to start mandating adult vaccines it will likely start there with school staff.

Any previous knowledge I have has been gained in passing through my brother, whom is very well informed. However, I did not give enough mind to it, nor to my brother’s feelings toward it at the time. Rather going off in other directions and leaving the issue aside ignorantly thinking it would keep. I’m very angry at myself for this. I’ve apologized to my brother for being inconsiderate and not taking the time to offer better understanding. My brother and I are very close. He’s my best friend. 28. matteo says:

Dear James, You have been asking about the measures or laws re vaccination in various countries (of your viewers/listeners). I’d like to inform you and everyone about this little country Switzerland (8 Mio inhabitants) which is the homebase or second main branch for many if not most GO’s and NGO’s incl. the World Economic Forum, the WHO, the UN, the Club of Rome, the IMF and probably thousands more. It is also home base of some of the largest pharmaceutical conglomerates in the world. So this might be of interest despite the small population size. This is the typical ‘doublethink’-style of reporting q&a, translated from German:
    Part 1
Report on Swiss Internet Platform ‘Watson’ (part of CH-Media, a large Swiss news and media company) from July 2, 2020:

WhatsApp messages warn of Corona “vaccination compulsion” – What you need to know

There are messages on WhatsApp that warn of a “vaccination compulsion”. Can the Federal Council really force the Swiss population to be vaccinated? 6 things you need to know about it now.

“PLEASE SHARE URGENTLY! The compulsory vaccination is now to be enshrined in law” – so says a WhatsApp message, which is currently spreading like wildfire. We answer the most important questions:
Can the Confederation really decide on an obligation to vaccinate?

The legal basis for this already exists. According to the Epidemics Act (Art. 6, Para. 2d), which was approved by the people in 2013, the Federal Council can declare vaccination compulsory in a special situation. However, the law limits this obligation to “vulnerable population groups, particularly exposed persons and persons carrying out certain activities”. This refers, for example, to healthcare professionals or particularly vulnerable population groups such as children or elderly people.

In an explanatory report published by the Federal Office of Justice on 19 June, however, this restriction is no longer mentioned. It only states that vaccinations can be declared compulsory as a measure against coronavirus.

Can the federal government therefore also decide on an obligation to vaccinate the entire population? “Yes and no”, says Law Professor Lorenz Langer from the University of Zurich. “Although the Epidemics Act provides for an obligation to vaccinate only for endangered population groups or for certain activities, there is still considerable scope for action.”

On request, the Federal Office of Public Health states: “The explanatory report on the Covid Act only lists the powers of the Federal Council under Article 6 of the Epidemics Act. No more, no less.” In the special situation, the Federal Council has no authority to declare vaccinations to be compulsory for the entire population.

How sensitive is an obligatory vaccination?

Article 10 of the Federal Constitution protects the physical and mental freedom of every individual. Both torture and a simple cheek swab at the doctor’s are interventions in our physical integrity. Although vaccination is a relatively minor intervention, it does affect a fundamental right. However, a fundamental right is not absolute, which means that it may be restricted under certain circumstances.

  29. matteo says:

Part 2 of report re Switzerland (vaccination):
A legal basis is urgently needed for the associated restriction of fundamental rights. Article 6 of the Epidemics Act provides this. However, a restriction also requires a legitimate public interest and must be proportionate. The health of the entire population would be such a public interest.

“When it comes to proportionality, things already become a little more complicated,” says Professor Langer. “If, for example, wearing a mask helps just as much to contain an epidemic, then an obligation to vaccinate would not be proportionate.
Can the federal government really force me to be vaccinated?

“It is unthinkable in Switzerland to be physically forced to have a vaccination,” says Langer and adds: “The Epidemics Act itself does not provide for any sanctions for disregarding an obligation to vaccinate.
    What happens if you refuse?

Although the Epidemics Act does not list any sanctions, fines or criminal consequences cannot be completely ruled out, says Langer. “If the Federal Council were to impose an obligation to vaccinate, it could probably also impose fines for people who refuse to be vaccinated.”

People who work in the care sector would also have to expect consequences. “Here, according to case law, a dismissal by the employer would not be abusive if the employee refuses to be vaccinated despite the obligation to do so,” says Langer.
When might a Covid-19 vaccination be compulsory?

