“why is the world loosing its mind?” because they got the guns. Lots of people here in central east coast Aus. would be happy to disobey the quarantine, but have to negotiate $1000 to $10,000 fines or imprisonment, just for f’ckin hangin around? There are plenty of protestor personas living here, a few walk tall, but most are sitting tight, seemingly for nothing? ,,true, we may well have lost our minds.

    • 9tH says:

In belgium, around 36.000 fines have been written out since the beginning of the lock-down, ranging from 250euro to 750euro. Taking the minimum here, 250, that would be around.. 9.000.000euro. We’re in lockdown since 4th of April.

The A. movement here has seemingly now largely fallen for the coughit-19 scam, shaming many who speak out against the isolation or distancing rules. It is easy to use ‘lack of solidarity’ to nail comrades to the wall of shame, since many A’s do have a good sense of compassion or altruism and that is what tptb presses upon.
The official numbers of deaths here is high, but it is one of the most densely populated regions of europe and pollution is relatively high..

What struck me the most listening to this interview, early this morning, as I’m about to dive into the hamster wheel, was when Ms. Cedarstrom opined in a faint sigh, something to the effect of:

“well…is there really anything left to say?”…followed by a rather sad chuckle…

And THAT is exactly how I feel with my entourage, European and state-side, at the moment. Now even students, as we’re in the eye of a storm, seem paradoxically much Less open to entertaining alternative visions of current events. The ones who try start looking terrified. Others start getting perceptibly angry and totally hermetic. and yet I really do try to present it as light-heartedly, even cheerfully as possible, in the vein of “so what fabulous new world are we gonna build??”

Anyhow, I’m just about at the point where I feel I’ve nothing left to lose though my mind tells me otherwise; like my childrens’ future for example…

so I’ll just keep using Corbett material and other supports linked therein under the pretext of teaching English. Against the sage advice of my own family, of course. BONSAI!!

    sigh. chuckle.

    • lizzie says:

Good plan. Your students will be very articulate.
I shared Letter to the Future on FB, I never really post but thought if at least one more person understands the gravity of the situation then good oh!
Melody sounded sad, like it was too hard to talk about.

  3. Alchemist says:

Well… I’ve never cried during a podcast before, but then she read the letter aloud. Straight into the heart. Please don’t give up, people! It’s not over yet. Like she said, we were made for this. I feel that way, too, and I’m sure many of you can relate. Let’s lift each other up and find a way to get through this. Our action or inaction determines the reality for generations to come. God help us.

    James, thank you.

    • Fawlty Towers says:

James was able to get his message across in this interview, loud and clear and so articulately. Well done James!

“Well… I’ve never cried during a podcast before, but then she read the letter aloud. Straight into the heart. Please don’t give up, people!”

I don’t know if you detected it, but James himself was on the verge of tears a couple of times as well. A message straight from the heart.

He is so passionate about this because he knows all the marbles are on the table and there’s no turning back.

      It’s do or die.

RFK Jr. has been dropping real bombshells on this mega-hoax since a January 31st interview by Melissa Chen on Rick Sanchez’a news show on RT. It is only 12 minutes but the article at this link has far bigger bombshells in a 150 minute podcast.

  5. Nick says:

From 15 mins on i think is so pertinent. We know (unless i’m misinformed) that there are leader type and follower types of personality. Whether this can be shown to be pseudo science or not im not sure, but if it is not, then what do we do about the majority’s propensity to follow? We can imagine a very strong and clear evolutionary imperative for this and maybe its just that the psychopaths in society concluded long ago that controlling the followers is where the power is. Its even worse these days when on top of that inherent character type, tech and science in every area of life is so impossibly complex that its almost irresistible to turn to the ‘experts’ in times of crisis. Not many answers from me im afraid on how the hell we turn this thing around.

    • lizzie says:

That’s well put, it’s ever so apparent these days that it’s easier to go along to get along. I’m an organic veg farmer and brace yourself for a simile of a life time 😲
If I say I can get you a box of veg, the reaction is usually like yeah maybe and usually comes to nothing. But every time I walk down the street with a freshly picked box, colours and freshness radiating, it turns heads, people are ogling and asking questions. So like the veg, seeing a community that is building, eating, living, buying & selling together, thriving will make people stop to ask, what’s this?

