But he is a proponent of the phony war on drugs, a supporter of mass government surveillance, and has vowed to mandate encryption backdoors for “national security.” Today we talk to Derrick Broze about the latest man to head the Department of Injustice.

When ever they use the term “National Security” add the word “State” … Because that`s really what it`s all about.
I always enjoy Derrick Broze and his activism. Their garden has really come along. Houston turf and buglife has its challenges. Powdered cinnamon repels many bugs. Sometimes I mix 50/50 cornstarch and cinnamon in an old sock to powder myself or area. Orange oil melts those fire ants. The Dirt Doctor, Howard Garrett, or Malcolm Beck have great info.
I would encourage folks to really look at the solution possibilities surrounding David Blume’s landmark compiled research. These are solutions which include food, cleaning the environment, clean renewable cheap energy, and even alternative currency (scrip) possibilities. http://www.permaculture.com/node/518 and https://www.blumedistillation.com/
I was looking at the word cloud and I don’t see Trump. I don’t think it will be long before it is as big as the 9/11 tag.
FYI. James for some reason you put this video in Corbett Extras on YouTube and not Corbett Report.
PS. They have made it ‘illegeal’ to even teach encryption in Australia.
Disappointing James…more anti-trump ranting.
And I say without predjudice…
Why always the attack on nationhood? The Republic..these are the governments of the individuals, they promote individualism. Seven billion people cannot be ungoverned, not at this point with so many damaged minds.
Seventy-five percent of society is incapable of forming a free thought James. They get up, and pick up the smart device and look at what’s on the social network, and then react…trigger. Many of them who think they are awake, think anarchy is breaking Starbuck’s coffee shop windows or assaulting intelligent opposing views. Beating up people who voted for Trump.
The mob is trying to rule, James. And they are illiterate and dangerous. They have a device in their sweaty little mob hands that could educate them up to a PhD, if not educate them for their lifetime. If, and that’s a big if, they could learn to be tenants of trivium logic, and gain a modicum of critical thought. But they Twit, or Gab, or Facebook, or auto-correct out some cut and paste ridiculous blog about their cat or budgie…or why they are post-human transgendered elves, seeking their own washrooms. Or they are part of a consciousness resistance. Social justice warriors.
The republic is the only force large enough to oppose globalism. The individual cannot stand against such an oppressive force. And these conscious resistors are out to lunch. The world has gotten far too complex, and yet far too small. Not even the stand alone powerful individuals can oppose that global machine.
The infrastructure for globalism; if you have paying attention, is well established and entrenched within governments, and schools and churches and institutions, all over the world; society in general; networks hooked into systems; in-grained protocols, permissions and laws, and bureaucracies… it is everywhere one looks. The octopus is everything. Let’s face it, the technocrats are rising James.
This anti-trump nonsense is getting out of hand…love him or hate him, he has woke up many, many people. Even the stupid ones to a point. The insane snowflakes liberals in the street is proof of how far gone society is in 2017. And he showed us that. They are running around triggered, with no purpose, only that what has registered in their pin heads by MSM, Soros or the great mother Hillary. Or the rantings of a favorite dip-shit celebrity. Or the bloggings on a consciousness network, Reality Sandwich with mayonnaise.
[snip – Thanks for your feedback, but please keep posts to 500 words or less. James]
Michael, You bring up some thought-provoking points.
Yeah, to be expected I presume. Thank you Derrick for walking the walk rather than just talking the talk. Nice to see and hear of folks working through heart and hand, rather than solely getting caught up in these heady arguments that ultimately swing us away from the fabric that connects us as people.
I am curious about the website you recommended, Nextdoor, as a way of doing tax-less transactions. I understand it’s potential to be used as a powerful tool, but am wondering about the hands that have their sticky fingers in the creation of this business. Is the tool more powerful than it’s creators?
I live in a small island community of 4000-6000 (Winter-Summer) and a neighbor had invited me to join the online media platform “Nextdoor.†I had never heard of it and to avoid joining a social media organization not unlike Facebook, I looked up the CEO and funders of the project. Sure enough, it is the same grouping of folks who have funded projects like Twitter, Instragram and others.
Anyhow, I found this interesting blog post on Nirav Tolia, http://valleywag.gawker.com/the-twisted-history-behind-the-ceo-charged-with-a-felon-1576708150
This post goes over the CEOs hit and run of a “neighbor,” as well as, some potential PizzaGate related material, if that at all means anything to folks.
Thought it was interesting that if you scroll down through this article there is a picture of his “A-list friends†eating pizza. It says:
“Tolia’s so down, he can even serve pizza to his A-list friends, like this CEO dinner with Marissa Mayer, Dick Costolo, Drew Houston, Dave Morin, and Jony Ive in 2013.â€
Anyways, thanks again for what you do and know that you are not alone in your work. If you ever get a chance to check out the San Juan Islands in Washington, we are and have been doing a lot of what y’all are up to. There is a vibrant bartering and trade community, weekly community events/potlucks and gatherings, workshops ranging from seaweed harvesting, beekeeping, fermenting, and so on. We also have networks to take care and respond to one anthers needs. Its a beautiful thing and although people are not immune to the pervasive nature of political squabbling, we all get along well enough to know that community comes first and brings life’s most fulfilling moments.
I myself farm, garden, do leather working, keep bees, raise goats, wild harvest food and medicine, practice herbalism, hunt, build, chop wood, carry water and countless other things I could have never imagined being apart of when I originally moved here from the city 5 years ago. Life has never been better and I believe it is incredibly tangible for one and all to peace out and integrate into a life of purpose and connectivity. Your intentions are the most powerful aspect of your being. Lots of love to you all.
I really like Broze. In my opinion, there’s no brighter light out and about than this guy. A couple months ago, I bought two of his books. They are easy to read, insightful, concise, and inspiring. One of the best things about him is that he does not put down the left or the right, because he knows they are being played and manipulated. He is truly an inspiration to me personally.
gary, I agree.
garyegeberg quote: One of the best things about Derrick Broze is that he does not put down the left or the right, because he knows they are being played and manipulated.
Derrick Broze would be a great candidate to create a new term, a new nomenclature for agorism and anarchism and volutaryism. Something which a new person can quickly wrap their head around. For example: Anarchism is now associated with radical violence against free speech and trash cans.
That, and many other misuses, are the consequence of the war on words and language which has been going on for a while now. Dumbification isn’t helping, either.
