New Mexico has its own unique characteristics, sometimes with an odd mix of characters.
I once lived in Carlsbad. My wife has lived in various towns of New Mexico.
My (ex)son-in-law is origianlly from Roswell. We are great friends and I have been buying cars from him for the past 20 years. He has told me some very interesting anecdotes. Although with a Hispanic last name, he has a lot of Apache blood. His Apache grandmother lived in the mountains on old family land and would tell of the days when Billy the Kid would camp on their land.
No wonder the “Breaking Bad” series takes place in New Mexico.
I’m sure Pilato finds a lot of contrast between Sante Fe and Oregon.
James, if you want to investigate the real viper’s nest in NM start asking around about the Catholic Church and it’s black magic agenda. Covertly, of course, we wouldn’t want you to end up missing. The old-timers know. The authorities have been involved/protecting them for decades, especially in Santa Fe.
The Club of Rome computer project is a good example of what we used to say about the accuracy of results: Garbage in, garbage out.
Is the black magic stuff western black magic or native american dark religious stuff like with the “saint Death” gangster cult? I never heard anything about it.
While my memory on it is cloudy because it was years ago, I remember my son-in-law telling me some stories about the “devil worship” and sacrifices going on with some of the locals in Roswell.
What is this business about?
HomeRemedy
The reason I was asking for clarification is that I dont know much about native american religious practices, but I’ve read a little (not a huge amount) about western occult stuff.
If its a ‘local’ thing with native religion grafted onto catholicism then its not really a “church” thing and is likely a “low class/grassroots” cult while if it was some kind of formalized satanism or crowlean barff then it would prob come from higher up educated folks with power and position and would then be a real ‘church’ scandal.
Hmn… sounds like some kinda marxist university thesis “The class distinctions of the religious practices of perverted sickos”
lol…. i think.
No, not associated with the tribes in any way. The tribes neither worship nor hold a satanic agenda. It’s the Catholic Church.
If the FBI is really destroying the site or allowing it to be destroyed I wonder if the case will die quietly once out of the spotlight as evidence is disbarred for being improperly handled?
Maybe the bailed guys will flee justice and the case will end up on a backburner forever…. judges being crazy doesn’t need to be part of a conspiracy though 🙂

Amid occult rituals and imminent apocalypse the following extract and article seemed somehow appropriate:
“The Wizard of Baca Grande
Daniel Wood
Globe and Mail
May, 1990
“…The sun is almost setting. Its light blazes above the mountains of distant New Mexico and sets the rabbit brush beyond the windows aflame…
…They have spurned the trendiness of Taos, New Mexico, or Arizona’s popular psychic centre, Sedona, where thousands arrive daily hoping to get their astrological charts read and to find their bliss…MacLain’s decided to build nearby a New Age study centre where people can take short, week-long courses on the occult…
…”What if a small group of these world leaders were to conclude that the principal risk to the earth comes from the actions of the rich counties? And if the world is to survive, those rich countries would have to sign an agreement reducing their impact on the environment. Will they do it?” And Strong, driving as I take notes, looks at me. Then his eyes go back to the Highway 17. The man who founded the United Nations Environment Program and who wrote parts of the Burndtland Report and who in 1992 will try to get the world’s leaders, meeting in Brazil, to sign just such an agreement, savors the questions hanging in the air. Will they do it? Will the rich countries agree to reduce their impact on the environment? Will they agree to save the earth?
Strong resumes his story. “The group’s conclusion is ‘no’. The rich countries won’t do it. They won’t change. So, in order to save the planet, the group decides: isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?”
“This group of world leaders,” he continues, “form a secret society to bring about an economic collapse. It’s February. They’re all at Davos. These aren’t terrorists. They’re world leaders. They have positioned themselves in the world’s commodity and stock markets. They’ve engineered, using their access to stock exchanges and computers and gold supplies, a panic. Then, they prevent the world’s stock markets from closing. They jam the gears. They hire mercenaries who hold the rest of the world leaders at Davos as hostages. The markets can’t close. The rich countries…” And Strong makes a light motion with his fingers as if he were flicking a cigarette butt out the window.