The Covid-19 law is currently in the consultation phase. Actors from politics and civil society have until 10 July to comment on it. Parliament will then discuss the law in the autumn session.
Was there ever an obligation to vaccinate in Switzerland?

In 1923 the federal government introduced compulsory vaccination against smallpox. Picture:

It would not be the first time that an obligation to vaccinate is in force in Switzerland. In 1923, the Confederation introduced compulsory vaccination in the fight against smallpox. Every child in Switzerland had to be vaccinated, otherwise they were not allowed to go to either a public or private school. Adults could also be forced to be vaccinated. Anyone who resisted could be fined up to 1000 Swiss francs or even imprisoned for up to six months.

In the cantons of Geneva and Neuchâtel, diphtheria vaccination is still compulsory for children, but the compulsory vaccination is no longer enforced by either canton.

How are the different cantons handling the Covid crisis (lockdowns, masks, general mood, etc.)? I assume the French side is a lost cause, but what about the rest of the country?

      • matteo says:

        Hey Alchemist,
Lugano and the whole of Ticino is a very special and beautiful place to live – if you have money, gold, real estate or land or all of it :-). At this time however it is really difficult to give any advice for immigration plans and search for a refuge or happiness – I guess that goes for most of the world – because it is unclear where all ‘this’ (whatever your focus might be from plandemic, propaganda to social re-engineering and the big reset) is really leading to. After a soft lockdown that was seen as almost heaven by most other Europeans that were lucky enough to be or come to Switzerland at the right moment we are now ‘following’ the 2nd wave propaganda. The narrative has changed from ‘flattening the curve’ to something that is still not really explained or explainable but maybe sounds like ‘testing all people and as long as there are Covid-19 positive results you now will have to do social distancing and now also wear masks’. So the wearing of facemasks now has just become compulsory nationwide, this time not only at the hairdresser or the massage therapist but in all public transport. Starting this week the regulation goes like this: Passengers in public transport vehicles such as trains and trams, Buses, ships and cable cars must wear a face mask. Exceptions to this rule are:
        a. Children before their 12th birthday;
        b. Persons who for special reasons, especially medical reasons, are not be able to wear face masks

All in all the massive propaganda by the government and media has resulted – of course just a personal wild guess – in about 95 % of people being brainwashed. I don’t see anymore much difference between regions but of course there might be some typical differences between countryside and the urban areas but not much. All of this with the background of a medium or typical mortality curve over the first half of the year. So there is no excess mortality AT ALL, hospitals have mostly been empty (there has been a massive loss in income of hospitals that has been just recently communicated because they lost most ‘business’ over months). So like everywhere else it is just hype, but after months of one sided propaganda almost all people now have started to believe it…. The general mood in all of this is – alarming to me – something like ‘going back to normal’ which now means accepting basically everything that is coming from the government and media. There is absolutely no dissent visible or critical discussion anywhere (much less than in the US), except stories like about some younger guy who – despite having been identified and registered as a covid-19 positive case – went to a club and now almost 300 people have to be quarantined because of him and mass media writes about how anti social this guy is etc. …

Thanks for sharing. The scenery, weather, cost of living, etc. in Ticino is similar to where I live in the Bay Area, so in those ways it would feel like home, but Swiss culture is more family-oriented, which is great, and it seems the political system hasn’t been completely compromised yet. Maybe you don’t see much dissent because the Swiss are generally more trusting of their government? US politicians don’t do a very good job hiding their allegiance to big corporations, so Americans are right to distrust. But the system has been this way for so long, that most accept it… they simply can’t imagine it any other way.

You’re welcome. His target audience is different than James, but he puts in as much effort. I like the way he keeps hammering away at the basics. Of course, with the youboob crowd, you have to#

        • debra.b says:

Yep, different audience. But, I agree about the efforts. I’ll tell ya though, there was some flashlight he endorsed in one of the videos. Might be the one I linked. But. I totally wanted to buy it. We like flashlights in this family. Too much history to explain it, but we do. My mom gave little flashlights to all the grandkids just this past Christmas. 🙂

          • I Shot Santa says:

If you like flashlights, I found one a few years ago by oolong. It was on the side of the road. They use the rechargeable batteries used by vape mods. Small, but powerful. Looked them up one day and there about 70 bucks! The size of a mag light, but indestructible. Worth it, though I don’t really use it much. In the woods, I usually go to bed when the sun sets.

