  1. mkey says:

Decentralized internet is going to mix things up in ways these pathetic bureaucrats can’t even fathom.

Hopefully, examples such as these are going to make even more evident that the process of lawmaking is highly deficient and should not be relied upon.

  2. manbearpig says:

Exquisite English concision. Crystal clear. Copyright law; Gouging the Achilles heel of the Free and Open Internet…

  3. HomeRemedySupply says:

    Corbett interviews some great guests.
I gain tremendous insight from these different perspectives.

  4. Darko says:

They seem to be very scared . As James said before – they would not put in so much effort and funds in to propaganda if our opinions did not matter .

  5. jamila says:

If I understand the difference between Right and Privilege correctly 1. England does not allow Free Speech as a Right- Free Speech in England is a privilege 2. America allow Free Speech as a right 3. Americans are allowed Freedom of Press as a right not as a privilege, Americans are protected by that troublesome piece of paper called the Constitution. it is clear from this video that the EU Copyright Filters or anything like it if passed into law or becomes punishable across the board in the USA will be a violation of these two rights. All that will be needed is Americans to CHALLANGE it in American Courts. In other words Google. Facebook, YouTube, John and Joes website has a right to filter us if they so please but Google, Facebook, YouTube, John and Joes website cannot be forced by law to do so by implementing a system that will take away it’s rights… but if we set quiet and “Follow the leaders and monsters” please people don’t cry about it… If I am confused in anyway please James help me understand better.