I sit there spellbound. This is not any storyteller talking. This is Maurice Strong. He knows these world leaders. He is, in fact, co-chairman of the council of the World Economic Forum. He sits at the fulcrum of power. He is in a position to do it.
“I probably shouldn’t be saying things like this,” he says…
…But it will come to the same conclusion: the global economy, sapped by credit and debt loads and environmental disasters, will simply come unstuck. And nothing – not even the inspiration of the Baca – can save humankind from itself…”

Yup. ‘Taos compound’ story totally wierd, obviously designed to reinforce a certain fanatical image of Muslims in the public’s imagination while igniting conflict about islamaphobia and perhaps even sexism as ostensibly irrational judge is a woman. Media serving up its usual ration of red herrings and juicy jihadi jibberish divide-and-conquer psyops… convenient incompetence, birth and death certificates and rotting babies…muslims sacrifice toddlers, you see, not Clinton campaign managers and pizza parlor patrons… bleh.
https://www.usnews.com/news/us/articles/2018-08-15/3-accused-of-abuse-at-new-mexico-compound-await-release
oh and of course polemic about guns and immigrants and and living outside society and all the rest…
I looked at the material linked to the club of Rome. Can’t say I find it shocking. These gentlemen express themselves rather diplomatically. They speak about consent (as opposed to coercion) and explicitly dismiss the idea of world government.
James do you honestly believe your ideal of Agorism could work at our current numbers?
If we take Dunbar’s number to be any indication of the largest number of people that could “self-govern” without any need for technological or political magic it seems we are way off the mark. Dunbar’s number is said to be around 150 individuals: so orders of magnitude below our current numbers.
I guess my comments make it clear I’m very skeptical. In fact, much of the “evil” that you report on in this blog (and thank you for that) seems to me to have its root cause in our large numbers rather than the individual malice of some “cabal” members.
How Class Works — by Richard Wolff
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euH3pAuLuko
What Wolff is saying, if I understood the man correctly, is that much of the current economical strife is due to people biting more than they can chew, that is trying to live outside of their class without having anything to back it up with, but with support of the system which wants them butt naked and begging for more.
pretty sure I heard this guy saying in a different video Uber is a scam and lauding the governments regulation and how it protects people from evil bussiness men…
His definition of class as being between those who “do the work” and those who “take the proffits” is typical marxist BS… class in a free and class mobile society is the difference between the inteligent, lucky and hard working VS the unlucky, dumber and lazier people.
The minority with the wealth are not nearly as settled and cemented in as say a fudal society (which is what the ‘Tecnocrats’ want) and the poorest people are able (though not likely) to rise to wealth and power. Rich people who MAKE THINGS AND INVEST IN PRODUCTION create more goods for people to have…it is the parasite financial class that suck and rent seek though TBH if people were not stupid enough to live beyond their means they would not be victimized so easily.
The way this guy talks about people homes AS IF they have a right for somone to give the land and others to build house for them to live in is a big red flag to me. Gis talk of social responsibilty is also BS… the prob is that the Gov protects the bankers from FISCAL PAIN for their bad actions.
The majority of workers in the US are not well educated or particularly productive… this is not EXACTLY their fault since the educatin system has been training them for jobs that are not there and also their parents have broughtthem up to expect a high standard of living with little risk or work.
The blame for the bankers not suffering loss is the governments but the fault of people taking more money then they can ever pay off IS THE PERSON WHO BORROWS THE MONEY… its like complainng that Mcdonalds made people fat by making food people liked more the salads.
The free market is not perfect but it works better the class warfare… right now their playing that card in South Africa (the upper classes are easy to spot there due to prior racism) and it will end in suffering and hunger and LESS WEALTH for the lower classes
Very interesting. A great injustice indeed. What is not discussed though: our societies would collapse without the consolidating effect of both class and credit.
