Glad you guys had a good laugh over that taxation story (BTW-the 16th Amendment was never ratified by 3/4 of the states in order for it to become a part of the Constitution it is therefore unconstitutional)–but that aside, this is what we are up against and I really wish this was written as sarcasm——–it was not. The statists are OUT OF THEIR MINDS—-and must be dealt with.

    Rules

This episode of “New World Next Week” covered several topics on how “they” make up rules as the game rolls along.

This reminds me of small kids playing a board game like Monopoly or Risk. As the game progresses, the “authority figure”, the big brother starts amending the rules. If someone disagrees, big brother twists an arm. Of course, the big brother benefits from his enforced rules. And big brother won’t allow the losers to quit the game.

To me, it really is a no brainer to say to “authorities”: “You have no right to make the rules nor dictate which game I should play.”

Fortunately, others also feel this way about being controlled by the state or corporate rule makers / game makers. (e.g. Voluntaryism, Agorism, Anarchism, Control-My-Own-Life-ism, etc.)

Has anyone checked out this page. It keeps records of money spent everyday. How can a government convince it’s citizens that we are in debt be spending this much everyday? http://www.defense.gov/News/Contracts/Contract-View/Article/606858

  4. oeo says:

Speaking to the corpse of Habeas Corpus:
In the trials of KSM, the “Government sought permission from the Military Commission to dispose of certain evidence that had important guilt-phase and mitigation value [That is, evidence in FAVOR of KSM]
The defense filed an objection to the proposed disposal, and the Military Judge (Pohl) issued an (public) order directing the Govt. to ENSURE the evidence was NOT destroyed pending further order.
After which and meanwhile; the Government communicated ex parte and in camera (in SECRET) with the Military judge (Pohl) seeking authorization to destroy the evidence; the Military Judge, in an ex parte, sealed and classified order, which the defense was not permitted to read or know about for 20 months, GRANTED the governments request and the government thereafter, DESTROYED the evidence.
Destroyed evidence in favor of KSM’s defense.
And, in case we didn’t ‘get it’:
The prosecution argued the intentional, surreptitious destruction of material evidence in favor of KSM did NOT prejudice the defense. The prosecution further informed the defense, and Military Judge, that the government never had any intention of disclosing the material exculpatory evidence to the defense, and that in the future it will not disclose similar evidence to the defense, irrespective of the sanctions that the Military Commission might impose for the government’s willful behavior”

James Evan Pilato: “the electoral college is a fraudulent system.”

    ????????????????

Wow, looks like James flunked US history in high school. The electoral college, like the state appointment of senators and later the 10th amendments (even though it only made explicit what was implied in the un-amended doc), were meant to establish a federal system NOT a democracy. Go to this Tom Woods podcast for more: http://tomwoods.com/ep-786-why-the-electoral-college-is-great-and-no-one-should-even-think-about-abolishing-it/

Without the electoral college, CA would rule the country, god forbid.

one man, one vote was never a US slogan and you must know that democracy is a fraudulent system.

Also, Hitlery did NOT win the popular vote, for at least three reasons:
    1. wide scale vote and voter fraud in the major cities,
    2. the voting of millions of illegal aliens in CA, and
    3. the practice of not counting absentee ballots in states where the election result was not close.

There is no way that witch won the majority of votes. Anyone driving around the country could tell there was at best tepid support for that criminal everywhere but in the women’s studies departments of our worthless academy. In my decidedly liberal environs, I saw not one lawn sign for Hitlery, and only 1 bumper sticker the whole election season. I saw plenty for Sanders, and eight years ago, way too many for the golfer in chief. NOBODY wanted her, they just either wanted a Dem or didn’t want Trump.

If the counting were honest, it would have shown that that piece of human excrement lost by an historic landslide. I suspect that when it came time to pull the lever, few could in good conscience vote for a known, child-trafficking murderer.

    • Richard Ran says:

Tom Woods is right of course. But in all honesty, I think that James didn’t state that as his opinion. Not entirely sure here, but it seems that James is just presenting the position of this Mr Weston.

    • phreedomphile says:

Evidence continues to pour in confirming the predictions of those of us who felt the ugly US election Circus Maximus, to include controversy over the electoral college, was yet another example of elite engineered problem, reaction, solution.

Check out the new Time magazine article of a review of a book written by a pro-Technocracy minion. At the top of the list of “solutions” is (drum roll)… Abolish the electoral college. Check it out:

    • Octium says:

Yes of course, the Electoral College is one of the many tweaks and hacks that attempt to make a grossly unfair democracy/republic a tiny bit fairer on minorities.

However I’d say since the 1960’s when the Kennedy campaign introduced the idea of using computers to collect data from focus groups and determine which policies to target specific regions – the electoral college idea has become exploited to take power away from the mob and hand it to the criminal elite.

    EXCERPT
According to (SodaStream CEO) Birnbaum, SodaStream has received six cease-and-desist letters, including ones from Denis Cans, the CEO of Nestlé Waters, France, and the US-based International Bottled Water Association.
“Of course we will not comply because there’s nothing false or misleading or defaming in that ad. It’s the simple truth but it’s very inconvenient for these folks who are making a ton of money.”
Birnbaum contends that bottled water companies are making money off water that’s “really public water.”
“Why most of the bottled water by the way half of the bottled water in America is from municipal sources put in a nice package glorified with a beautiful name as if it’s coming from Italy or somewhere with a very high ticket and that’s misleading consumers.”
He went on to call the bottled water industry the “biggest advertising and marketing scam ever in history.”

That heavy bubbles thing actually makes sense.

I’ll just say one thing about tap water, at least here locally: these assholes pollute the water with chemicals and the distribution system is in shambles; old leaky pipes contaminating the water with god knows what. I’m currently spending about 70% of my monthly electricity bill on bottled water. What’s wrong with that picture?

I’m actually dreaming of having my own well.
