On a positive note regarding the Brain Technology…
Dr. Colin A. Ross (known for helping expose CIA mind control activities) has a patent…
Patent Approved for Eyebeam Detection Device

I am of the opinion that while “The Powers That Shouldn’t Be” work towards methods of manipulation, the “Folks Who Are Awake” work towards better conditions and more awareness.
There are many examples regarding the “Folks Who Are Awake”: organic food, no Fluoride nor vaccines nor GMO’s, natural remedies, alternative lifestyles, better health, monetary solutions, etc.
One aspect of the “Folks Who Are Awake” is that they seek more awareness along with cognitive/spiritual growth. They explore new frontiers. The “Folks Who Are Awake” tend to be extremely able even in ways which may not be physically visible.
We actually do hold a lot of power, despite what “The Powers That Shouldn’t Be” try to make us believe.
Have you ever had an intuition which proved out?
I believe that most of us have had experiences which are beyond mainstream.
One of my anecdotes…
In 1973, I was driving home for a visit from college in my Volkswagon Hippie Van playing the “Steppenwolf†8-track with “Born To Be Wild†after alternating from “Led Zepplinâ€. I had a sudden “intuition†just prior to climbing a hill on the highway. I thought “There could be a Highway Patrol over that hill.†I pulled over, put up my joint and cleaned things up donning my sunglasses to hide the bloodshot eyes. Then I went over the hill and sure enough got pulled over by the Texas Highway Patrol. I even told the officer that I had had the intuition. He said: “Well, you should had slowed down.” (I was too stoned to think that clearly.)

In other words…
While this may sound hokey, in a sense we are the Jedi of this era. Instead of a light sabre, it may be the pen or a podcast or a garden tool or BitChute or a blog or an alternative currency….
I can’t believe you left out memes! He floated like a butterfly and stung like a sledgehammer with that one! I feel so strange cheering on another homicidal maniac, but such are the times we live in.
ummmm, if you didn’t slow down HRS, don’t you think you simply experienced what’s known as a ‘self-fulfilling prophecy’? Or did I miss an episode?
I never really bought into that whole lesser evil thing. It’s not like I can really say I like this psycho serial killer better than that one because they’re not quite as bat-sh*t crazy as the other one.
Here is Dr. Ross showing how his eyebeam can effect a sensor.

The Norway tax story really resonated with me. I also found it incredible almost nobody is willing to pay 50+% tax. Those who payed the extra 1300 probably did so mistakenly.
One thing I’d really like to see in action is crowdfunding taxes, a system in which you’d get to choose where “your” taxes are going. You want some roads maintained? Check. You want to help finance that kid’s expensive surgery? Check. You want to put a computer manufactured at least after year 2000 in the local schools? Check.
It would probably get pretty hilarious really quickly. I wonder how many people would vote for bigwig paycheck rises and fat bonuses.
That’s actually one of the ways they used to fund roads before the government took over the job.
I’d imagine that’s how they did most public works back in the day. Town people would say “we need some shit”, mayor would say “your shit costs such and such” then they’d discuss it and make stuff happen, with everyone footing the bill.
Time to get back to the basics.
AI is just hype.
I’m a biosemiotician, which is a special field dedicated to studying the use of signs by living organisms, especially chemical and molecular signaling that occur prior to and below the level of conscious sign use. A knowledge of sign process is necessary to understand how brains function. Artificial Intelligence tends to be primitive in this regard. It does not have a theory of biological signaling. Specifically, thought is an “emergent” phenomena, the interactions of individual neuron cells self-organize to produce waves that feedback and constrain subsequent behavior of the individual neurons. It’s difficult to elaborate to lay audiences, but suffice it to say that emergent phenomena cannot be captured by statistics. Artificial Intelligence uses statistics to attempt to make predictions about complex (inherently unpredictable) behavior. At best, AI is good at stereotyping and making generalizations, which are the kinds of thought processes that can be captured by statistics.
So, my verdict is that these stories about AI being able to read minds are just hype. The only thing this technology would be able to do is read typical behaviors that it has already learned. AI would be completely useless reading a new thought it had not had multiple exposures to, so as to develop a statistical map of the thought response.
Here is a recent video, “Siri fails the Turing Test, that may be helpful to your audience members who want to understand biosemiotics. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d15yJoB-jhk
Victoria!!
Holy Cow!
I met you once in Dallas when you were promoting your book Locus Amoenus. http://911blogger.com/news/2016-01-03/november-dallas-2015-north-texans-911-truth
(I was the ugly old white haired man with the camera.)
Hope your son is having a great summer!
I am impressed…your research on AI is enlightening.
James ought to interview you sometime. You two share that love for literature.
Good to hear from you. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the kind words. -V
I’m glad so many people connected with AI are coming out now. I was reading a similar sentiment in a recent Activist Post article. Though I’m wondering how many people we see walking around today would pass that test as well. We all seem so disconnected now. Thanks for your 10 cents worth (inflation is pretty tough!) Jim
Do you have any background in programming?
Victoria,
Once James wakes up in Japan, my post will clear moderation.
At 16:14 quote:
“… but the materials self-organize, under the already existing physical constraints that could be mathematically described as programs.â€
This marks the viability of a physical reproduction of such systems even with different chemical compounds, including the human brain or any part of the neuro-organization.
As for the “thinking†part of the consciousness, the current inorganic machines can at least present linear approximations of the observed model while amplifying each of its functional genre – memories for example that makes the human chess game obsolete. Nothing prevents the study and implementation to take advantage of existing biophysical structures of organic matters.
The ingenuity involved in creating these systems transcending the limitations of average human organism is one of the distinctive features of human evolution.
Yes, sure. Intelligence has emerged from inanimate matter before naturally, so of course its possible to do it artificially. And you’re right our current AI programs can do linear calculations well. But true intelligence emerges from non-linear processes. We can build non-linear computers; there is work being done now using reaction-diffusion to process information, using chemicals and organic structures like slime mold, but such computers will be less useful to developers as tools that work the way they are designed to work. The human brain, and its chemical processes, can, in theory, be described mathematically using nonlinear dynamics, but this does not mean that the outcomes are predictable. In fact they are inherent unpredictable. The upshot is we should not believe it when the gov says they have an AI pre-crime program up and running that can objectively predict crimes and stop them before they happen.