Both mechanisms exist in order to consolidate resources and power and keep the pyramid sufficiently pyramidal so that it can fulfil its command and control function and break the inevitable game-theoretical deadlocks that we as “rational” (read: selfish and distrustful) actors get ourselves into.
Every time we take out fuel or groceries, every time we phone in a robbery or a violent offence our very lives depend on this system being in place.
Reducing our numbers significantly through voluntary exponential decay would ensure our children would not need to live with this injustice. I personally don’t know of anything else that will.
What exactly is ‘voluntary exponential decay’?
Would we really still be ensuring that ‘”our” children’ don’t “live with this injustice” or would it be an elite’s children with the means of promoting their Superior virtues? And at what additional price aside from the proposed “exponential decay”? (why are Walking Dead épisodes flashing before my eyes?)
Another alternative to drastically reducing our numbers might be to elevate individual awareness and create a context where we are not all “selfish and distrustful” and reliant on a corrupt and perverse system for managing “game theoretical deadlocks” in some rigged and partial manner that perpetuates a pyramidal structure of engineered scarcity and famine, ignorance, terror, enslavement, corruption, false flags, mass murder, considerable perversity and disgust for humanity.
A system that is fundamentally distrustful of humanity, such as one perhaps that would prone “voluntary exponential decay” and massive population reduction, will create distruful humans and perpetuate distrust of humanity. I suppose.
“deadlocks” are real and occasionally inevitable.
But from there to embracing “voluntary exponential decay” …decay?? Can’t be a real proposition…
But as usual, I’m sure I missed a chapter.
Voluntary exponential population decay equates to universal family planning. One or two children per couple should do it (sometimes three maybe to ensure the decay rate doesn’t become suicidal).
I said it is the only way i see to truly slay the dragon. I didn’t say it was easy.
That’s more or less exactly what I’m talking about.
Depending on how you look at it you might say such transcended individuals would reject exponential growth for the immoral and genocidal principle that it is. Or you might say that rejecting exponential growth is a prerequisite to transcendence.
Either way: I for one cannot imagine a transcended species that does not recognise the fact that withdrawing oneself from evolutionary containing pressures entails replacing these pressures with voluntary self-restraint.
Ok with voluntary self-restraint, but sorry, what is “the Dragon” and what exactly do you mean by “universal family planning?”
Nature has perhaps alleviated the problem of ‘exponential growth’, at least for the forseeable future.
May I refer you to a 2009 United Nations demographic report?
“…The process underlying global population ageing is known as the “demographic transitionâ€, a process whereby reductions in mortality, particularly at young ages, are followed by reductions in fertility…â€
http://www.un.org/esa/population/publications/WPA2009/WPA2009_WorkingPaper.pdf
Indeed, a myriad of factors that do not include externally/centrally/socially imposed population control have, according to the above linked UN Report, far from exponential growth, probably lead to an imminent demographic winter.
With “universal family planning” I meant family planning as a core cultural value adopted by the entire human species.
With “slaying the dragon” I was trying to refer to what you called:
And much besides, as far as I’m concerned (given that we are witnessing the largest loss of bio-diversity since the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event).
The rest of what you say is the antithesis of voluntary acceptance. In particular infertility is not the same as self-restraint.
What I mean to say is that this principle cannot be imposed by anyone nor can it happen by “accident”. It can only be either accepted or rejected by each individual as a result of their own moral imperative.
I suppose that if people are presented with a real opportunity to fulfill their aspirations and potential they will naturally “transcend” their animal tendencies which include wanton reproduction that doesn’t consider the quality of life of the children being born but rather answers an instinct of perpetuation of the species within a precarious survival context.
What you call at once “universal family planning” and “vountary exponential decay” is a concept that in my view takes remedial action in a backwards fashion.
