So, what was it that put you over the edge? Was it the impassioned plea to “Act Now” because “Our House is Flooding!” Or was it the finger-wagging “How dare you?” of everyone’s favorite Klimajugend? Or maybe it was the shocking revelation that “The sky has AIDS!”
Oh, sorry. That last one was a catch phrase from the previous invented enviroscare. But we’re super cereal about it this time. I mean, haven’t you heard? Alright, whatever. You’re here. That’s good enough. But what now? I mean, there’s the lawsuit that will stop species from going extinct, but you know how slowly the gears of justice grind. And there’s the excellent new idea to impose a military draft to confront climate change, but it seems there isn’t a lot of popular support for that suggestion for some reason. Isn’t there anything we can actually do to stop the weather gods from killing us all?

I was mightily impressed with Camille’s video about Arctic sea ice.
Anyone who’s contemplated chemtrails or conversed with extremely anxious university students protesting “Climate Change”
(which somehow only means “human-caused Climate Change” (where even skeptics no longer bother to make the semantic distinction to their own detriment IMAO (in my arrogant opinion)))
has contemplated the phenomenon of eco-terrorism, wreaked both on the environment and the human psyche, in pursuit of the “hidden” agenda of absconding with and tight-fistedly controlling the world’s resources through a technocratic (circular?) economy.
IOW, that the measures proposed to “save the planet” are really implemented to destroy it enough to gain exclusive control over it and the people on it (and as Camille points out: to make the masses dependent on a completely synthesized world that they would eventually become incapable of surviving without.)
I’d seen the headlines about Russia’s nuclear-powered icebreaker ships but in my hasty assimilation of that simple fact I only hastily gloated over the idea that this was mere proof of the fact that the arctic had begun an upward cyclical trend towards growing its ice sheets.
I knew there was a race to abscond with Arctic resources and I’d heard about exotic HAARP-style technologies
but I had not considered that there might be some huge long-standing project of massively destroying the ice sheets (through magnetic resonance??) to access those resources which would at the same time reinforce the illusion of man-made climate change melting the northern ice cap.
I’ve recently noticed that I’ve latched onto a bizarre, desperate, kamikaze and obviously irrational hope that man may indeed be able to destroy himself and much of the environment (far from what I desire) but cannot significantly impact climate cycles and I’ve put great faith in the idea that “nature” is hard-wired to re-establish fundamental equilibrium dynamics and that formidable forces such as the sun and cosmic rays, but also ocean exchanges with the atmosphere, major currents such as el nino/la nina, the jet stream and a host of other physical phenomena involving the mechanics of fluids, thermodynamics etc that I do not even remotely comprehend
are too ancient and colossal to be perceptibly altered by Humans.

I wouldn’t say irrational, it’s quite possible, but not with altering climate as you say.
I don’t think eco-terrorism by changing weather or climate is possible. These systems are colossal. Energy we can output with some of methods that are supposedly used is less than minuscule comparing to the climate. Even invoking Butterfly Effect leads nowhere in my opinion, because that would mean godlike science-technology are now in control of chaotic systems, governed by differential equations that are unsolvable in most cases.
Or, they have a solution but they didn’t tell us. In any case, it boils down to belief in science-technology and that is on both sides: climate change proponents and those talking about climate terrorism.
I’m afraid there is not a long path from this belief to technocracy.
So, human activity can’t alter “material wold”. But it can change (what an euphemism) “chemical world”. DDT, pesticides, nitrates (from agriculture) in groundwater…. everything from this shit proven bad.

The intentional destruction of the ice sure would help to “reinforce the illusion†that all they’ve been spewing is true.
While I have not looked into it so much, I do question what is happening in Antarctica, as well. I’m often seeing reports of icebreakers smashing in to deliver supplies and sometimes underwater drones “studying†the ice shelves and I can’t help but think of Crichton’s State of Fear and the fictional attack on the Antarctic ice. I know it’s just a story but such an incident could probably pass for a natural event and how would any of us really know?

The “Unparalleled weapon” is similar to some secret projects in the US.