  6. schmitt says:

Thank you, James, for insisting that people act themselves where they are. We believe in distributive power–Citizenship–well, guess what, “Batter up!” The ballgame has started. We do not have time for questions like, “Do we have a chance?”

  7. UseLogic says:

    Pushback

I believe we all know that the virus hysteria is just cover for a power and money grab by the usual suspects. The lock down technique discovered during the Boston bombing has now been tested country wide with much success using immediately invented executive orders (aka dictatorship). This new weapon against the population will continue to be used unless there is pushback, serious pushback. Unless the people dismantle the existing power structure it will be used to further restrict rights and impose an ever increasing tyranny.

All the major news and social media sites are controlled or in bed with the existing power structure. Without some form of organization, resistance might occur spontaneously as violence because no other avenue of expression is available. What’s needed is an awakening of the general population to their power of numbers centered around a set of demands to be implemented with no regard to current law.

“Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did, and it never will. Find out just what people will submit to, and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong, which will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either rods or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.” – Frederick Douglass

    Recent History
The false flag attack that was 911 produced numerous new laws and restrictions on rights that have never been rolled back. That should have given everyone early warning of what was to come.

The financial fiasco that occurred in 2008 saw major corporations, especially banks and other financial institutions, bailed out with the average citizen liable for the funds. The people that caused the problem not only didn’t get chastised in any way, they got rewarded and allowed to grow their scam even bigger thanks to our representatives that are fully bought and paid for whores for the oligarchy.

Currently, we are having a repeat of the 2008 payoffs to mostly the same miscreants that never learned any lessons but one – do it again because there’s no down side and huge up side. This is probably their last hurrah as they’ll leave the carcass the the rotting economy behind because they know this scam can’t go on forever.

At the current rate and with the current Fed Gov, the looting of the USA is in process and the manufactured virus pandemic was and is being used to stifle resistance. TPTsB obviously want to keep looting with no opposition so the aim is to keep blatantly illegal lock down orders active for as long as necessary to distribute the loot and to create as many failed small business enterprises as possible to be bought up with free currency from the Treasury/Federal Reserve.

All our federal elected representatives, the president and supreme court justices are enabling the looting and actively thwarting any opposition. They are an integral part of the problem. All the federal agencies are complicit with this on going heist and can’t be trusted whatsoever.

    QUESTIONS FOR CORBETT

I don’t subscribe to any specific political ideology, but I’m intrigued by voluntaryism and curious about the philosophy on defense. When under attack, how do voluntarists step up to protect their communities?

The ONE thing they can’t stand is the light of truth. If ENOUGH people knew the truth this would END. I have a marketing background. I know how this could be done through emails and short videos. Relatively inexpensively. I don’t charge any money. I don’t sell anything . . .

The 20th of April passed and I had completely forgot it was Hitlers Birthday!

After all these years the guy has finally been vindicated. Pretty much the whole world has admitted he was right and have adopted his policies.

Particularly the policy that people have to forgo freedom in order to stop the spread of disease…

Really, really hard to choose but this little pontificated tidbit stood out somewhat:

“…We have 10 years left to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 50 per cent and increase the resilience of our societies to the effects of climate change…” with no other qualifications, substantiations etc.

or else what?? According to whom?? by what stats??

good grief… this article would seem to indicate that the Irish really are extremely fond of green…

  12. ultraali says:

“Isn’t it human to be led?”

Yes and No. It seems like there aught to be a healthy balance between Self-Governance and Collective-Governance.

Fundamentally, everyone is their own leader.

However, we as social animals tend to share some of our responsibility with capable people whom we can trust.

Of course, both the Government and the Governed Individual evolve with each other’s influence.

There seems to always be a tug-of-war between the two.

I think that things can only work well for both if neither becomes complicit.

  13. cu.h.j says:

I work as a nurse and just found out I am “temporarily” laid off due to a decrease in hospital volume, but the MSM portrays this as a deadly pandemic. More and more people even those who thought they would be okay financially will lose everything. This is robbery and enslavement of humanity.