Once humans begin to live in a context where their primary preoccupation and vital energies are not primarily devoted to fulfilling the lowest rung of Maslow’s hierarchy, but rather to exploring their interests, potential and the meaning of existence, then the challenge of creating a subjectively suitable number of human beings on the planet will take care of itself.
In other words, if first we start by ensuring the quality of life of the existing people then the concept of “Universal family planning/Voluntary exponential decay” will become an unnecessary and obsolete notion as each human will naturally have the time, energy and inclination to consider the well-being of his coming child. The problem of loss of bio-diversity, if it is indeed a problem, will also most likely be addressed naturally within such a humanistic context.
hamster wheel calling now…
funny, I was not given the opportunity to “edit” my comment.
so there it is in all its unrefined expression…
How about people simply realizing their potential and continue living their lives inside their means? Reproduction is not a problem in itself.
Reproduction is not a problem in itself.
Unchecked reproduction I believe is the root cause of most if not all the evil that plagues us.
In fact I fear our children cannot ever be expected to reach their full potential unless we solve this collective issue. Any parent that has had to initiate a child into the minutiae of the power structures here on earth instinctively knows this: it feels a bit like you’re killing something beautiful but you have to do it because the alternative is worse ðŸ™
Of course we can dream about an utopian Agoristic, peer-to-peer society. But such a thing can only be sustained within the limits of Dunbar’s number: something like a ‘gated community’. Our biology does not allow this to happen with 8 billion individuals on a single planet.
I believe you have bit the overpopulation myth hook, line and sinker.
Woku,
James Corbett has a wonderful Episode where he address the “Over-population Myth”. I need another cup of coffee to find it.
Try a search in Corbett’s Search Box.
Thanks for that HomeRemedySupply. I have re-listened that episode.
Wish I could accept the argument put forward by James.
Wish I could place my trust in the highest authority. Although I consider myself a spiritual person, I cannot find it in my heart to accept that we would be given commandments and not be expected to use our critical faculties to re-evaluate and/or re-interpret them in light of what is happening to us and to all other life that we share the planet with.
Note the slogan of the singularity university/movement/cult: “be (an) exponential”. That seems to be in line with said commandment. Yet not many spiritual people will be comfortable with the singularity movement’s uncritical acceptance of every transhumanist technology out there, without ever seriously asking the question whether it is good for us.
The clip below, for example, is what we “normally” do to pets and livestock, done to a SU speaker on bio-hacking, live on stage:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsQ1AAZHvB4
We should be aware that this is the ultimate consequence of accepting the idea that we can keep pace with exponential growth: we will have no choice but to embrace even the most de-humanizing technologies in order to scale our life-support systems in keeping pace with our numbers. And even then, it seems almost inevitable that one of those necessary innovations will, one day, arrive “late” and the whole house of cards comes crashing down.
In my view we should neither fall into the trap of reactionary thinking nor should we accept everything at face value. Rather we should proceed very carefully and pick and choose technologies that allow us a dignified way forward.
The elephant in the room, in my opinion, is the fact that de-population is potentially dangerous. That is why is has never seriously been tried. It could very quickly lead to an accumulation of genetic damage because we have withdrawn from evolutionary pressures: we would basically be inbreeding on a global scale.
Letting it come to war and using that as a selector is, no matter how cynical it sounds, “safer”.
There are things we might do about this, if we manage to pull together. However, as I said in another post: it won’t be easy.
Just a few reactions to and questions concerning your assertions, Woku:
“…we will have no choice but to embrace even the most de-humanizing technologies in order to scale our life-support systems in keeping pace with our numbers…”
But the dehumanizing technologies you cite are Not designed to “scale our life-support systems in keeping pace with our numbers…”. They’re designed to track and control people.
“…we should proceed very carefully and pick and choose technologies that allow us a dignified way forward…”
Technologies may not be what “allow us a dignified way forward…” Respect for Human life, Wisdom and greater consideration for ethical behavior may be however…
“…de-population … could very quickly lead to an accumulation of genetic damage because we have withdrawn from evolutionary pressures…”
De-population? Of what variety? Could you elaborate?