How it works:
First you have a ramjet engine. It was already used in the V1.
It is a tube that compresses incoming air, and blows out expanding gasses.
Usually it is mixed with fuel which then explode at the exit.
Combined with a nuclear reactor, the incoming air can be expanded by
extreme heating. This also cools the reactor.
The problem here is that the heating takes a bit of time to really
produce an explosive expansion. For this a section of the air is
contained a bit, heated, and then expelled at once.
This is the pulse-part of the engine.
These aircraft may be able to stay above mach 5 or even mach 8,
for a long time. With the nuclear reactor, they can travel a many
times around the earth, without refueling.
You may think that this is very advanced, but these capabilities are

into the complete wrong direction:

Skylon has been under development by Reaction Engines in the U.K. for a number of years mainly as a single stage to orbit reusable spacecraft. This concept would potentially be more useful and commercially viable than Elon Musk’s reusable rocket launcher concept in that it is a winged system that could take off and land from a runway. The goal is to substantially reduce the cost of launching mass into space with a reusable system that would have a short turn around time. This would open up a lot possibilities to use space resources – especially energy from space – to meet humanity’s growing needs on Earth.
That it could be used for a hyper-sonic weapon, like all technology, is a possibility but this was not the original intent.

While I admired his passion and hard work on many, many other worthwhile fronts, I was disappointed to see that he believed the faulty hype about manmade climate change. He carries his passion into that topic.

As we know, and as James’ article points out, everyone is talking about the “Climate Emergency” . However, very few are talking about an essential and intrinsically related aspect which seems to have been overlooked by the experts (or maybe not) – specifically, just how inadequate are all the terrestrial energy options – nuclear, wind and ground solar – when considering these as alternative energy options to divest from fossil fuels and to achieve net-zero CO2 goals by the year 2050 as is being proposed by the UN and many other organizations.

analyzes the situation and looks at current world energy consumption levels published in the BP Statistical Review of World Energy 2019 and uses this information to estimate the anticipated level of world energy consumption in the year 2050 for an anticipated population of 9.7 billion.
The analysis shows that it would be next to impossible to even replace current fossil fuel use which currently constitutes 85% of world energy consumption, with any terrestrial alternative energy resource. For example using nuclear power, it would be necessary to build 17,316 new 1-GW (gigawatt) nuclear power plants to replace current fossil fuel use which is equal to 15.6 Terawatts (15,600 GW) of energy. To meet the 2050 energy requirements two to four 1-GW nuclear power plants would have to come online each day, starting now, for the next 30 years.
As the global population increases so will humanity’s energy needs. To give a realistic idea of amount of energy that will be required in 2050, four scenarios of energy consumption levels are described – from a minimum of a 25% increase based on the expected population increase, to a more probable increase of 2.5% per year under current conditions.
Finding each of these terrestrial energy options to be inadequate as they cannot be realistically scaled to provide the necessary energy, in addition to being environmentally problematic, together with the fact that proven reserves of fossil fuels are limited and could reach exhaustion levels at mid-century, humanity is facing instead an imminent “Energy Emergency” .
As a possible solution, the only technically feasible alternative currently available to humanity to achieve net-zero CO2 levels and fossil fuel independence while providing the necessary energy to sustain civilization is to use existing space technologies to harness energy in outer space to meet the growing energy needs on Earth with clean and inexhaustible energy. This approach was first proposed in the 1970’s, studied in the 1980’s by the US government, but discarded due to the interests of the various energy lobbies.
It is a bit of a read with many references, and one has to comprehend the numbers, but in the current debate about how to address the Climate Emergency it something to think about. While the “Energy Emergency” may sound like another fear topic, the solution could be very optimistic for humanity.
It would be interesting to hear the opinion of the Corbett Report community.
When future of the planet looks bleak, space looks like idyll. The whole new space drive also reinforces a belief in science-technology, beautiful for technocrats.
Harnessing sun energy in space and bringing it down is endeavor beyond comprehension. First everything has to be lifted to orbit. Prices for lifting are falling but what would increased traffic mean for atmosphere I don’t know. Since the project is so big some are probably considering space production, something that has not been done yet.
But even if you have solar farms in space, how to bring energy down? With microwaves that attenuates with square of distance and with all conversions loses get at the end electricity for few bulbs?
What would happened to a satellite if it would cross the energy beam? It’s very crowded up there.

