At my house we took the “Trump Pledge” months ago, I just assumed most people did.It did not occur to me that maybe some Trump supporters have not.The people that I talked to that support Trump all say pretty much the same thing, “we will hold his feet to the fire”.

My boss, an American, who like Barry Soetoro or Donald Trump is about 6’9″, stormed into the office early on the morning the election results were being reported in France. I was at work before 8 a.m. and he was the second to arrive at around 8:05
A normally affable and often funny guy, he was furious and seemed even mildly dangerous with his size and his unmitigated anger as he was raving about how 50 percent of Americans are just crazy and incapable of doing anything constructive – he was talking about the voters who’d voted for Trump. I thought, if the rest of Clinton voters are like him maybe there will be a violent revolution…
And as he continued all I could do is shake my head and tell him I understood his feeling, I understood how he felt
until he finally paused when I said
“I understand your feeling, I just don’t share your perspective. I feel the way you feel… but about that 50 percent of Americans who vote. At all.”
Which of course did not improve his mood and was perhaps a case of bad timing
but knowing I was the only person at the company who would not join in the collective “Oh-my-god-isn’t-it-horrible-about-Trump” party that day,
it felt like the only opportunity I’d have to offer an example of someone who…
had a different perspective.
I may not agree with Tyler Durden (as I haven’t read his entire article) or with Mr. Corbett with what he’s going to speak about tomorrow, (time will tell)
But I like the idea of seizing the opportunity of this particularly outrageous masquerade
to transpose people’s severely piqued emotions
onto some alternative new perspective and scenario.

Voting for Trump and supporting him are two different things. I voted for him as an ABC candidate and am hopeful of his anti-establishment message will be put into practice but … I’ll give him the 100 day honeymoon and in 365 days it will be obvious if he’s completely caving to the neo-con RINO’s or will at least hold out for a few years like Reagan. The pledge is how most folks I know who voted and/or supported him entered into this, predating the election. If Bannon gets canned look out.

Didn’t think I had to spell out what the “but …” meant. The problem Trump is having is that filling all of the positions currently needed -would be nice to trim that tree- requires some conciliation unfortunately. Ideally a successful outsider would be part of a larger organization functioning more like the British system of shadow government so that they would be shovel ready.
I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt just as I give James who has hitched his wagon onto some horses that I don’t care for at times as well. The first good sign was dumping Christie and his trove of lobbyists which indicates there is at least an attempt. Trump can’t govern by himself and the pickings are slim. I believe that who Trump gets rid of is more indicative of his path than who he initially hires. The Apprentice has moved to Washington and Chris Christie, “You’re Fired”.

But I also keep getting the impression that this election cycle represents some super-baroque developments in our national politics.
From the start I got the impression that the Sanders-Clinton-Trump line-up was a tag-team.
The other day you mentioned Trump might end up behaving like the ultimate Democrat on many issues – insightful!
Besides using strategic rhetoric closing-out the possibility for Clinton or others to effectively pursue the claim that the election was once again stolen (as it was in 2000 and 2004), the act of publicly accusing out-of-the-blue and unsubstantiated that the Clinton campaign was trying to steal the general election (as the Dem-party had done with the primary) may have been a covert communication from the Donald to the Dem-camp that the steal was on from info he was getting from his new (neo-con) entourage.
(I mean “stolen†in the technical sense, as it was in 2000 and 2004, not in the sense that we know it’s really all a behind the scenes “selection” process, which is a different kind of point.)
In the past, when I bothered to pay attention, which wasn’t often, I absolutely hated Trump. But after he anteed-up this time his theatrics and his flip hamming (a real finger to the sacred ritual) impressed me – he’s good at playing the absurdly bad-guy wrestler/villain that you’re supposed to hate. Yes, perhaps that is because it comes naturally to him, but that doesn’t mean that he’s not also reading from a trumped-up script.
Meanwhile, the Clinton’s may have been abducted onto an alien-Mafia-bankster shadow-government ship earlier on in their careers than even they realized, but then that’s why mister nobody from out of nowhere Arkansas was able to oust one of the all-time master of ceremonies, Papa Doc Bush.
There’s no doubt that Clinton-hate has gone way over the top (which again is just one more social reality for the shape-shifting wizards to manipulate either way). Hateful compared to what? – Colin Powell, mister U.N. Iraq War Speech and “I advised her to use private email because I did it?” More hateful than who, where?
Some of us need to get out heads checked – reminds me of wacky soap-opera fans that accost soap opera villains (actors) on the street, or try to warn their victims (actors) about impending doom. Not that WWIII is not potentially around the corner and a serious thing, but personality worship or demonization is rarely insightful.
The whole thing is very trippy, which means it could go anywhere, and for some reason that’s putting me in a happy-giddy mood.
What does it mean that Jesse Ventura supports Trump?
Another interesting observation here: nobody expects the queen of ambition, Hillary Clinton, to take a dive.