“…Letting it come to war and using that as a selector is, no matter how cynical it sounds, “safer ”
??!
You mean that rich people who control armies and considerable quantities of lethal weapons and whose children are rarely the targets of their instigated wars are most likely to be effective and “safer” “selectors” for minimizing the genetic damage resulting from deliberate “de-population”?
No offense, but this all sounds a little like what an algorithm could conceivably … come up with… yes, a bizarre version of Harry Potter comes to mind…
Responding to manbearpig 08/19/2018 at 12:15 am:
Well, these microchip implants are designed to increase efficiency so we can cram ever more people into buildings and have them share all sorts of facilities. After the implantation ceremony the speaker proceeded to visit a new “smart building†nearby which has less desks than occupants. The shared desks and workstations then respond to the microchip so you can sit down, do a bit of work, and then shove off quickly. There is also a gym which anticipates your route so you no longer need to manually adjust the seat height, this increases gym-throughput. It’s all a rather logical extrapolation of the efficiency measures applied in intensive livestock farms.
Much more direct examples of innovations that scale up our life support systems are found in agriculture. Genetically modified crops resistant to weed killer is one example. The “scraping†of phosphate from the ocean floor because we’re running out of the stuff is another. The list just goes on and on.
The point is that the exponential growth curve is rather tame in the beginning but then becomes unbelievably brutal rather quickly. To keep track with it requires an ever faster pace of innovation.
Recently this prompted the singularity movement that predicts the moment where these innovations will follow each other so quickly that they will basically be hours and then seconds and then microseconds apart.
That is complete hogwash of course: a singularity is not that at all, it just means a point where our predictive powers run out and we simply don’t know what is going to happen.
But don’t we really?
I think it is just common sense that there is no amount of technological or political innovation that can keep track with exponential growth: one way or the other, something’s gotta give.
I can assure you, by the way, I’m not an algorithm. But I guess that’s just the sort of thing an algorithm would say 😉
Continued response to manbearpig 08/19/2018 at 12:15 am:
I couldn’t agree more with the second part; I think it’s actually both. Technology in and of itself is neutral: it can be used for great good and for great evil. I do not believe there is a way forward without any form of technology.
De-population of any kind. Even maintaining our numbers stable from now on.
Just to be clear: I’m not actually “advertising” for war, quite the opposite. I was expressing my fear that, if we do nothing, this is how the coming “singularity” might be “resolved”: at our current level of technology, total war has the potential to be so devastating that we, as a species, might not even recover.
I don’t know exactly what you’re saying here. I think that there are plenty of “rich people” that are booking condo’s inside some deep underground bunkers right now. That would actually corroborate the impending war scenario: just people trying to plan ahead and stay alive.
Do you mean to say there is someone “behind” all this: some sinister cabal that is planning it all in great detail? We can in fact always make that assumption. But I think it’s not healthy to think that way. Better take responsibility for ourselves and take control of our own destiny.
Woku asks:
“…Do you mean to say there is someone “behind†all this: some sinister cabal that is planning it all in great detail? We can in fact always make that assumption. But I think it’s not healthy to think that way. Better take responsibility for ourselves and take control of our own destiny…”
Ohhhh!! Riiiight! I get it!! You mean
“Shut up Conspiracy Theorist!!”
We could follow the Money behind these wars to see who plans them, approves them, finances them, profits from them but
“Who cares?”
“…it’s not healthy to think that way. Better take responsibility for ourselves and take control of our own destiny…”
A Sinister Cabal? Behind the Gulf War for example? Allowing Pearl Harbor to occur and bringing the U.S. into WW2? Behind the JFK Assasination? Behind the Federal Reserve take over? Behind the Oklahoma Murrah building bombing and Terence Yeakey’s murder sorry suicide? Behind 9/11? A sinister cabal? Unhealthy to think so?