            • debra.b says:

Wow! You found it on the side of the road. Lucky. I’m sure you’ll have more of a use for it at some point. I have my Dad’s Mini Maglite with his holster. We have a larger size one as well. And, a few rayovac industrial grades. One of ‘em is latern size. Lol sounds nutty huh? Well, see we also have half a basement full of my Dad’s tools and supplies. He kept every tool he ever owned. So, that’s going back to like 1968. Most of it is in good working order. Some were specific to his HVAC trade, so we’re not sure what they’re for exactly. I poke around in the stuff all the time. I opened a buck knife to see if the blade was still sharp. It was. It’s like new. Trouble is I couldn’t close it back down. My hands are weak. So, I put it in my closet to be safe. Don’t want anyone coming across it. I may not have a gun, but I got a mighty sharp knife and my Dad’s tools. Just sayin’ .

              • I Shot Santa says:

Buck knives are always hard to close. Found one of those too. It’s the redneck Cadillac of knives.

Friend of mine lives on St. John’s island. Said military there last night and they wanted trouble. Doesn’t know if they got it yet. Am worried for her. Our time is fast approaching. We shall be victorious.

                Debra,
                Buck Knives
Sometimes there is a “lock” which keeps the blade out.
It is to ensure that the blade won’t fold in while using it. That is an important safety feature.
I still have a finger scar from the 5th grade while playing with a non-locking cubscout knife.

Check to see if there is a thin strip of metal which acts as a ‘spring’. It might be hiding within the recessed hollow where the blade fits. If that’s the case, use your thumbnail to bring the metal strip against the inner side while closing the blade.

Other folding knives have a latch, a button or a folding flim at the top in order to lock the blade outward.

I have more than 4 dozen assorted knives lying around…from switch-blades to Bowie Knives to German made to pen knives to throwing knives to old Civil War era. My grandson got another 3 dozen or more from me over the years as I cleared out some of my crap.

But I won’t get in a knife fight with Jim Bob. He said his knife was bigger than mine.

I might intimidate some of the neighbors when they see me out front gardening while using a massive Bowie Knife. I pretty well ruined the thing, but it ain’t no good not being used. It is fun to throw into the ground.

Years ago, my 10 year old son smuggled a switchblade across the border from Mexico.

HRS, it’s got a button and I tried it the other day, but I couldn’t get it. But, today…got it!! Button and blade together seems to be the trick. Guessing my hands are steadier and stronger today. Some days I am weaker. You got me to give it another try though! Cuz, really, that blade is sharp. And, even now my hand is cramped. Phew!! 1000x thank you, HRS! You made me laugh with the knife fight bit 😂 I keep laughing when I think of it.

And, mkey chimes in with the Dundee clip “just kids having fun.” Too much. 🤣 I think all you guys got me to steady my hand, seriously though.

Hi James. On 4th of July 2020 Slovenian (Republic of Slovenia) Prime minister Janez Jansa (yanez yansha) twitted this message (https://twitter.com/JJansaSDS/status/1279349831484538880)(translation is predom. mine)

Until an effective drug and / or vaccine against # COVID19 is available, the world and We altogether have only two options for action:
    1. drastically stopping public life, closing borders, limiting contacts, depression …
    2. mandatory use of the mobile application for movement-control in public

Below he retwitted a twitt from the Slovenian Government twitter where some of the current “covid numbers” in Slovenia are mentioned:

    – number of testings: 1456
    – positive results: 30
    – hospitalizations: 6
    – number of patients in intensive care: 0
    – daily dismissed from the hospitals: 4
    – deaths: 0

It is self-evidently ridiculous and crazy enough to demand “mandatory use of the mobile application for movement-control in public”, and even more crazier to demand use of such application for EVERYONE. That is what is really at stake here.

    Bye. Miro
ps..Best wishes to you, to James Evan Pilato and to every nonconformist soul around.

    • mkey says:

If Monsanto “OWNS” genetically modified seeds, WHO (no pun intended) “OWNS” genetically modified HUMANS??