I take the #TrumpPledge. I admit that I voted for him (with eyes open btw) and I also admit that everything I’ve seen from him so far gives me a bad feeling about him (sadly, it took literally less than a week after he was elected for this to happen).
I felt that the best-case scenario for Trump would be that his policies would be bad but at least maybe he “wasn’t nefarious” (Hillary felt OBVIOUSLY nefarious to me). I figured that Trump was a “roll of the dice” and that, even if he was terrible, he probably would only be “as bad as Hillary”. I realize this is the crappy “lesser of 2 evils” angle (which I know “is still evil”). I still felt like it was worth it to vote for him though because Hillary seemed far more likely to start a nuclear war IMO. I still give some credence to that point btw (though, again, my eyes are open).
There were also several things that made it seem at least plausible that he could potentially be an “outsider”:
-I liked who his enemies were. Both the Bush and Clinton families, the MSM, Hollywood, candidates from the R, D and L parties, the financial press, etc. The uniform attacks against him (including the infamous Billy Bush tape) made me think that Trump was at the very least “not the preferred candidate” of TPTSB (which felt like something).
-He seemed to be “self-funded”. I think this was mainly true through the primary but I’m pretty sure he raised many millions during the general election. It’s certainly possible I’m wrong on this btw so please fact check me.
-He was never previously a politician or in the military (which I generally consider to be a red flag).
-This one is a little more subtle but I feel like “controlled candidates” are “tightly scripted” and will never bring up “forbidden topics” It felt to me that Trump “crossed the line” several times:
*He talked about the Bush family lying the country into war.
*During a primary he got booed and said something like “all of the people booing me are Jeb’s lobbyists”. Daring to mention that the audience was “part of the propaganda” felt very “rogue” to me.
*He at least talked about peace with Russia and brokering a peace deal in the middle East. I know talk is cheap but it still felt very out-of-place for a candidate to talk about peace rather than war. Note that I am well aware he also talked about “bombing the heck out of ISIS” as well as being pro-waterboarding, torture and “a lot worse”. It’s truly sickening to have voted for a guy who openly praised war crimes but I “reasoned it” as “it’s better than nuclear war” and “I’m sure it’s still happening anyway”. Btw, yes, I feel very dirty about this.
In summation, I’m extremely pessimistic about Trump at this moment and, in accordance with #TrumpPledge, I absolutely don’t plan on “blindly defending him”. I reiterate that I’m hopeful he’s less likely to start a nuclear war. Prior to the election I was also hopeful he’d be less warlike in general. Sadly, I’m far less confident about that right now.
Canadian here. I don’t do FaceBook (just for my own peace of mind), but I woke up to my significant other very concerned about the comments from his leftist “frenz” (he doesn’t share their views). So once again I am thinking about “America’s Next Top President” reality show, which, unfortunately, is not over, even after the season’s finale… I have been paying attention because of Mr. T’s position as the target of MSM propaganda; he really brought out their true colours, and I applaud him for having the guts to speak about their hypocrisy, as well as the crimes of the Clintons. I could see that this was going to result in violence in the streets because, well, that’s a no-brainer; the violence was already there before he called it what it is. It took an almost superhuman strength for him to get where he is, and I respect him for that. But that is about as far as my attention goes. He is just a man, living in a nasty world.
The empire is crumbling, and there is no putting Humpty back together, folks. The best we can do is ignore them all, and work on our own psychic integration (as Carl Jung put it). Now, poised at the edge of collapse, we need to stay focussed on our highest truth, and know that there is much more to existence than just the five-sense perception. This turning point will pass, and life will go on, and hopefully people will start to realize where real power comes from. This is the lesson to be learned here.
It’s a beautiful late fall day. Most of the colourful leaves have flown and faded, carried down the river. A dusting of snow adorns the hills above–the first of the new season. Time for going within, keeping the fire stoked, and dining on stores from the cellar. Hoping to survive well, to awaken in a few months into a new spring. Life is precious and fleeting.

The election process is so rigged they’d damn well put anyone in that they so chose. We had a criminal THIEF war mongering totalitarianism statist who is up to her considerably sized ankles (as well as the rest of her physique) in scandals, two Bolshevik Communists (quite literally) running as populists, a fake Libertarian statist dumb shit (“What do you think of Aleppo?” “Whats an Aleppo?”) who’s running mate was the consummate statist and a somewhat crude but straight talking tv show host who happens to be a billionaire real estate developer and has indeed accomplished some positive things in his life not with standing his close connections to the hard line zionists by marriage. I supported trump because: 1. I expect him to place Constitutionalists on the Supreme Court and 2. I expect he will not start WWIII. If he just does those two things, I will feel vindicated.
But I do want more. And I will keep hitting him in an effort to get him to deliver: Immigration restrictions, US military out of Europe, repeal of Obamacare, repeal of gun control legislation, and legal investigation and prosecution of all the animals in the swamp.
So, yes, I will take the pledge.
But politics is, after all, the art of the possible. We have to work with what we can get.

it appears the Obama administration is “cleaning house” in Yemen also, which leads me to believe the trust level between Obama administration and whatever the Trump administration will be, is at zero level currently, which is a positive sign.
It will be good if the Trump Administration uncover some of the international criminal acts conducted by the Obama (and Bush) administrations.
Off course, this is unlikely, because Trump seems to be choosing the “same actors” for his administration, so all this might change when the “full team” comes on board.