“It’s diverting people from serious issues, Even if it were true, which is extremely unlikely, Who Cares? I mean it doesn’t have any significance…”
right?
“Who knows and… uh… who cares?”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIOA8Cyc4_Y
Part of taking responsability for myself and for my own destiny is trying to understand if concerns about
“exponential growth” and “voluntary exponential decay”
are founded
and if wars are my personal responsability and in my interest and if I or my children must accept neural lace implanted in our brains to avoid being squooshed like ants by some alleged Artificial Intelligence or if that’s just convenient for the Rockefellers, Musks and Harris’ of this world.
Who cares?
Who cares if the environmental movement was founded by eugenicists with a stated, published plan, and who cares if in fact the population is aging and that underpopulation is what’s most likely around the corner for my great grandchildren by the corrupt, agenda-driven UN’s own admission and that Climate Change is not man-made and that WTC building 7 was a controlled demolition even if Noam Chomsky has no opinion about it? Who cares??
I do.
mbp, also known as Al Gore’s abomination, I commend you, sir.
On the panic surrounding “Exponential Growth”:
One provocative article posted on The Foundation of Economic Education website called “The Perennial Myth of Overpopulation” by Dr. Osterfeld, assistant professor of political science at Saint Joseph’s College asserts that:
“…The natural limits of what the earth can support are steadily receding, not advancing. Population growth is slowing while the supplies of food, resources, and even living space are increasing….
In short, although there are now more people in the world than ever before, by any meaningful measure the world is actually becoming relatively less populated…”
https://fee.org/articles/overpopulation-the-perennial-myth/
This Bill Gates funded researchers over at “Our World in Data” conclude that:
“…the population growth rate is falling and will likely continue to fall, leading to an end of population growth towards the end of this century…”
https://ourworldindata.org/world-population-growth
and offer a handy dandy video to better visualize the concept:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QsBT5EQt348
And even the AGW alarmists over at the Union of Concerned Scientists have admitted this year that:
“The World’s Population Hasn’t Grown Exponentially for at Least Half a Century”

mkey says:
08/18/2018 at 6:50 pm:
Just remember mbp: anger and denial are only the first stages of mourning.
Don’t egg him on mkey. It doesn’t become you.
I was angry for a long time too.
But we’re still here right? Being justifiably angry and/or understandably paranoid. Free to express ourselves and share our concerns for the world? It would follow then that the top of the pyramid cannot just be pure “evil”. Something more complicated seems to be going on.
I am familiar with the article you post. Its title is grossly misleading. Somewhat like the following ted talk, which makes a very important point (one that mbp has already touched upon with his remarks on Maslow’s hierarchy) yet also makes a few glaring omissions:
https://www.ted.com/talks/hans_rosling_on_global_population_growth
There are two main points to make about the article:
1) Population in the developing world is growing exponentially
2) The main factors slowing population growth are complacency and dropping standards of living not awareness and conscious, voluntary choice because we are not seeing that conversation happening in neither the alternative nor the mainstream media and/or social media.
The asymmetry between the west and the rest is in fact a direct cause of the migrant crisis. This could have been predicted by Hans Rosling. But he failed to mention that: a glaring omission.
I do agree with Hans Rosling that we should first allow people in developing nations to raise their standard of living.
But I think we should go further and start having a conversation about serious, voluntary family planning.
Basically put Mankind on a “diet”, until we reach a much more healthy “weight”. Meaning a population size that the planet can sustain without de-humanizing and predatory technology and without sickening political measures needed to manage our large numbers.
There are other things we would need to do. But at least this “possibility” gives some hope for a better future.
I’m not “egging” anyone on. I was simply commending the subscriber for their tenacity to keep on with this discussion. Everyone is free to entertain any points they wish to entertain, but I personally can not stomach an exchange with anyone defending eugenics, no matter how thick the veil of voluntarity it’s shrouded in.