Where does this neural link come from?:

    1. This story describes what is, for now just a small roadblock…..it’s obvious that science has already accomplished gene mutations in animals: http://archive.is/zs0oh (CRISPR Gene Editing in Human Embryos Wreaks Chromosome Mayhem)

    2. It’s already established that MONSANTO “OWNS” their own genetically modified seeds, right?

    https://genomemedicine.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/gm431

“The scope and eligibility of patents for genetic sequences have been debated for decades, but a critical case regarding gene patents (Association of Molecular Pathologists v. Myriad Genetics) is now reaching the US Supreme Court. Recent court rulings have supported the assertion that such patents can provide intellectual property rights on sequences as small as 15 nucleotides (15mers), but an analysis of all current US patent claims and the human genome presented here shows that 15mer sequences from all human genes match at least one other gene.”

Controversial U.S. bill would lift Supreme Court ban on patenting human genes

    By Kelly ServickJun. 4, 2019 , 10:50 AM

“*Update, 5 June, 11:30 a.m.: In the first of three patent reform hearings, Senators Coons and Tillis said they didn’t intend to upend all restrictions on patenting human genes or other basic research discoveries. “Our proposal would not change the law to allow a company to patent a gene as it exists in the human body,” Coons said in his opening statement. “We do not intend to overrule that holding of the 2013 Myriad decision.”

But the witnesses at the hearing had different interpretations of the bill’s text. The intent to preserve Myriad is “inconsistent with the legislative text that’s been put forward,” said patent policy researcher Charles Duan of the R Street Institute in Washington, D.C., in his testimony. The proposed language could make it possible to patent many kinds of “pure scientific research,” he said. “I don’t think that’s the intent, but … that’s what the language does.”

It seems to me that most of the controversy I can find revolves around “natural” human genes..NOT genetically modified ones.

In other words…maybe the courts and the congress don’t want anyone “owning” natural human genes, but do they object to ownership of “modified” genes?

I’m not going to say that I’ve done all the research to define the facts here…just raising the questions, but it raises an important point:

    4. If “creators” of MODIFIED genes “OWN” the rights to organisms that contain them, why would that principle NOT apply to HUMANS?

[SNIP – Please keep comments to 500 words or less. Longer comments can be split into multiple posts. -JC]

  39. Indiana enacted HB1143, which prohibits employers from making chip implants mandatory as a condition of employment, a condition of employment in a particular position, or as a condition to receive additional pay or benefits, except—and this is a big, ugly exception—to comply with a court order directing the employee or prospective employee to get chipped.

No language in the bill re: whether employers will be able to petition the court for an order that meets the exception, but seriously—WTF, Indiana?!

  40. holmesmd2 says:

WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON HERE? (continued)

ARE WE LOOKING AT A NEW FORM OF SLAVERY? (II of II)

    4. If “creators” of MODIFIED genes “OWN” the rights to organisms that contain them, why would that principle NOT apply to HUMANS?

IN OTHER WORDS: If a person, corporation or psychopath can successfully inject their “owned” genetic material into a human, Does that mean that

GENETICALLY MODIFIED HUMANS ARE OWNED BY THEIR “CREATORS”?

    5. If #4 is correct….What does that mean? What does “owning” a human being mean? Everything I know tells me that

Ownership of a Human Being is defined as SLAVERY. (right?)

    6. IS IT POSSIBLE that if any of this reasoning can be reasonably argued, then is is possible that “ownership” of modified Genes could represent the bridge between the goals of ANTIFA and BLACK LIVES MATTER goals and those who would protest and resist those companies that would own the basis of our foodstocks?

Could Anti-Bayer/Monsanto activists join hands, hearts and efforts with Black Lives Matter groups in an effort to defeat slavery TODAY…not just the memory of slavery from Decades ago?

Could this help steer these movements into a more united, more productive direction?

These are just thoughts and questions. Again, I apologize if this line of reasoning/ questions have been hashed out before.

One final note: in all the flack I personally received as a leader (board member) of a local Tea Party organization years ago, NOTHING compared to when I called a meeting to help UNITE the Tea Party groups with the 99% / Occupy Wall Street crowd.