Also, on a side angle, many alternative ‘economists’ and preppers often bring up an awful economic crisis that puts mankind into chaos.
I remember some years back, sitting in on a conversation with Richard Gage and J Gourley at the restaurant dinner table. The topic was when the economy tanks and how things will be. One person said that it would get very, very grim…no food for weeks, riots, etc. The other said that things would work out; that while things might be difficult for a while, people would iron things out.
I agree with the last take on it.

I’m not a climate crisis denier but if anyone could make me wonder, it’s James. James may not like that I like his article, in that case. Sorry, but it’s great. And it’s a keeper. I agree with %99.99 of what he said. And what he reports, in great style, is important.
I will only make this observation: The world is ruined. It is ruined physically (pollution, including the pollution of ground water [assorted chemicals and nano particles], and the constant ruining of the soil and the dangerous destruction of bees that, as far as I know, is fact) ‘and’ spiritually and mentally. Do you have to be a Christian to know that? Look at Trump derangement syndrome? Look at Left derangement syndrome? (That’s where rightwingers who are criticizing what fakers like Bernie Sanders or Obama do deliberately omit the fact that they are actually rightwingers, and the purpose of that is to smear, via guilt by association, the real Left. How often to you hear rightwingers mention a ‘fake’ Left? I think I heard Alexander Mercouris, a Conservative, say it once.) Look at the self-important zombies reading their smart phones and walking into you. That one’s not too hard to miss, Is it? Meanwhile, Reading that might actually benefit those zombies, and the wider society (caring is knowing is caring), isn’t happening, as Chris Hedges makes clear (via stats for Canada and the US) in his great book “The Empire Of Illusion.”
The most important part of the ruination of our world is the ruination of people, mentally and spiritually. It leads to evil systems and philosophies like neoliberal capitalism (with inequality at its core), neoconservative philosophy (think dark side of the force), the Christian fascism of those who led the recent coup against Evo Morales, the war on informed consent (vaccines), Hollywood’s production of war propaganda and it’s successes and Hollywood’s promotion of exploitation (including exploitation of kids in all kinds of ways, including for profit as James reminds us in connection with Greta Thunberg. Also, The GND is ruining and/or exposing an awful lot of progressives and progressive orgs.) Hollywood also promotes the dangerous (and anti-Christian) idea of ‘no boundaries’. Aleister Crowley (who may have worked for British intelligence) was perhaps the world’s most colorful promoter of that idea. What was it he said: “Do what that wilt,” including talking funny in order to look important.
You don’t get good things (a healthy environment) from bad, dark, minds, is what I’m trying to say. Monkeys banging away on typewriters will never write sonnets.

I want to personally thank you for your documentaries that touched on technocracy, eugenics, and the co-opting of the environmental movement by the oligarchs behind this insane preaching about climate change.
I used to be an advocate for global warming, climate change, and changing to a green economy.
However, I was not aware at all of the darker undertones that I have now been made to be painfully aware of in recent years.
The sick, twisted agendas behind recommending the eating of insects, human flesh, and other crazy suggestions to reduce our “carbon footprint” have certainly set off alarm bells that something really fishy has crept into the movement over the years.
I was aware of the “overpopulation problem” over the years but did not realize to what extent this has been propagandic brainwashing throughout all of the institutions by the “oiligarchs” over the decades.
While I appreciate the work of Patrick Wood, Alex Jones, and Rosa Koire…I have especially loved your presentation of these flawed attitudes and “science” that we are now constantly being hammered with lately.

I thought that initially, too. However, “he” gets sad as the mouse pointer goes outside of the web page area. The face turns sour as it no longer can “see” the mouse pointer inside the page. As you pause mouse movement, you will see a face in distress, looking in various directions.