Either way, I’m not even claiming you’re wrong, the fact is I don’t know. However, the nature of this situation is such that one of us must be 100% incorrect on this point and I’d rather be 100% wrong than to advocate eugenicists ideology while feigning interest in “higher causes”.
replying to mkey says:
08/19/2018 at 5:56 pm
Well, I stand corrected, I guess that makes two of us then.
I understand that. There have been and still are many taboos that Mankind must steer clear of. I believe there have always been very strong cultural “protections” in place to keep us from messing with stuff we’re not ready for.
Case in point is the fact that you accuse me of “eugenicists ideology” without first asking me what my position is exactly.
Well, in a world of universal deceit I don’t blame you for questioning my motives.
All I can say is that my insistence on voluntarity is, in fact, quite sincere. If I had to choose between collective demise or coerced eugenics I would pick collective demise. Every. Single. Time.
But I’m sick of the cognitive dissonance: a swarm of locusts is an “ecological disaster” but to our species it is no holds barred.
I think I understand why it has been like that, until now. It wasn’t just malice but necessity that required us to go-forth-and-multiply. But I’m convinced we’re ready for this to change.
Or perhaps I’d rephrase that: I think it would be good for us to seize the opportunities open to us and not linger too much longer at our current plane of consciousness.
Idly collected statistics with some connection to population growth…
-How Much Land on Earth is Inhabited?
“…According to the FAO Global Land Cover SHARE database, produced in 2014, 0.6% of Earth’s land surface is defined as ‘Artificial surfaces‘. Artificial surfaces include any areas that have an artificial cover as a result of human activities such as construction (cities, towns, transportation), extraction (open mines and quarries) or waste disposal.

Just came across this. Thought it offered an ironic perspective on the “Voluntary exponential population decay” subject:
“…In ironic twist China mulls replacing defunct 1-child limit with 1-child tax
Published time: 22 Aug, 2018 13:46
The controversial article comes amid a nationwide campaign to encourage people to have more children, with Beijing scrambling to reverse a rapidly ageing society, shrinking workforce and falling birth rate, creating a demographic time bomb…”

I remember now. No one explains it better than Mr Corbett himself.
I’ll try to stop ranting and raving now.
Damn, if that was ranting and raving, I’m impressed. You go, ninja MBP! (Egging on totally becomes lil’ ol’ me…it goes with my stages of denial and paranoia)
Hey Pearl!
I thought you might enjoy this article:
“…’Paramedic’ Ants Are the First to Rescue and Heal Their Wounded Comrades
…This behavior proved vital: 80 percent of experimentally injured ants died within 24 hours if kept by themselves. But if cared for by their nest-mates for even an hour, only a tenth died. Interestingly, 80 percent survived without treatment if placed in a sterile environment, so Frank believes infections are the main cause of death and this “licking†behavior may help prevent them…
…When no help was in sight, injured ants made a beeline for the nest. But when nest-mates were near, they stumbled and fell, appearing “more injured†as a way to attract aid…
(my son does this)
…Ants only did this if their injuries were not life-threatening…”

That’s damn interesting. We could learn a lot from these little critters.
That is so cool. Wonders never cease!

Kiddos..don’t I know it! Even my dog does it.
Let me be clear that I am a person who believes and more importantly can defend the veracity of the Bible and notes that the Lord’s first command to man, “be fruitful and multiplyâ€, was repeated but not repealed.
To my joy, I have one wife and NINE kids. It is call practicing what you preach.
Overpopulation is a myth. It is a mindset to limit “useless eatersâ€, of which I find none.
The Last Word on Overpopulation

War and planned obsolescence are the two main contributors to over resource usage (Something that the Environmental and overpopulation movements never talk about)

Certainly infertility is not synonymous with self-restraint.