Our STATED GOALS were at least 75% in agreement with the 99%, but the media portrayed them as polar opposites, and the infiltrators inside the TP group I was part of went completely Bat S*** CRAZY when I tried to pull that one off, LOL!

That union likely would have completely revamped the US political system, IMHO. That’s why both 99% and the TP had to be destroyed.

    I said just one more…sorry….

Who else would jump on the bandwagon if we could get it rolling?

Maybe anyone who opposes forced alteration of the human genome in LIVING HUMANS:

    Anti 5G groups?
    Anti Vaccine groups?

    Who Else? I’m not sure.

I’m not sure if my logic is flawed. Someone, everyone, help me out here.

    Thanks, Peace, Out.

Law is a bitch, it goes with best customer. I’m not interested about bitches.
Outright slavery is very ugly, so they will provide nice looking package. Genetic enhancements for humans will be expensive, therefore just for the rich. For the poor they will provide credit lines, something like student loans. Or maybe, a voluntary contract that will give them a certain share in person’s income.
Btw, aren’t student loans as they are in fact a kind of slavery (90% slave, 10%free).

“Could Anti-Bayer/Monsanto activists join hands, hearts and efforts with Black Lives Matter…”

“Our STATED GOALS were at least 75% in agreement with the 99%, but the media portrayed them as polar opposites….”

People nowadays hardly see outside their own small field of interest, hence it would be very hard to form some unified position, some overarching goal. Just summing this movements, without some glue, won’t work.
I’m amazed how people on both sides of divide are incapable to realize that both are right about some things. We are wired differently and we emphasize different values. But most of these values are not mutually exclusive. People are led to believe they are.

A big obstacle is also decades of barneysenism that produced people of structure Super-Id, Ego-Consumerist, with at best case atrophied Super-Ego.

Let me propose a solution that sounds extremely naive:
      Anti-Lying Coalition

      • holmesmd2 says:

        mik,

Thanks for the time and attention to reply. You’re right, and nothing likely to actually unite those divided is simple or easy. Your Coalition is a great “naive” idea, LOL! Maybe we can contact the folks at the BM Gates Foundation who run the Death Panel appointments to put a “reasonable” board together….who knows, maybe we can even get a few tens of milllion$?

Did you see the first post I of II?

Yeah, there’s nothing to get ’em out of the woodwork than to propose reasons why we should remain friends. The only other thing that worked like that was when we got the AG of Louisiana to get an opinion on an illegal tax after all the “bitches”in all the agencies told us to go f ourselves, and “you’ll have to sue us” if you want to do anything.

Fact is they’re lucky they didn’t go to the small boxes for RICO tax fraud, which is exactly what I told them. (Subtly is not my shining attribute.)

At the end of the day, a miracle happened: the AG actually penned an opinion that basically copy / pasted our argument that we put in the local paper the night before the election as to why the bus tax was illegal, and that was AFTER they went ahead and passed it. The state assessor “bitch” told us that their legal opinion wasn’t public record b/c it was just an election, not a law yet. That’s a crock of Bovine Feces.

        https://web.archive.org/web/20121014024639/https://thehayride.com/2012/05/attorney-generals-office-trashes-cats-tax-on-constitutional-grounds/

(Its amazing that almost EVERY reference to this has been erased from the net….confirmation of what JC says: Keep a copy offline and print it.)

Anyway the AG turned it over and gave back 30m$ to the taxpayers and for the time, stopped the gang from destroying the Homestead Exemption in the state. That was nothing but a question after question after question campaign….all we had to do was ask the right questions to the right people and not give up.

Yes, call me naive, I am, and stubborn….and a conspiracy theorist, which is a compliment, LOL.

Did you consider unwilling genetic modifications? You’re right about the rich doing designer babies, etc, but the major though was that many new technologies are designed to alter us without consent.

If nothing else, as a naive neophyte, imho change comes with few on a team, not ranting crowds or burning buildings.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.

        Margaret Mead

        https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/margaret_mead_100502

When the AG announced they were reviewing the tax AFTER IT ALREADY PASSED, you wouldn’t believe how many “helpers” came out of the woods….we had to design a test just to keep ’em busy while we waited for the decision….only 1/20 was sincere, if you can believe that

BTW, only two of us were involved in that effort, more would have been redundant and maybe dangerous.