Certainly over-production and over-exploitation of people, toxic substances and resources in combination with calculated under-distribution of staple products to “third-world” countries in need, suffering from a history of being pillaged, destroyed, polluted and politically sabotaged by colonialist and neo-colonialist “First world countries” has created the conditions for the dramatically decreased and decreasing fertility rates throughout both developped and developing countries.
Given these plummeting rates, I have trouble understanding how “voluntary exponential decay” would be necessary to offer “our children” a better future.
Indeed, the UN 2009 Report on Aging concludes that:
– “…Because fertility levels are unlikely to rise again to the high levels common in the past, population ageing is irreversible and the young populations that were common until recently are likely to become rare over the course of the twenty-first century…”
– …The reduction of fertility has been dramatic since 1950. At the world level, total fertility has dropped almost by half, from 4.9 children per woman in 1950-1955 to 2.6 in 2005-2010, and it is expected to keep on declining to reach 2.0 children per women in 2045-2050.
– …Fertility is well below replacement level in the more developed regions;
-…As a result of the sustained decline in fertility that occurred in developed countries during the twentieth century, total fertility in the more developed regions has dropped from an already low level of 2.8 children per woman in 1950-1955
to an extremely low level of 1.6 children per woman in 2005-2010. This level is well below that needed to ensure the replacement of generations (about 2.1 children per woman).
In fact, practically all developed countries are currently experiencing below-replacement fertility.
-…Fertility decline in the less developed regions started later and has proceeded faster…
-…From 1950-1955 to 2005-2010, total fertility in the developing world
dropped by over half from 6.0 to 2.7 children per woman…”
You recommend;
“…One or two children per couple should do it (sometimes three maybe to ensure the decay rate doesn’t become suicidal)…”
The UN study concludes that:
“…At the world level, total fertility … is expected to keep on declining to reach 2.0 children per women in 2045-2050…”
So, exponential decay unnecessary for near to middle future according to your estimation.
If one day we want the choice of having self-restraint and not imposed infertility we’d apparently best find ways of creating the conditions that favor fertility
which may be the same conditions that render any distant future recourse to “exponential decay” utterly obsolete.

No need to panic. No evidence has been destroyed.

11yr Old Hacked Election Results In Under 10 Minutes
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYzu4PUi3AI
In this video the latest findings at the defcon are discussed in a humorous fashion. One may be inclined to state outright that hacking a voting machine on voting day is not the same as hacking the same machine on defcon, however it’s patently obvious these machines are way too easy to defeat. Meaning, even if the voters don’t do it, it’s very easy for any site operator to change the election results in a very significant way.
It would be fun to stand around at an election sight, and show this video to the lines of people waiting to vote.
What would be really fun is to hack the machine right there and put an image of the Russian flag on the desktop.
One “Kyle Knitter” just spent 10 bucks on the JDS to plug James Corbett. I thought it worth of mention, even if I don’t see this interview happening.

Los Angeles Is First In US To Install Intrusive Subway Security – All Riders Will ‘Volunteer’
http://www.moonofalabama.org/2018/08/los-angeles-is-first-in-us-to-install-intrusive-subway-security-all-riders-will-volunteer.html
Signs will be posted at stations warning passengers they are subject to body scanner screening. The screening process is voluntary, Wiggins said, but customers who choose not to be screened won’t be able to ride on the subway.
So the big bad wolf (the USA) says everyvon vill go along vit da sanctions against Iran – OR ELSE.
Which in practical terms means business as usual for China, but in Europe (that has been as of late bullied about NATO expenditures, that always represented US political controls in Europe anyway – money well spent from the Empire’s perspective – and represents cash dropped in the EU’s general market), NO is NO, yaa.
Sounds like a lot of hoopla to me and a nice show to secure an under-the-table Sino-American “agreement” to ensure greater access (at less competitive prices?) to the Iranian oil market for China and Russia.
As Victoria Nuland once said: “Fuck the E.U.”
Funny, that was exactly my line of thinking concerning the rebuilding of Afghanistan:
